Crew showed up on time and that’s the end of the list of professionalism. The owner/foreman “greeted” me with cursing, yelling and wild flailing hand motions because our boat was not far enough out of the way. He called us liars and other unsophisticated names and proceeded to physically threaten my husband at 8 am and in front of my children and the crowd of neighbors that heard his screaming. We couldn’t get him off our property fast enough. I hope he treats his employees better than he does his customers.

The owner of the company hit my tree while doing work on a neighbors yard. They came by and checked to make sure the tree was not injured and gave advice on what to do to keep the tree healthy and safe

Pittman Tree Service did a fantastic job trimming a large branch that hung over our driveway at a really reasonable price. Mr. Pittman came out to do a quote and since they had some availability with their afternoon scheduled, the branch was trimmed within an hour. The crew was fantastic and professional. They did a great job cleaning up the driveway and even took bags of yard waste we had waiting for city pickup with them! Good job with tree trimming, good cleanup. However they are not transparent with their payment. Say they take “all credit cards”, yet when I tried to use a card, they said we charge a 4% service fee to use it. I was not told this when I got the estimate or when I scheduled them. I had an almost $1500 job all of a sudden I had to pay cash for... or be charged an extra fee.Ended a pretty good job on a bad note... be honest with your customers

Please fix this truck it is not good nor safe for the environment. I saw this truck this morning on August 01, 2019 at 9:30 am on Blanding Avenue issuing a lot amount of CO2. Please show us some of your social responsibility with the Jacksonville community.

Trees pruned and several trees removed in the last 20+ years.Mr. Pittman is a Christian man. He gives great service and when his crew finishes the job the only thing left is maybe a pile of wood chips if a stump was removed. His crew cleans up the worksite to the point it is cleaner than when they arrived. They have been doing my tree work for 15 -20+ years with no complaints from me.Ive recommended his company to many of my friends and have never had a bad word said about his work or any member of his crew.A fine gentleman.

Had three oak trees cleaned out by Pittman Tree service and would highly recommend them. My wife was nervous that they would cut to much out of the trees but Jesse explained the whole process and made sure she was included in deciding which limbs went. They meticulously cleaned up even blowing off debris on the roof. Reasonably priced and a great working crew!

Pittman tree service have serviced my house twice for me. Both time they have done a great job! The rate is very reasonable for tree removal services.

Highly unprofessional. The owner Jesse Pittman is rude and obnoxious, didnt complete work as promised. I actually witnessed 2 of his employees drinking and doing drugs on the job!!! Very cut-rate and undependable. I suggest hiring a real tree company
