The staff was friendly and very informative throughout the process of introducing me to the system. I did not realize that all sales were final until I was at home and in pain, more than I had before, several days later. I made arrangements to go to the store for the salesman to try and fix the issue with the inserts, since I had purchased the lifetime warranty. Sadly, due to a family emergency, I have not been able to return to the store since making the original appointment. Ive tried to wear the inserts again on two different occasions; both times, I am in more pain than when I went in the first time. Im leery to return to the store for the simple fact I dont want to inflict more pain on my feet, legs, and hips, etc to get it to the right fit. And to top it off, the monthly bills for purchasing the bundle will start arriving soon. Im not a happy customer at this point. I wish I had done more research before deciding to purchase their system.
Unfortunately. I could not wear the shoes after trying them in physical therapy. I ordered a pair of Altrek which worked much better.
I absolutely suggest this place 100% especially Luke hes been so good to me for the past year
I visited the store on 3/22/21 - my sister told me about this place and that it helped a lot of people with feet issues. My story is that I have arthritis in my toes and nothing so far has helped. I was skeptical when I went and am still in the break in period. Luke was my salesman and he was telling me all about the three step process. He quickly got very busy but he worked masterfully to keep each customer happy. I purchased the three step system due to the professionalism of Luke. To date I am glad I did. As I said I am still in the beginning stages and they have already helped me more than professional inserts from a podiatrist. I am looking forward to more and more progress. Thank you Luke for everything.
I have had two back surgeries and two knee surgeries and have had a constant lower back problems over the years. My wife saw your ad and suggested we go out and see what it’s all about. I have been totally satisfied with the results. Back pain is gone and can walk lots longer distances. The only time I have about the good feet store is that they’re very expensive!
I went to the Town Center location next to Best Buy and delt with Kyle. I went in not knowing what to expect but by the time I was done there I was very surprised and pleased. I have had a difficult time with my feet for years and didnt think there was anything I could do to help, until I went here. I worked a 14 hr day a few days after visiting the store and had no foot pain at all! Kyle was extremely informative, concerned about the issues with my feet, and I could tell truly wanted to help solve the problem. Huge shout out to Kyle! I highly recommend The Good Feet Store!
I just want to thank Luke Thornton from the Good Feet Store for hisexpertise in fitting my shoes and arch support correctly. My case was a challenging one. Ive spent years suffering with shoes and custom inserts that were fitted incorrectly. It s not an overnight fix to correct bad arches. But, with this arch support retraining system and commitment I believe that I will finally be able to walk in shoes that dont hurt my feet!!!
I’m very pleased and happy with The Good Feet Store in Town Center. The Manager Luke and Megan were great explaining all the steps and details for have better results. Thanks again!
I placed an order for arch supports via phone. It was a special radio offer. I have flat feet! Wearing these arch support was instant relief! I would recommend them to anyone with the same condition. I enjoy walking again! I thought I had arthritis in my hips but that disappeared after one day wearing the arch supports. Highly recommended. Their representative was courteous and very knowledgeable.
Over-hyped approach to push polymer. Foot impression is a distraction and not a quick custom fix. Easily understood when viewing media campaigns; shoes @ +38% FMV if you dont buy-in for $400-500 worth of their 80% of the the time we win BS.
I went here as a last resort. To be honest after two knee surgeries and major back issues on the horizon, I was not hopeful that The Good Feet Store could do anything to help but I gave it a try. For reference - it takes me about 20 to 30 mins in the morning to stretch and be able to bend my back, I have terrible posture while standing and walking (according to my wife). And anytime there is a change in the weather my knee would begin to lock up and get stiff! I have been wearing my inserts now for about 2 weeks. My knee pain has become a thing of the past. My posture has improved dramatically because of inserts encouraging me to distribute my weight properly. My back pain is barely noticeable. I wake up in the morning ready to go and not stressing the pain I was going to face. Now I’ll be honest, this was a major investment for my family. However, the time I have gained being able to play with my 3 kids has made the investment completely worth it. Take the time and give them a chance. Specifically ask for Megan B. She was honest, explained everything very clearly, easy to work with and did not try to force or rush my decision. She truly wanted me to get back to my family and my life the way I use to be!!!
Luke is really good at what he does he wears the inserts himself. My heel pain is gone and knees feel 100 percent better. A 10 plus in my book.
Great service and my feet have never been better. I have been using the inserts now for 18 months
I purchased a pair of Brooks shoes one year ago, also received inserts. The shoe had a flaw and even though the warranty lapsed they took care of me.I received a new pair of shoes, also another insert.I received excellent service from both Luke and Megan .I highly recommend The Good Feet Store!
Went to this store to see what could be done for my aching achilles tendon. After all the questions and product shown and tested, I was floored with the cost. It is a very costly product (1500$). For about 3 sets of inserts, + other benefits. I understood what all costs were for, but beware.. i still walked out with a pair of inserts for 400$. This product is very pricey.
Not sure why everyone doesnt go here to get insoles. Only had mine for a couple weeks, and there is a noticable difference in my hip and feet pain. Not completely gone yet, but very hopeful it will disappear soon with how quickly the insoles have helped so far!!
I think this is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. You act like everyone is different and get different shoe inserts. Boy is that a lie became my friend and I was shown the same 3 inserts and for the lovely price of 1499.00. Who do you think you are to rip off good people like that. My friend and I have very different problems with our knees and feet. But you were giving us same inserts. Buyer beware
I was skeptical because of the sales pitch, price, and uncomfortablness of the insoles. I had some flex spending money and bought the level 2 insoles. I have very high arches and chronic pain from bunions. These insoles are incredible! They have reduced my foot pain by 90%. You get used to the insoles and now I wish I had another pair.
Made an “appointment “ to visit the store and get a consult. After entering, they never asked for my name or if I had made an appointment. I waited over 30 minutes past my “appointment” time to be assisted. Their entire foot analysis consisted of stepping on an ink pad to get an impression of my feet. No measurements, no gait analysis, nothing else. They then tried to sell me their three sets of inserts with “lifetime” service for $1600.00. These things are injection molded plastic parts that they probably crank out for less than $1.00 a piece. I’m sorry but this borders on the absurd and is highly unethical. You can get custom orthotics from an actual specialist for much less than this. Do not go here unless you enjoy being scammed by people that are trained in sales and little else. As a matter of fact, my salesperson wasn’t even good at sales. Pity. I’m thinking half of the positive reviews are written by company employees.
I agree with other reviews...the Good Feet Store throws their most expensive option at you first. They asked me to spend $1200 on orthotics for my child. When I said we couldnt do that, they then had a pair for $400 and then finally inserts for $100 which we did. I did not like our salesman as he terrified my son saying that he was going to have to get shots in his feet if we didnt purchase the insoles. Overall, I would say we had a very bad experience and staff needs more training to address pediatric customers. And I would appreciate less of the used car salesman tactics with the high priced options first to see if I fell for it, rather than showing me all of my options at once.
Luke was very attentive and knowledgeable. My feet feel improved, and this is only my second week using the Good Feet System.
The Good Feet Store orthotics changed my life! I have had serious, debilitating feet pain for 30 years. I have seen about 20 doctors and have tried countless number of inserts, shoes, and other products that were supposed to help. The Good Feet Store orthotics eliminated over 90% of my pain and increased my mobility by leaps and bounds! The staff here are super helpful, polite, professional and very fair and trustworthy. As you can tell, I highly recommend The Good Feet Store! I have no connections to this store other than being a super satisfied customer. I would love to see others experience the relief I have experienced.
Extremely helpful, and I look forward to getting to the point I am pain free again. It is better day by day.
The inserts I purchased have made my feet feel so much better. I am able to tolerate standing and walking for longer periods of time. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was fitted correctly. Thanks to the Good Feet Store, I have way more energy!
I left a one star negative review a month ago and was thanked for visiting the Alamo Ranch Good Feet Store. My visit was in Jacksonville, Florida and I wanted to make that very clear. It seems you are mis-representing your location to dilute my review.
Great experience from calling to make an apt to visiting and purchasing a package with shoes. My sales person was Luke, he was great and made sure he tried everything he could think of from arch supports to shoes that fit perfectly.
Luke did a wonderful job listening to me and fitting me for the right set of inserts. I felt more secure and had less pain from the first day! It is definitely worth the investment to be able to go about my busy-always-on-my-feet-day without having aching knees, heels, or toes that go numb.
Great experience. Thanks for fixing my problem
This place gave me my feet back. Not in pain like I was. Luke was amazing!!
Luke did a great job explaining differences in arch supports. I felt instant improvement in my pain level as he patiently made changes based on my responses. I’ve resumed activities that keep me on my feet with good results. I look forward to being pain free in the near future.
Great location and attentive service. Listened to my concerns and found the right solution for my needs. Highly recommend
My feet hurt and my knees. I havent been able to wear them.
Unless you plan on purchasing any of the insoles (separate or as a set) dont bother with this place. My wife went in for information and the young lady was very nice showing her the products, mind you going in asking for information. The moment she realized that we werent going to purchase anything at that very moment, she cut us of and went to the next person as if we werent even there. I understand that you want to make money but to completely cut off someone off because you might not make sale that day is unacceptable. I will not recommend anyone to their store, if this is how people are going to be treated.
Love love love the Good feet store. It’s pricey but sooooo worth it. My feet feel 1000% better.
I went to the Good Foot Store last year in June, I bought the Inserts and I also bought the tennis shoes that you carry and I wouldnt buy another pair of those because the person I bought them for had to bring them back (in August- 2 months later)because the top mesh on the front Big toe area had come through the shoe on top. They said it needed to be a bigger shoe so they gave me another pair of shoes. Now in March I returned to the store and they came through again. The shoe is just poorly made, at least the outside top toe area of the shoes. I do feel that when she walks in the shoes, she looks like it is helping when she walks but I cant really tell . Megan, that I dealt with at the store was very helpful and nice. Not much she could do with the shoe and how it was made.
I was in so much pain! The first pair of inserts I took home didnt work, but they were so understanding and switched for another pair. I have been able to wear the new pair now for three days, and what a difference! For the first time in months Im walking without pain! Try the inserts, they are worth every penny.
When I hobbled in to the Good Feet Store I thought I would buy another pair of shoes to try to find relief for my foot, knee and back pain. I was fit for arch supports instead. The supports have given me complete relief. I can get out of bed in the morning with no foot pain. I am able to move about all day as well as walk on the treadmill again pain free.It has been 4 months since my purchase and they still work as wonderful as the first day. Thank you so very much.
After getting my lifts a week ago from the Good Feet Store, the ONLY time I’m not wearing them is during a shower and getting into bed for the night. My balance has improved at least 95% and my lower back pain is nearly gone. Better news, I’ve not fallen or lost my balance at all. 🙏I’m so happy my daughter insisted in going into the Good Feet Store. Thank you for the great fit of these supports. I’m truly happy and blessed.Georgia Douglas
I cant use the things I got Im on my Walker now so Im not happy with Good Feet
Tried to sell me insoles for $1400.00! When I said no, they informed me of a set of insoles for $400.00, when I said no again, they offered me insoles for $99.00. I bought two kinds, one for training one for maintenance. After three months of them hurting my arches, I went back and they tried to sell me another pair? I bought a set of Dr. Scholls plantar fasciitis insoles, finally relief! They were $12.00.
Needed waterproof inserts for my water shoes -- tried other type inserts and not enough arch support - had very bad cramps in my feet and legs doing water zumba after going to the Good Feet Store and Luke made the best arch supports for my water shoes and have completed the hour long water zumba with no cramps at all - would highly recommend Luke at the Good Feet Store - might need to change the name to Happy Feet Store
Purchased insoles from a Good Feet Store many years ago. Went in because I recently lost one pair and was noticing a big difference. They were very nice. We went through all the options for my past and current needs. Even found a solution that could work at least temporarily within my current budget until I can purchase the better fit for me.
I was a bit skeptical at first. I have had heal and ankle pain in both feet for years. I practically lived in Crocs. I bought the trial pair just to see if they would make a difference. Its been a little over a week and WOW!!! The pain is practically gone and I have feeling and sensitivity in my heals. Amazing... I am going back next week and buying the set as I cant imagine what the true inserts will do. Maybe one day I can wear heals againThank you so much “Good Feet” for making my feet feel fantasticI am 100% sold!!!
Megan made sure that I could feel the difference before I left. After wearing them for a week, my back is feeling lots better. Best decision ever.❤️
Was not what I expected when I walked in but Im glad I did. The employees were super friendly and the lady that helped me explained everything in detail. Ive had my inserts for about a week and I feel so much better. Love the fact that I was able to wear with my flip flops and then put in my crocs at work. Cant wait to pick up the tennis shoes I ordered.
I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of how much I had heard about the store. However, I decided to try it out.I have extremely high arches and have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. This has resulted in even having to get injections into the bottoms of my feet. (Ouch doesnt begin to describe the pain.)I went in limping and in pain wearing my flip-flops because it was hot as heck outside. They sized my foot, went in the back, came back out with a pair of tennis shoes and three different sets of inserts.(Exersizers, Maintainers and Relaxers)He showed me how to properly put the inserts (the Exersizers) and insoles into the shoes and I tried them on. As I went to stand up and see how they felt, I was scared and nervous.By this point, my feet hurt so bad I would have to wait and see which foot hurt the worst to figure out which leg I was going to limp on the most. It would feel like someone was stabbing a knife into the outer top portion of my feet, behind my little toes, and then slicing back towards my ankles. This time was different.I stood up and could feel the support in my arches. I also noticed there wasnt the initial pain of my weight stretching my feet.I was intrigued and took my first step with my left foot.(It had been the most painful.)No pain.I stepped with my right and again, no pain. For the first time in years I was actually walking and didnt feel any pain!I was elated! He checked the other two sets of inserts, to ensure there was no pain, and we did have to do a minor change. However, there was still no pain.We completed the transaction and I was planning to wear my flip-flops out of the store because of the heat. However, I stood up with them on and the pain was instantly back. Therefore, I put my new tennis shoes, and inserts, on and havent looked back since.Thank you to The Good Feet Store!!!!!!!I can walk without pain!
I got a personalized free arch support fitting at The Good Feet Store and I love the 3-step system. I didnt realize what a difference arch supports can make and how much more stable and comfortable Id feel wearing them. The 3 different supports provide wonderful options for taking care of my feet which effects the comfort of my whole body. The Exercisers help correct foot alignment. The Maintainers help prevent the feet from falling out of alignment and the Relaxers are low enough to wear in dress shoes and make them so much more comfortable to wear. Im sold on this product and love The Good Feet Store!
Everything was perfect with Megans help! She walked me through the entire process. A little pricey but I think I found my forever fix which would make it worth it 200%! Thanks Megan! :)
Manager was very helpful with my issue and provided customer care like every business should! Keep up the good work ! I will return!Josh
A great experience! My 13yo son has very flat feet and his ARNP recommended The Good Feet Store during his sports physical. Justin explained all the benefits and took his time making sure my son was comfortable and understood the process. So glad we went!
Meagan, did a very professional job. I am enjoying the inserts and BrooksSneakers. Thank You!
Great staff, excellent service, and the insoles are helping so much! On days when I dont walk as much I can wear my maintainers all day. Otherwise I just trade them out after Ive been on my feet for a little while. Noticed improvement in my feet after a little under a week!!! And Im working in a custom frame shop, so Im on my feet 8 hours a day and actively working and moving around. Would definitely recommend if you have plantar fasciitis or similar foot problems that need custom care.
In the process of moving to a new home, my high arches began collapsing and my Plantar fasciitis flared up. Fortune smiled upon me however, as a friend heard The Good Feet commercial on the radio and I stopped in there for help. What a wonderful difference my inserts make! My feet have never felt so supported and comfortable. Highly, highly recommend spending the money on the inserts as they can change your life for the better!
Because of surgery, my one leg seems to be a hair shorter, which caused a limp. This, over time, caused pain. Hip, back, knees and foot. The awesome person at Good Feet Store corrected the problem. Im thrilled with the results
Prior to the Good Feet Store, I bought every OTC product I could find. Then I ordered a pair through my physical therapist ($500 in the late 90s) and a pair from a doctor after a full gait analysis ($1,000 in 2000). I was upset after spending so much money. My feet and my back were killing me. I was a law enforcement officer and a professional firefighter at the time so I spent long hours on my feet. i almost gave up until I found the Good Feet Store.I purchased my pair of inserts from the Good Feet Store in Indianapolis, IN nearly 20 years ago. My first pair developed a small crack after 10 years, but the store in Jacksonville replaced them with a new pair! I did have my receipt since they stressed the lifetime warranty when I purchased them.I dont think theres a better product on the market! Ive tried just about everything. And the staff at the store in St. Johns Town Center are the best. I arrived at their store recently to have my pair checked (a free service provided twice per year), and I didnt realize they were closing. In fact, they locked the doors without ever letting me know it was closing. I felt bad once I realized, but they were patient and never made me feel like I was putting them out. I purchased their padded covers which made my inserts even more comfortable.Their inserts are worth every penny! You will never have to purchase another pair! If you experience the pain that I suffered, you will never regret the time and money spent at the Good Feet Store.
Just went to the store to get information and to see what it was all about. The girl that helped me explained each step and the process. Unfortunately, its to pricey for my budget. Once she saw she wasnt getting the sale from me, she dropped me like a hot potato like I didnt matter anymore and went to the next person.
I enjoyed stopping at your store the sales representative he was excellent explained everything very well. Monday was my first day with the arch supports my pain level at the end of the day went from about 10+ To a8 1/2I am looking forward towards the end of the week and see the improvements.Thank you very muchJohn Rumberger
What a great investment:-)Candace Kellogg provided me info on how to correct my foot pain and when I had a minor adjustment she took care of me right away with a smile:—) Great product, excellent service, and a lifelong Customer!!!
My husband and I just bought a pair of shoes and inserts, at the San Jose Blvd. Store in Jacksonville fl. that were suggested to us by a supposed professional.. Richard. He led us to believe they were exclusive shoes...only to find out we could get the exact shoes for $70.00 less at dicks sporting goods. After I signed for payment we were told that they were non returnable. We will never go back. We will make sure all our family and friends know about our experience.
The people couldnt be nicer, but the pricing is ridiculous. Unless you especially like getting ripped off, stay away from this store. $1,300+ and it does NOT even include shoes. If you must give it a try, steel yourself to limit yourself to the most comfortable of the three arch supports they try to sell you, and totally avoid the pads they sell you to go over the supports. They arent anything special and are the most outrageously priced. Anything you buy at the grocery store will do as well and they arent even necessary at all.
According to Luke the manager of The Good Feet Store at Town Center this is the top grossing store in the country. I can see why. Luke is an amazing salesman. Even though I came in with a prescription from my orthopedist requesting a Sesamoid cut out and a soft orthotic Luke disregarded the prescription and sold me three pair of hard orthotics with a soft insole cushion to place on top. The soft cover/insert had a sciatic pad position below each big toe. Luke claimed the sciatic pad served the same purpose as a Sesamoid cut out since it would reduce front loading by the Sesamoid. I spent over $1400 to purchase materials that went directly against the orders of my doctor. When my doctor saw my purchase he was extremely upset I felt bad for the amount that I had been charged for The inappropriate materials. When I brought everything back I was charged an exorbitant, 35% restocking fee because the store does not offer refunds. I feel I was greatly taken advantage of due to my pain and the desire to relieve this pain. Please, everyone do yourselves a favor and stay away from this store and all its franchisees.
Had a great experience with Justin. He is very knowledgeable and spent so much time making sure he understood my particular needs. He has checked back in with me to make sure I’m not having any problems with my inserts.
I have suffered with Planter fasciitis for all most a year now and it is incredibly painful. I heard about the Good Feet Store on the radio and heard a lot of positive reviews, so decided to give them a try. I was really encouraged by the fact that they promised a lifetime warranty on their products. I was in serious pain and desperate for a remedy. When I arrived they told me that they had seen many customers with my ailment and could certainly provide a solution. In order to diagnose me they first had me place each of my feet on a piece of paper. The woman who helped me in store then asked me about the issues I was having with my feet and I explained everything to her. After our consultation she brought me out a box that had three foot supports and some shoe inserts. The package also included a set of Velcro strips to help keep the supports/inserts in your shoes. The total cost of the package was a whopping $1530. This was really far out of my price range, but I was desperate for a solution to the chronic pain Im in. I asked the woman in the store when I should expect to see results and she assured me that I would be feeling a difference in two weeks.I was excited to try out what the Good Feet Store confidently promised would be a cure for my constant pain. I wore the supports/inserts consistently, following all of the proper instructions. After two weeks I felt no improvement, instead my feet just felt worse. A bit distressed, I called the woman at the store and she assured me that I should come back in and they would find the right inserts to make my pain go way. When I arrived at the store I asked if I could simply have a refund instead. After the first few weeks of using their inserts, I wasnt hopeful. I was afraid of things getting worse again. The woman refused and claimed that all sales were final, despite all of their false promises of results. For someone like me, $1530 is a ton of money. This was taken out of my hard earned savings in the hopes that I could stop the agony I feel on a daily basis. I shouldve known what they promised was too good to be true. After her refusal to refund my purchase I decided my best option was to try new inserts as she recommended. She switched out two of my three inserts and then claimed that it would now take five weeks for me to see a difference. That just sounded crazy to me. The woman then proceeded to tell me that if I were to have any issues after 90 days I would have to pay $26 to replace the inserts. She said this was somehow not covered under the lifetime warranty she sold me.Here I am five more weeks later, still no remedy and my feet are hurting more than ever. I write this review to warn anyone who may be as desperate as I am. Please do not be fooled like I was by the empty promises of the Good Feet Store. I feel like I wasted so much of my savings and I have nothing to show for it. I cant help but feel scammed.Sent from my iPhone
The are very knowledegable. They inserts provided immediate relief for my plantar.
They really took care of the issue and my feet are feeling better and better. Thank you to J York, and Candice. I’m going by the names on the receipt so I hope I got it right. Thank you!!! And I now want to add Mike to that list...thank you so much for helping my mother and me today!! You switched my miracles up a couple sizes and helped my mom get a new pair of classics!!
Justin York was very knowledgeable and was able to fit me with the correct orthotics. I chose to go with the ones that can be put in multiple shoes. So far, so good, and if I have any further issues, to come into the store and they will check it out and try a new one if needed.
I bought a pair of inserts 3 years ago and absolutely love them. There are no stores near me so I took advantage of a trip to JAX. I could not be more pleased with the service from Lowell. I expect to be very happy with todays purchases.
Was convinced the Exorbitantly expensive shoes would solve my issue after 1 hr I returned them 2 weeks later still fighting for my refundBEWARE THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION!
Not what I expected. I needed inserts because my feet 7 1/2 6E hammer toes high arch narrow heel had me walking on the bottoms of the bones in my feet thus wearing away the pads of my feet. My podiatrist gave me rubber stick on pads and recommended permanent inserts. The Good Feet store sold me their system to correct my problem at a cost of $1400.00. Which is cheaper than a full foot repair surgery. So far it appears to be working. I would caution everyone that all sales are final - no refunds.
I went by there today at the suggestion of a friend of mine with back issues. I have plantar fasciitis is extremely bad in both feet. I have dealt with this for years and finally reached a breaking point. I was literally walking slow as can be almost limping as I walked in. Mind you I’m a 35 ear old male in decent shape. The manager, Candice, greeted me and got right to work to address the issue. She put the custom inserts into my shoes and had me walk around. I literally felt ZERO pain in either foot. I was amazed and immediately sold on the product. I will tell you it isn’t cheap but again...breaking point. Thank you for the help!!! Oh and the place is under new management with new employees so reviews about crappy customer service is old news and no longer applicable.
Be very aware that all sales on orthotics are final. I spent over $300 on a set and after wearing them off and on for one month, realized they weren’t helping me. When I called to find out what the return policy was, the sales associate told me about the no returns policy. She offered no apology, just kept repeating the line about it being store policy. You may swap orthotic products within the store, but you will not get a refund. The orthotics are hard pieces of plastic that are mass produced, they are in the exact same condition as when I purchased and they will not take them back. It feels like an unethical and fear-based business model: once they have your money they need to grasp it tightly. I recommend you do exhaustive research before settling on any of these products, and be sure to see an actual podiatrist before going into one of these stores. Lesson learned.
Excellant help, change of strengther was the correct thing to do. Been on my feet all morning an legs dont hurt. Thanks so muchAlso l like the relaxers as they fit nicely I the shoes I love to wear.Have a nice day!!
Stopped in with my wife a month ago. Tried the insoles under the expert help of one of Megan Backheuser. Chose to purchase four arch supports, overlay cushions and a pair of Brooks Dyad 12 4E. Best purchase ever! Immediate relief from lower back pain that remained after surgery. Megan found what I needed based on the same tests bone at Podiatric offices. Thank you to The Good Feet Store and especially Megan for her patience...
My wife found this place by chance while we were walking in Best Buy next door. I had been sufferIng from plantar fasciitis for about 3 months. I would roll my feet on frozen water bottles, lacrosse balls, and would perform stretches that were suppose to assist in remedying my pain. However, these methods only provided temporary relief. When my wife and I entered the Jax location, we were greeted by Megan. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable in the product she was advertising. At the conclusion of our session, I was impressed by how my heel pain disappeared immediately after utilizing the good feet inserts. So far, I have been using the inserts for 5 months and my plantar fasciitis has not returned. I chose to purchase their 3 insert system and returned a month later to purchase additional inserts for my other work boots. I can’t thank Megan and the rest of the staff enough! If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis, don’t rely on generic Wal-Mart products. I tried doing that and it didn’t work. The prices might be a little high at first, but the Good Feet Store provides a lifetime guarantee on their inserts. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again.
Excellent staff.... Candice was very good..feet feel great
Lisa was ultra patient and helped me find the right fit for my needs. I am very happy with my purchase! These inserts are small and comfortable and carry a lifetime warranty!
Our sales rep did an excellebt job of explaining the product, how to use them and what to expect
NOT a shoe store. They are selling $1300 arch supports and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Stay the hell away from this place. They make you believe their shoe inserts will alleviate your foot pain by offering a Lifetime Guarantee that is completely useless if it doesnt work for you. My gf bought these and when they didnt work, she went to an REAL podiatrist (unlike whatever medical professionals these salespeople give the illusion of being) only to find out that all she needed was thinner socks. Foot pain gone, and money down the drain, because no refunds, no matter what. They claim to have great Google reviews, but fail to mention the numerous complaints filed against them Nationwide with the BBB, and stores that have gone out of business, adding to the uselessness of their Lifetime Guarantee. Dont fall for their BS. Go to a real doctor before you give them a dime.-Responses like the one below are meaningless Sandy. Store credit is useless when you dont sell anything of any value.
I had a great experience at the Good Feet Store, they were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what I needed and the options available to me.
Thank you Megan for recommending my wonderful inserts. I am very happy.
I have been dealing with plantar Facitis for 2 years. Been to the doctor fir ibjections every 3 moths for over a year and a half. Never last. I went to the Good Feet store this past Saturday and was in terrible pain. I went through the fitting process. When the insert was put in my shoe I walked across the store and had zero pain. I bought the 3 step plan and a strengther insert. If was expensive. But after 3 straight days of being pain free I have decided it was worth every dollar. The great thing is they are guaranteed for life. I have spent more over the last 2 years seeing doctors and trying all kind of inserts with no results. Now I feel great and am in my feet all day with no pain. I finally have found relief, you cannot put a price tag on that!
Justin York helped us today. My wife and I have been wearing Good Feet Orthotics for several years and they have helped both of us with foot and back pain. After wearing them over a period of time they compress and the effectiveness is decreased. Fortunately, the orthotics are covered under warranty. Today we replaced three inserts. Wonderful service here. Thanks for all your help, Justin.
Mmmmm feet
The staff was courteous and helped me with me feet issues.
My wife brought her elderly mother in today. Her mother has odd sized feet and is a diabetic and her Dr recommended upgrading her shoes. So why not try the advertised experts instead of a common shoe store. The retail space has no shoes on display, so you would expect they would use their expertise to measure and analyze your foot and then bring specialty shoes and tell you that they fit properly and why. Well thats not what happens here. Apparently it is worse than the service and expertise at Payless and you can be treated rudely several times by an older man who was just a total jerk. My wife even said she heard him talking on the phone about their move to St Johns Town Center and when they left she nicely said good luck on your move and his reply was something to the effect of... doesnt matter to me Im still going to get paid.
I had planters fasciitis, knee pain and back pain. Justin was amazing and helped me find just the right supports. After a Week I was pain free and have been ever since. I recommend Good Feet to anyone with any aches and pains!
As much as you guys spend on advertising, I would think that you would pay more attention to the negative reviews listed here. You respond to the good ones, but ignore the negative. Ive never been to your store, but, based on the reviews here,Im not sure if I want to.
Amazing product, Justin gave great service, was thorough, and had attention to detail! He helped me save money! Thank you!
Excellent service. Loving our inserts.
Have had them for a couple of weeks and have not seen a noticeable difference yet. But the price they wanted is outrageously expensive!!!! For two tiny inserts and a the third insert being no better than a dr. Scholls, $1,400.00 is a little much!! They are not made of gold.
Can always count on attention and good customer service, in addition to getting new inserts immediately if needed. No eaitwai for ordering and then shipping.
Justin and the staff at the store were very helpful and we were so glad we stopped in the store. Keep up the good work.
The manager Lisa is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Perhaps because I am young or a woman of color she was rude and told me to Google the questions I asked her. when an older white gentleman entered the store she perked right up and was friendly to him. Dont waste your time here. There are other stores that will give better service. Support business that welcome EVERYONE
Justin helped me today to exchange my arches. The arches have changed my life for the best...
