*WARNING FIND OTHER OPTIONS*I really hate the ca system and Jacksonville Florida is by far the worst. I’m a otr truck driver and I have had experiences with the Va across the country and Jacksonville is the worst. They are not convenient to veterans and have the most difficult and time consuming process that usually ends poorly for the veteran... The won’t even list a proper phone number to the crrc to help facilitate and veteran who would require assistance. There are hordes of homeless veterans sleeping right there a block away freezing waiting for a appointment 3 months away.
