The Eagle Rider program is the way to take a prolonged (24 hours or longer) test ride on one of the available Harley’s. It’s important to know going in that the $65 model guarantee is the only way to assure that the exact model you want will be there for you. But of course without this, you will have a cycle when you get there. For example, I did not pay the guarantee and asked for a Road King. This was not available when I arrived so they put me on a Street Glide. The rental cycles at this dealer are in excellent shape— the Street Glide I took out had 15K miles and looked new.The staff at this dealer (Adamec in Jacksonville) are very helpful and really good folks. Every time I’ve been in there, I want to buy a bike from them or at the very least, keep renting Eagle Rider bikes. Use the VIP Zero liability for some peace of mind. $35 is a good price for this.

The rental experience at the Harley store on Baymeadows was smooth and professional. To be sure, EagleRider is a very expensive way to go but there dont appear to be any other rental opportunities in the area. The bike was a 2019 Street Glide and it was ok. But the staff at Adamec Harley Davidson was first rate.

Cons:- lady on the phone was apathetic and rude- prices online were less than staff tried to charge over the phone- confirmation of booking took more than 3 times as long as committed to- information provided over the phone was false causing considerable logistic issues (I was told there was drop off capability outside of office hours. I was only advised upon receipt of the bike/after charged that this was not true. Returning during office hours would have required I miss an international flight)- staff was not even on site let alone with a ready vehicle for time of pickup- bike broke downPositive:- on-site staff came in at 6:45am with all her young children in tow just to take back the keys so that I could make my flight.Overall, it was nice to have a bike to ride and I liked the bike itself, but I will look to other companies in the future. I felt exposed on a number of occasions and don’t have enough faith in Eaglerider to rent from them again.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Baymeadows HD store. My wife and I rented a Limited for a long ride across the state. Sarah was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The bike was clean very new with low miles. Everything was as promised and I will be renting again very soon and will be recommending to all of my friends. Thank you Sarah!

We had a great experience at Jacksonville HD Eagle Rider. Our Electa Glide was almost brand new, ready and waiting. Sara was like having a tour guide for the area. She steered us the right direction for the great roads and restaurants. It was better than a ten! The dealer is one of the nicest we have ever visited. Great retail and all the new bikes along with some pieces of history on display. You can tell they all love to ride.

If I could rate 0 of 5 stars I would. Eagle Rider sucks, plain and simple. Upon arriving, the rentals we had reserved were not available. How can a rental company even function like that? Eagle Rider is a joke and a waste of a time. Don’t waste your time reserving anything with Eagle Rider.

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. My husband rented 2 bikes through this crappy outfit as a graduation gift for his son. He was going to fly down and they were going to spend a couple days riding. He made the reservation 2 months in advance. 3 days before the flight to leave he gets a call saying 1- they dont even offer to rent the bikes he reserved (even though his reservation contained pictures of the bikes he supposedly reserved) and 2 - the scheduled pick up time would be pushed back 2 hours. Then, when he tried to cancel they would not refund his money and would only give him store credit. The person on the phone explained he could use the credit at the harley dealership but when he got the cancellation papers it clearly stated the credit could only be used for a future rental. As if we would even consider doing business with them again. So, the bottom line is they are a bait and switch operation that will steal your money if you refuse to settle for something you never wanted in the first place. Avoid them at all costs.
