I do like the order of what SALVATION Church is built on but since the pandemicCome in its been a rocket world.thats oneThing God stays the sameThough it all we learned how to put our trustIn JESUS being stead fast unreasonable in him.

They are nice people there and they care and they do a lot of great things there for family and men beautiful place.

Going in to eat when I first got there was a very uplifting time talking to others about the Lord. We discussed Bible verses and living arrangements here in Jacksonville Florida, one gentleman was very happy to know that there are a number of shelters here that helps us with sleeping locations in emergency situation. The food was GIVEN very graciously and plentiful. I say get there and feel the love in the Holy Spirit giving love back.

The Salvation Army does so much good for the homeless in downtown Jacksonville. The server a hot dinner every evening at 6. They have a wonderful breakfast on Sundays at 8:30. They provide Christmas gifts for children who would not get anything under the tree. I have nothing but praise for them and all their volunteers.

The building probation receptionist staff are rude. I’m not saying all of them. Regardless I just got off the phone with a lady who wasn’t kind to speak to.

Stay was awesome, foods great 3 meals s day. Really family oriented, tremendous atmosphere, I relocated due to the extermination process but otherwise I have to say I was 309% satisfied here

They really helped us in our time of need. They actually looked for us every night. If we didnt come, they were worried about us. They made us feel cared for at a really low time in my life.

Doing volunteer work here. At lunch I was told They rent rooms to retirees, disabled, and others for $450 a month. ~ My rent is $500 but I like wood floors more than concrete.

Though I may not have monetary richness I am rich in spirit and though you may see my poverty in me you must learn to see with spiritual eyes that IAM so much more.Thank You Lord .

From time to time in everyones life you may need assistance getting back on your feet, the Salvation Army of northeast Florida (Jacksonville Florida branch) is the place to go if you find yourself on the street or in need of assistance with food or any other programs that they offer the Salvation Army is another organization that I frequent to help supplement my food supply because even though I am not homeless and I do have income it is not enough to make ends meet .I have to make decisions between buying medication or food or skimping on my rent or having to skip paying a light bill all together, in order to have food that I will have to store over to someone elses house until I can save money to get the power turned on.(.. my apologies I digress), Salvation Army is a Lifeline to keep you from falling not through the cracks and( THE HOLES IN THIS SITUATION AMERICANS FIND OURSELVES IN) go there and you will receive help and access to other agencies depending on the day and 👀 eye examination as well as signing up for other programs and organizations, that will help you get back on your feet. I strongly recommend the Salvation Army of Jacksonville Florida.

They can have better customer service it could be a lot cleaner and smell la lot better

I had the pleasure of volunteering here, it is amazing how they help ppl and families. It gives you such a warm feeling in your heart that these ppl just dont work here they genuinely care about the ppl coming in and they all are pleasant and friendly. May God always bless this establishment.

These people were so helpful. They fed us everyday, let us come in anytime to use the restroom n fill water bottles, gave us blankets. Met allot of awesome people there.

Salvation Army is my charity. I recommend them because they are very involved in helping people that make bad choices and even have a toy store for children in December.

Salvation army its awesome theyll help you if youre in need went there and they gave me a dinette set help me out a lot and they got good prices on household items if you need any.

Abusive staff. Employees on the take. Needs an investigation into the staffs treatment of residents. Theyre threatening, abusive, uncompassionate, totally horrible staff. Steer clear unless your lifes in danger as mine was. Ran like a penal colony.

Staff is ghetto.They treat ppl like trash. They love to curse. They hate working there. The ladies hook up with clients. Totally unprofessional.
