Parry Pools just completed a major remodel for my 50+ year old pool. They did an inside reshape, new plumbing, new finish and an entire new deck - it looks amazing! Billy was great to work with and he would always take my calls to talk me through the process. I’d even pop into his office regularly, and he always stopped to talk to me. His lead tech Wayne is awesome too. I really appreciated how they treated me, and never would get annoyed with me asking a million questions (I became completely enthralled with the process and had a lot of questions). Little secret - they have the best paver crew, those guys did amazing things.I look forward to continuing the relationship with Parry Pools in the future, as I’ve hired them to do the continuing maintenance.

Made appointment with this company to repair pool pump equipment and they no call no show. Finally got ahold of the owner of the company who guaranteed to show up by the end of the week and complete repairs and they no call no show again. When he finally called back his excuse was that its hard to find good workers.
