If I could give ZERO STARS I would... I have been coming to this place for years and never have I seen it in shambles like this. Came in to drop my order off AS USUAL - and the women working the front of the house were both incredibly rude... not only to me but to all the other patients they were in contact with. They lose my order and I ask for the ladies name who helped me and her name is LINDA. I ask for her managers name and she walks off????? Turns out SHS IS THE MANAGER??? No wonder. It all makes sense.

Unless you want to wait an hour to be seen I would suggest booking your MRI elsewhere. This is the second time I’ve visited this facility. The first I waited 45 min for my appt. this time, upon arrival, I was told I would be waiting an hour. If you are running that far behind then they should be calling their patients and telling them prior to arriving. I will not be coming back to this business.

Always come here for my imaging. Today I came in and immediately registered in the back and waited a few minutes and got my ultrasound. I came 20 minutes early and was in and out. Jennifer did my ultrasound and she was very sweet and comforting.

I have used Precision Imaging countless times in the past and never experienced an issue until today. I want to preemptively say that a supervisor and Practice Manager spoke with me and did their best to rectify it.Its already hard as a woman to go in and get uncomfortable exams, but when a tech says you are lying, and when you try to explain a past procedure does not in fact mean you have been pregnant, she let me know this is her field and she knows what shes doing. Each time I answered a question normally, yet anxiously, she accosted me. I finally put my body against the wall and told her I felt unsafe, to leave the room, and find someone else. I even explained having a panic disorder and being nervous, but was told it was condescending of me to try and provide 2 dates of prior procedures. Here I am answering questions and shes acting this way? As I explained to the managers, I had just had a super jovial convo with the front desk, so I didnt walk in the door looking for a fight.Women or any patient should never have a tech say so you have had xyz? As if you are lying. And over such touchy stuff. I hope she is fired for how she treated me.Precision has in the past been amazing. My first MRI years ago was terrifying and a tech back then helped calm me and get things done. I will still go back, but only because the managers there totally held space for me, let me vent, listened with care, and responded appropriately. Thank you to those two women who helped settle things down.This experience was very triggering and I hope it never happens again.

Love! Love! Love! My OBGYN found a lump in my breast the breast center they sent me to said it was calcium. 2 yrs later I went to Precision being I was already a patient there. And the office is so super relaxing. In the same place they found 3 mass. They saved my life! When I found out they no longer accepted my insurance I changed my insurance company. I Love Them That Much!!

These people over scheduled and expect you to wait at their convenience. I am sitting here one hour and 15 minutes past my appointment and these people are saying another 25 minutes. Such disrespect for patients especially considering I scheduled almost a month ago. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Such a great experience! My chiropractor called in an order for an MRI for me this morning and within a couple hours, Precision called me to schedule! I was able to get in same day to get it done!The entire staff was kind and polite to me when I arrived. I was seen right away and they all made me feel so comfortable!I was worried about the noise level of the MRI from reading the reviews beforehand but I have no idea what in the world those people are complaining about. They give you two sets of protection for your ears. They must have not put the plugs in all the way...because honestly, the sound almost put me to sleep lol. It was awesome! Don’t let the reviews of the noise deter you...that’s a ridiculous thing to complain about. Looking forward to getting my results!Thanks again!

I made an appointment for my lumber MRI well in advance so that I could get in around my lunch hour, minimizing time away from work. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled time.. As I approached the front desk I was greeted rather unpleasantly. After checking in, I was told that they were running approximately one hour behind. I protested and told them that I specifically made an appointment at lunch due to my work schedule, and that this really wasnt going to work. They did not offer an apology, nor did they seem to care! I was rudely told that I could either wait or make another appointment. I asked when the next appointment was available, and was told in about two weeks. This was not an option due to a pre-scheduled appointment with my neuro surgeon the following week who needed to see my MRI. After choosing to wait, they made it clear that I could not do anything until I paid their fee of $325.00 (with insurance). I thought this was quite high, as I had an MRI at Baymeadows MRI (Which I highly recommend) about a year prior and it cost me $60 co-pay and later billed $150.The waiting area was dirty and not very comfortable. The worn out leather couches and chairs were very uncomfortable for my lower back.When I was called back, I was again rudely greeted and brought back to the dressing room. Once dressed in my smock bottoms I went to the the MRI room. I was told that I had an option to insert earplugs or not, as the machine was not too loud. I chose to wear earplugs, and Im glad that I did! This was one of the loudest MRI machines I have ever experienced.When the MRI was complete, I asked if I could pick up the disc at the front. I was told that it would not be ready yet and that I could pick it up around 5:00 p.m., or the next day. There office location was not very convenient to me so I chase to come back the next day on my lunch hour. When I showed up and asked for my disc, it was not ready. They could tell that I was not happy with that, so the burned a copy for me within 15 minutes.I do not recommend Precision for your MRI needs. There facility location is inconvenient, there facility is uncomfortable and dirty, the staff is rude, the machines are exceptionally loud, and the their price is too high! Find another imaging company, you wont regret it!

Had my 1st mammogram and US for an issue. Scheduling and billing were not the most organized. The front desk receptionist that greeted me was nice but kept wearing her mask around her neck. However the amazing technicians behind the scenes working directly with patients we’re on deniably remarkable. Very informant while taking extremely good care of me. Walked me through process thoroughly explained techniques being used with a lot of guidance and reassurance. Hands-down would absolutely recommend for all imaging needs to visit Percision on Gate Parkway. Thank you everyone for taking such wonderful care of me through these unknown waters. The facility was clean, safe and efficient for meeting any needs you may have.

First they rescheduled/ canceled my appointment because they said they needed Dr notes for insurance. They had not heard from the DR office. Well why did I scan that document the day I made the appointment and send it with the notes on it. A week before the appointment. How many times did you call? Why do you not call the patient. That office has never not answered the phone when I called. Also I called the insurance and they didn’t even have a request. If I didn’t call and also pay out of pocket the appointment would not have happened again because they still didn’t try to contact anyone. They didn’t even send the insurance request in until the day before the appointment. What makes it worse is I got a different answer every time I called to find out what the issue was. Now I’m at my Dr. appointment 2 days later and still no scans.

This facility is packed, but the staff do their best to keep the process as efficient as possible. Scheduling is very easy. I can not heap enough praise on their techs though. Especially their MRI techs and doctors. They are very competent and went above and beyond what I needed. They managed to catch a life threatening medical issue at an early enough stage that I am able to undergo a less aggressive treatment plan.

I have mixed reviews here. There was a time I had an appointment and waited more than an hour! But the rest of my visits were on time and fast. Staff are also very nice. I like going here for my mammogram, they have a locker and a really nice private waiting area for us. There are even chocolate kisses while you wait!

Have been going to Gate Pkwy location for years. The staff is always on top of their game. Makenzie, in particular, is an amazing technician, very thorough and explains everything completely, and all with great joy. She obviously loves her work!!!!

Waited 2 hours in the waiting room. Apparently they have one doctor and one machine to get an MRI. If they know the wait will be long they should not schedule so many people so close to each other because now we’re all just waiting for hours. I would recommend a morning appointment or you will most likely have a long wait time.

These guys dont know what they are doing. Twice they have rescheduled me and every time they give me different preparation instructions. Drink water, no wait dont drink water. Fast for 4 hours . I get here for my appointment and the tech and did you fast for 6 to 8 hours. I am like no, they told me to fast for 4. Now I got to visit again 15 days later !!. People please value patients time. Manager if you are reading this please take some action.

I am beyond extremely disappointed with Precision Imaging. My Dr faxed in orders today for a STAT ultrasound.I repeat the orders were for a STAT ultrasound. A lady called to schedule an appointment and she said they have no appointment available for a week. I explained the orders said STAT.She said she will talk with her supervisor and call me back. She called back and said it is not possible for me to get an appointment for another week and a half!!!!.What kind of a healthcare facility is this?I will never recommend this facility to anyone and have informed the doctors office not to send anyone to Precision Imaging.

I went for cranial MRI at the Fleming Island Location. As my first time for MRI I was not aware OR made aware of the extremely high noise levels and potential hearing damage, but was told that the headphones would block most of the noise. They use standard headphones from Siemens which are rated at 14db (worst in the industry) attenuation only, and considering the machine can get up to 130db this is dangerously high. Siemens equipment manual actually states you need at least 30db of protection for the patient.I strongly recommend to NOT go to precision imaging for an MRI as they clearly are not concerned regarding patient health and safety regarding this procedure (I cannot comment on other procedures, but the MRI shows a lack of guidelines/adherence to safety protocols). If you have to go for an MRI at Precision I strongly recommend to wear your own earplugs underneath the headphones (which I would have done if I was aware of the noise). I would have expected a professional organization to have the proper PPE (including for hearing) for their customers and make sure their customers are aware of the risks.I hope that Precision makes the necessary changes to their protocols to make sure that NO CUSTOMER has to ever be put at risk again.I am left with intermittent Tinnitus after this procedure.

I have been to this location 4 times now (with appointments) and have never waited less than an hour to be seen. Their excuse is that “they’re busy”. If you value your time and do not want to waste it sitting in a waiting room, do not come here.Edit: Christin, the Office Manager, commented on my review and offered for me to reach out to discuss. I attempted to give her a call and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and have yet to hear back.

I was supposed to have an exam done, but whoever scheduled me put me on the wrong day - a few weeks ago. I showed up to be told they had tried to call. I was furious. The office manager Kristin brought me back to her office- rescheduled and calmed me down. The day of my appointment she followed up to confirm my appointment and walked me back the day of. Miranda was nurse performing exam, she was very kind to. I was called then next morning by Kristin to let me know everything was set to my doctor for my follow up and she emailed my report to me. Very personable. Started off bad but ended on a great note.

This is the Top Rated Imaging Centers to go to. They offer more than Tallahassee does. Its worth the drive.Excellent patient care and very courteous staff clean.They now offer Saturday and evening appointments. They give you your disc and make sure that your referring Physician also has a copy with the report.I truly trust Precision Imaging Centers in Jacksonville Fl. over many places in Tallahassee.

My 1st experience here was very good. Subsequent experiences have not been so good. Im very upset right now, so Im going to do my best to keep this factual. They have tried to create a relaxing spa like atmosphere. The décor is very attractive but the oversized furniture is very uncomfortable. My appointment was for 8:15 p.m. Yes, thats 8:15 p.m. Not exactly the time than I would have liked, but I needed to get this done. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited for an hour and 15 minutes before they took me back. As one of the other reviews mentioned, what I asked how much longer it would be, they went and got the tech. Not a good idea for all the reasons that she mentioned. There must be a better way to keep patients informed about wait times. They are not good at starting IVs and the last two times I have been there, they have stuck me twice, leaving large bruises each time. They tell you to allow two hours, but I was there almost three. I have called and left messages for someone to call me about issues in the past and never received a call back. Please go somewhere else.

What a disappointing experience yesterday. There was a man dressed up walking around the facility without a mask on. I assume he worked there because he was talking to staff members. Even if he wasn’t a staff member, he should have been required to wear a mask. I will not be back to this facility and would suggest you do the same if you care about your personal health.

I went to Precision Imaging for cranial MRI. I was provided only a set of headphones and was told they were sufficient to block much of the noise. I was NEVER informed of the potential for hearing damage due to the extremely loud noise in the machine which can reach up to 130db, and the headphones provided have NRR of 14db max (one of the worst in the industry).After reaching out to Precision, I was informed I should have pushed the panic ball if the the noise was too loud, even though I expect that that the loudness of the perceived noise was safe given they are a medical facility. I had no idea that I was being placed into an unsafe environment.It is clear that PPE and Safety procedures are optional for MRI at Precision and that it begs the question of the rest of the procedures and what is not being done in a safe manner (I cannot comment as I dont know).I am writing this review as a warning to others and also pleading with Precision to implement adequate procedures for PPE and not put any customer in a harmful environment EVER.

Nice staff, especially the nurse who took my scans. Pretty sitting area. I felt comfortable and had only a 10 minute wait time. Theyre offering more hours now and that seems to be helping. I would only advise that they get some of the couch and chair cushioning in the waiting area redone. Its sunken in but other than that, the experience exceeded my expectations.

I have consistently recommended precision imaging for years because they’ve always been so good, but now,I am so very unimpressed for medical professionals!! I made an appointment a few weeks ago for some imaging at the gate Parkway location. I was told at that time that temperatures were checked prior to coming into the building, and everyone would be wearing a mask. I would not have scheduled an appointment otherwise! When I arrived this week, the receptionist was not wearing a mask at all, less than half of the staff members I encountered (nearly 10) were wearing masks at all or had them under their chin or nose. No one checked temperatures and they only asked if you had a fever. Seriously, if you want to be sincerely protected, do not have any imaging done with precision imaging!!! Very unprofessional! How can you say you care for or respect your patients if you do not even take the basic precautions in a pandemic?!

I had an appointment today with this business and was able to go right in, have a seat for a few minutes to fill out the insurance paperwork, and get right to my MRI.I see a lot of people complaining about, oh gee, I had to wait half an hour bla bla. OH THE HUMANITIES!!!! The universe did NOT revolve around YOU!!Try to picture the people who work here are humans just like you, they have families, they have children who can be needful as they try to get them off to school, they have vehicles that dont want to start and so on. Sometimes machinery does not want to play nice when you start it back up and it takes a few extra minutes to get it going. Maybe one of their patients was another person who expected the world to revolve around them, did not listen to instructions, and moved during the MRI. Now that series is shot, and they need to redo that sequence. This takes time, and now by the time your appointment comes up, they are running 30 minutes late. Its not the end of the world.I have had to wait well past appointment times before for medical procedures and Im still alive, my world did not end!! Being a bit late is NO reason to give a company a one star rating. Move to another country and see how well the medical treatment is there compared to what you just received at this place.Be thankful places like this DO exist, and are here to help you eventually relieve the pain you are in, instead of being bitter because it took 30 minutes longer than you thought.Aaron

I loved my experience at this Precision Imaging Centers location! We found out that my daughter needed an X-ray. The doctor shared with us that Precision Imaging was very close and that they take walk-ins. I’ve never just walked in to a place like this without an appointment. My daughter and I walked in and hoped for the best. I was blown away. The staff were super nice, very efficient, and the entire visit took approximately 25 minutes. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. Thank you for being a great organization doing valuable work in a timely manner!

My name is Carrie Fields, not phantom player. My son changed my google name. Anyway, this was my second time at Percision Imaging on Gate Parkway for a mammogram. My mom recommended the place. The first time was my first mammogram and was much better than expected. However, I had a completely different experience today. The staff was not helpful or friendly. I felt like a bother if I asked any questions. The lady that did my mammogram man handled me, was really annoyed and aggravated, and it hurt like hell. I think her objective was to flatten me like a pancake. I will never put myself through that pain ever again. Im just gonna take my chances and hope I never get breast cancer.To be fair, they have flexible scheduling, they got me in and out quick, and the place has a spa like ambiance. So not completely all bad.

Best experience ever! Its so refreshing and unique to be greeted by people that genuinely appreciate that youre there. Kimberlys huge smile was so infectious I couldnt help but smile myself. Kenzie was warm, super-friendly, and cared that my experience was entirely positive. Michelle couldnt have been more accommodating and patient as I scheduled my next visit. Even the technicians doing the work deserve five stars. From now on, Im going to insist that all of my doctors send me to this Precision Imaging for all of my imaging needs. Its not fun to have imaging done but the people working at this Precision Imaging made it a stress-free experience. When I initially looked up reviews for this facility after my doctor referred me here for a CT Scan, I was a little worried because of the low reviews (2.9 out of 5 stars).To my surprise, I had a very pleasant experience there. When I arrived, I was immediately told by the receptionist that they were running behind. To me, this was perfectly fine since I have yet to visit a medical facility that isnt always behind. I was just glad that she let me know in advance that I might be expecting a bit of a wait. My total time of being checked in to be done was a little less than an hour.When I got called to the back, the nurse had a little trouble getting my IV started. Admittedly Im not a fan of needles, so I got a little light headed. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was OK before moving on and gave me plenty of time to start feeling better before continuing with the procedures.When the actual scan was done, it only took 5 minutes, and again the staff was great.I know everyone will have a different experience, but luckily for me, mine was very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly, patient and seemed to genuinely care if I was doing OK. The facility is also very nice. Hopefully others will start to have the same experience as well.

I had a delightful experience at Precision Imaging! Brooke greeted me and was very friendly. Angela checked me in and was quite personable and efficient. Rosie took care of my pictures. She was sweet and her directions were clear and concise for my images. The waiting area was beautifully decorated and had comfortable seating. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The professionalism is apparent with all staff & the decor of the facility as well as top of the line equipment is beyond the expected. As a patient myself, I have utilized their facility several times with great service and treatment. I dont understand all these terrible reviews. Upon making my appointment I received an email that included the date as a reminder and stated that it may take 2 hours. I planned ahead and brought my book just in case. Also, I knew I had a deductible that needed to be met. So I proactively called the day before to ask what was due for testing. It was extremely affordable compared to having the same tests in a hospital. Everyone was courteous. I even got in and out within 45 minutes. I would definitely go back for my imaging needs.

These experiences are never fun, but the staff makes you feel so comfortable. The place is extra clean, the staff is friendly, helpful, and timely. My appointment was at 12:45 and I did Not have to wait. I recommend this facility to anyone having these images done. I will be back next year😉

The greeter Kimberly at the desk on gate parkway had a mask hanging around her neck and refused to put it on after we asked. There is a sign there requiring masks! FL just reported 15000+ cases! We tried to report her but did not get a return call.

Arrived 30 min early only to be told MRIs are about 1hr behind. After that hour I was then told probable another 45min at least. To have the MRI done my bladder needs to be full and I am very claustrophobic so I am also take med for the purpose of getting the MRI. I hope the meds last, or it will be a resched MRI. Will not recommend.

Every time I go to Precision Imaging my office experience with getting my x-rays my MRI’s is phenomenal. However, dealing with the billing office and the supervisor at the billing office is the most absurd thing I’ve ever done in my life. When I go into the office for the x-ray I pay my co-pay four dollars. Every single time I still get a bill in the mail. Every single time I have to call and say I paid my bill in the office when I had the x-ray done. Today for the third time after I paid my bill in the office I’ve gotten a bill each and every time I talk to the billing supervisor she still says I owe, it’s four dollars. The first time I talk to her I said screw it I pay the four dollars and she applied it to a bill from a couple of years ago that had already been written off and that’s not even applicable and then when I tell her that I paid my bill when I was in the office she said sometimes they collect payment sometimes they don’t it’s the most dysfunctional thing I’ve ever seen in my life and never ever have I dealt with an accounting process who doesn’t apply a payment to the specific invoice when you called to correct and actually over pay bc you already paid. And now for the third time I’m trying to reach her because I have a threat to send me to a credit bureau for a four dollar bill that I already paid when they did the x-ray. Every time I’ve asked to speak with her supervisor every time I have gone ignored and nobody has called. I will get in touch with whoever is running that company and they will hear from me because I’m over it. Do not pay when you go to the office wait for them to send a bill or you’ll be in a never ending circle of threats for collection bureaus over four dollars that you have already paid and over paid.

Very caring and compassionate staff! However, I had to make multiple phone calls between my doctor’s office and this office ensuring everything was correct. Call me old fashioned, but when someone is having testing done it is stressful enough that a patient shouldn’t have to make sure two medical offices know how to communicate. I specifically asked for a price quote since I knew our deductible hadn’t been met. I was told over the phone and in person twice what the price would be. You have to pay your balance up front so I did that only to receive a bill a few weeks later saying I still owed the same amount I paid. After speaking to someone on the phone she said that it was that price per breast which no one, in person or on the phone had previously stated. This is what happens when businesses get too big. I drove all the way across town when I could have went closer to home. There are too many options for imaging centers to put up with this. Paying double is not acceptable.

I have been to this location two times now & both times have been an outstanding experience. My most recent visit was yesterday & from start to finish, including paper work, the test itself, & getting a burned copy of my results on disk, I was out the door within 40 minutes. Every staff member that I encountered was very nice & helpful. I will be returning if I have to get any other tests done. Great facility.

Ive been several times and have never been disappointed. They could have been a little faster in getting me in, but the wait wasnt that bad. Besides, I feel like Ive stepped into the pages of Southern Living magazine every time Im there, so Im usually very comfortable and enjoying the lovely architecture and decor.

I had an appointment in the AM in conjunction with some techs from my oncologist. I had a contrast CT scan and a contrast MRI. The equipment and lockers were very clean and up to date. I had a very short wait, everyone from Precision was kind, and the environment was great. I cant say enough good things about my visit. I was treated with courtesy and compassion. I would return with no qualms.

Service at the facility was great, however, they expect payment before services and clearly dont check with insurance for in-network discounted prices. I over paid for a procedure and was told a check would be sent to me in 3-4 weeks because of all the managers it had to go through. 3-4 seems a little ridiculous to me. Maybe 5-7 business days but weeks? Youre 20 minutes away. Then the rep on the phone had a dont care attitude and basically told me deal with it. Wonder if theyd accept that answer from a patient? Itll take 3-4 weeks for me to pay you because it has to go threw my husband. Smh. Again, people in office were great but thats because theyre getting their money. The billing dept. does not care about the other doctors you have to pay, procedures you have to have, or that they have your money in limbo for weeks just because. Will NOT go back. Id rather pay more somewhere else and have better customer service and less frustration.

The establishment itself is lovely. Almost spa like; very tranquil. Appointment was very quick; for a cervical MRI I was in for about 10 minutes. Took about 45 minutes from walking in to walking out. I would highly recommend coming here for your imaging needs. The staff, however, were only so-so. It was late in the work day for them on a Saturday night so perhaps they were just tired. They werent very friendly but werent rude, either. I dont expect people to be all warm and fuzzy all the time but at the same time I was slight put off by the staff.

I try to go to Precision for all of my imaging needs whenever possible. I was sent there many years ago for an MRI and being a claustrophobic person, any time a doctor says those three letters together my heart just drops into my stomach. I HATE those machines!!! They are scary, loud, long and uncomfortable. Toss in the claustrophobia (fear of small spaces) and I am a like a caged animal unless you medicate me close to complete anesthesia in order to roll me in there. So, I took my medication and the staff at Precision couldnt have been nicer. They were patient, kind, took the time to move at my terrified pace, padded every sore spot when I layed down on the table, talked to me through the entire scan (at my request) and before I knew it, the whole thing was over!!! Ever since then, I have always returned to Precision for my imaging needs. Turns out, they ALWAYS treat their patients that way and it wasnt just because I was scared outta my wits that day. Everyone gets treated with compassion, kindness and given all the time they need to change, move around and facilitate the imaging process at the patients speed because they are the ones who are hurting, disabled or injured when they go in there. It is great that the folks at Precision remember that and treat each person with kid gloves because if they were rushing and man-handling us for the sake of pushing patients through to get their day done on time, we could get hurt even worse. The way they have decorated the place is so comfortable that you feel like you have just walked into someones home and you go out back into their bedroom to have your scan done!!! You always leave there feeling that you got as much accomplished as you could have and you were treated wonderfully while you were there. I would never hesitate to recommend Precision to ANYONE I met on the street who was in need of imaging services and this is coming from someone who worked in medicine for 20 years, who has seen it all! Way to go Precision, kudos to you and nice job.

Im a firm believer in ethical aspects of business and unfortunately was perplexed when I initially made an appointment for 12:30 and then the day before I obtain 2 emails pushing the appointment out an hour and then an hour and 1/2. I explained initially that I needed n appointment around noon based upon obligations and appointments after the imaging services. Its not comprehensible how you can obtain a confirmation for an appointment and not have any immediate communication(s) of a change but an e-mail the day before. This is not a way to do business and Im sure everyone is nice and calm with pleasant conversational skills but they need a lot of assistance with setting and maintaining an appointment with proper communication if they are unable to maintain the confirmed time frame.

Great staff, but be aware that you will wait more than an hour past your appointment time to be seen for an MRI. This is the 2nd appointment in 6 months where the same thing happened. Nice people just dont expect it to go quickly. They clearly overbook..

To whom it may concern,I have been a patron of your establishment for many years and referred quite a few people to your business. But the language of this woman in an open forum is disrespectful. Especially when you work in close proximity to clients. I understand everyone is entitled to an opinion, and regardless of the situation of the lady with moth balls in her yard, but if you are going to be calling people WHITE TRASH you need to take your place of employment Precision Imaging off your page. How does Ms. Lauren know the lady is white trash? It was a derogatory statement referring to poor white people, suggesting she is lower social class with degraded standards of living. To use this term suggests the lady is an outcast from respectable society living. Where does she get off with this? Who or what gives Lauren the right to call us, you, me or anyone white trash? Lauren has definitely chosen the wrong field of work in the health care field that we may possibly be white trash in her eyes. I guess us patrons will never know to our face if she thinks we are white trash, but as soon as we leave I am sure she would talk behind our back. Or lord forbid on a social media page!

I had an appointment for 9 pm. After arriving promptly I was advised that they are running an hour and a half behind and I will not be seen until 10:30pm. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t give their patients the courtesy of a phone call in a situation like this. The choices I have now is to reschedule, after driving all the way out here or to wait for 1.5 hrs. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional considering the a substantial amounts of money they charge for their services.

The worst customer service and no attention to detail! My trip was a complete waste of time...and no one informed me in advance, i could not have been seen with a discrepancy in my MRI order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI called this location a day before to confirm my MRI order was received. They didnt have it, so i emailed in a copy.1. The lady called and confirmed same dayBut, she mentioned the wrong knee exam.I politely told her it must be a mistake, because it was 100% the opposite knee. Then, she read FURTHER ON THE ORDER and confirmed which MRI knee order it actually was. NEVER making a note on my account for anything else.2. Scheduling called the next day to help me set an appointment. We spoke around 9am. The scheduling lady AGAIN mentioned the wrong knee as an MRI. I told her the correct knee, and she allowed me to proceed with setting an appointment for later that evening around 8pm.3. I get to the office around 10 before my scheduled time. They took a copy of my identification and insurance. I waited for about 10 minutes to be greeted by staff to be told i couldnt be seen.She mentioned my order said left knee, but i needed it done for my right. And, there was nothing she could do.She also said usually they get an email or some sort of confirmation from the doctors office if something like this needs updated.After about 6 minutes of me explaining, i traveled 25 minutes to get there. She also mentioned management doesnt work at that time. She said sorry, but she could do nothing else.Final summary: In the special instructions part of my order, it did show L (for left) knee test... instead of R (for right) knee. However, in the detailed checkbox section of the order for testing--it showed the words RIGHT KNEE.So, again my trip was a complete waste of time...and no one informed me in advance, i could not have been seen with this discrepancy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ive set appointments up twice. Ist time, issue with staff, 2nd time I show up, I was told 1 hour wait past my original appointment time. I could not wait as I have children to pick up. A call from staff would have been nice to let me know they were a hour plus behind schedule. I lost time from work for nothing. Terrible customer service
