I advise you to consider all other options before releasing your child to this company. The foster parent my child was with constantly displayed bias and discriminatory behavior towards my wife and I. She intentionally ignored our calls and text and wouldn’t call us back. All we wanted to know was how our daughter was doing. We would email or text the foster parent important information and she would have other staff members call me to discuss whatever was sent. She would allow our daughter to keep secrets from us knowing our daughter didn’t want us to know. Our daughter bought a cell phone with money she got from working a job that we never gave permission for her to have in the first place. The foster parent lied to me several times and lied to my daughter at least once when she took her personal feelings out on her. One of the worst things about the company is that there is no one to file a complaint with. They all have each other back and take sides and don’t hold anyone responsible. The foster parent lied about how many people lived in her home. The way this company feels is they don’t care if it’s your child, it’s the foster parent’s house so the foster parent’s rules. So I found out the FP had a husband that lived there and a grown son who smoked cigarettes who was always there. When I found this out and asked why didn’t they tell me I was told because they don’t have to. They won’t tell you when they take your child out of school. You have to call them and find out how the doctor went because they cant manage to do so. They lie on paper to get services to go though with the insurance company which includes bashing the parents. On a side note I give a lot of credit to Ms. Linda. she had a lot of common sense and extended common courtesy everyday she could. She actually cared about our family as a whole. My daughter has just recently returned home and I couldn’t be happier with no thanks to ES. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
