After trying to take care of our new pool ourselves it became too much and we hired pool werx. We couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. You can call the general manager anytime and he will make sure someone will come out and always follows up via phone call or in person to make sure it was done right. True customer service that you don’t get very often anymore !

Nick and his guys were prompt and professional. They got the work done on schedule and as promisedNick was even helpful on several occasions post completion, as the pool is at my rental property, and the tenants were new to caring for a pool. I couldn’t recommend a better pool service.

We had our pool deck painted in 2018 and called back with 2 weeks to let Nick know that it was bleeding through and flaking off,we were told that someone would be out to fix the job,we still have not seen anybody.We get nothing but excuses my wife has made several phone calls and even sent a video of how bad the job was and Nick just gives her excuses,I would not recommend this company to anybody. PoolWerx installs pools. Well I thought I did my research and hired a reputable company to install my fiberglass pool but I am realizing I made a mistake. I hired Nick to install my fiberglass pool as well as a sunshelf. I would contact Nick several times with questions and have to wait days for a reply, I thought he was just busy so I tried to be patient and just wait. It took longer than I thought it would to get the pools installed but I just tried to be patient I trusted Nick to do it right. Through the installation process he only came out to my home maybe 4 times it was mainly 2 men that installed it and he hired a paver company to put the travertine around the pool after installation. I ordered a splash pool/sundeck from Nick and he installed it flowing into my pool over a piece of granite. It never flowed right it went under the granite and has washed away the Travertine below it. And it is now washing away the grout and going behind my pool shell. I have tried contacting Nick and sent him pictures of the pool and what it is doing but he has not replied about what he will do about it.Barrier Reef Pools in North Carolina came out to look at my sunshelf because it has bubbles coming up on the surface of the pool floor so they wanted to see what it was doing. They are working with me to rectify that problem. While they were here they commented on the installation of the sunshelf saying it was installed incorrectly. It should have been closer to the existing pool, it should have been completely enclosed with stone and we didnt even need the granite if it would have been installed right. The Representative also stated the pool should have had a check valve in the plumbing (because the pool, sunshelf, sits empty when the pump is not on}.I do not know anything about installing pools and totally relied on Nick to do the job correctly. I asked him specifically about the water running over the ledge and coming back under the granite if it would hurt anything and he said no. I asked him specifically about the pool sitting empty when the pump is not on and he said thats how they work. I even told him that it is not even worth having the pool if it cant be full of water at all times. And now I find out it was all done wrong. It is very upsetting. I spent so much money and now I have to hire someone else to come fix what he did because he is ignoring me and not honoring his work. Very disappointed. If he reaches out to me and makes this right I will definitely update this review but its been 2 weeks with no response so what so you think will happen? Just letting you know my experience.

Awesome Customer Service. I moved near this store when we bought our home. Needed a new pool store! Boom, close, and helpful with all my needs. For several years I brushed and netted my pool(12,000 gal) It never seemed like I could keep up. I chatted it over with Chris and he showed my all the options to go robotic. I decided electric vice pump driven.Well I bought the electric Dolphin Echo pool cleaner. What an amazing result! It picks up all the sand, leaves, rocks, frogs, snakes, pool toys.....everything. I don’t struggle with keeping my pool clean anymore. It is super easy, basket pulls out, the bottom drops out and side pieces come out, I use my garage deep sink, or my outside hose. I have a pool side storage box I put it in. When I put it all away I pull the cord all the way out and then pull it in to coil it up, as it is also pretty easy with some care.Overall, the cleaner is super easy, saves me from having to spend hours on my pool.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I requested a consultation, we thought it went really well and were looking forward to a quote and getting started. We have been exceptionally patient. Unfortunately over 4 weeks later, we have touched base about 3-4 times with zero response. I highly recommend Poolwerx Beaches, and since they opened they are the only pool store my family and I go to. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend having them attempt to come out and quote you on new pool or pool refurbishing work. I called them, was told they would come out the same or next day and would give me a 30 minute notice. I never heard from them again. I called back 5 days later, was told they could be there within the hour. I didnt have time then so suggesrmted we make an appointment three days later at 11 am. The time came and went, they never shoemwed never called. I called them to see where their representative was, and they didnt know. Told me it wasnt even on the schedule. We got into a heated argument about it, the person I talked to said I was being unprofessional and wouldnt even consider how unprofessional they had been. I have another pool home, and I would never, ever call them for anything and dont recommend anyone else attempt to either.
