So we went on vacation and came home to find our pump was making a terrible noise. After calling a few other companies, I reached out to Tropical Pools and based on a quick discussion, Bud let me know that I only need to replace my motor instead of the entire pump, which was a much cheaper repair, and gave me a quote on the spot. My appointment was 2 days later but it was raining horribly all day, so I expected a call to reschedule. Shockingly, Tropical Pools came out late in the afternoon after the rain had stopped. What great service! The motor was replaced quickly and my pool is working better than ever. Highly recommended.

Bud is so nice and he gives you tips on how to help with other things that might be going on with your pool. He is efficient and always on time. If we leave our gate open for him hell just go on back and clean the pool and send a text with a picture letting you know hes done. Very reasonable pricing and he comes once a week like clockwork. Great company. You wont be disappointed.
