My friend had a horrible experience with them. They are horrible people who enjoyed belittling him. It is honestly disgusting that they would treat a human being like this. The staff, especially Director Daniel O Connor, are totally uneducated and have no idea what they are talking about.

Why would an employee skip me in line to wait in another behind me? Really. Ms. Gloria leans on the counter doing nothing but talking all day long. Some people have it like that. Really? And throw the man who is busting his butt to do the job of two people and throw him under the bus every chance you get. Wow! Someone needs to check in to this. Federal Bldg.
