Just visited Going Postal in Jacksonville, NC had the pleasure of being helped by Kimberly and observing Heather. What wonderful representatives of a business! I only hope the customer service I give at work compares to theirs. Greet you like they’ve known you forever. And did I mention the place is remodeled! It’s lovely inside, spacious and clean. My husband and i have used this facility, being very pleased with everything about it and in it! the store front is beautiful, with great diversity of supplies, and they add seasonal decorations as well as flower arrangements, which brings great joy just to walk in! the 3 ladies in the staff: Katherine, Kim, and Pricilla, are very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. my last shipment was handled by Katherine who was extremely patient dealing with the difficult international address, searching all the applicable carriers and prices for my choosing, and even packing the box for me! they are all a pleasure to deal with. i highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs.

I had an issue with my return label that the company sent me. Mrs. Catherine at Goin Postal assisted me every way that she could. She was very helpful. While I waited on the company to send me the new shipping label, I noticed that Mrs. Catherine was very professional with everyone. I noticed how she and the staff continued to wipe down the desk and counters. My issue was fixed. I will go back again.

I had never used this service before and came in last week with lots of questions in regards to shipping something overseas. Everyone was so helpful!! They were very patient with me and were all very professional!!

Too busy worrying about personal side conversations vs the customer. They hand you a form and tell you to initial. They don’t say what it’s for or anything. I asked why and their response “oh we’re supposed to asking you if it’s hazardous or fragile.” Well you didn’t ask but it is fragile. Upon my pack arriving at its destination they still failed to mark it fragile like I told them and some of the items broke.

Ive been coming to this location for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. The customer service is amazing. The people that work there seem to enjoy their job. Theyve done an amazing job with the expansion as well. More than anything, I love their music they play there.

People are friendly,service good but they are extremely high or do not offer you suggestions for a way to ship for less. Everything I read says two day shipping is about 26$. I ended up paying 42$ for three day delivery. Why wasnt I offered the less expensive for two day delivery?? Will not go back!

Priscilla was awesome. She was a took care of packing my awkward item and ensured it had enough protection to allow it to survive the trip ahead.

I had the best experience at this location on what was otherwise an awful day—I drove an hour to Jacksonville to have a divorce document notarized and my bank refused to do it because it was outside their scope and later it turns out I had forgotten my debit card when I got to the checkout. The knowledgeable and friendly Tara made it a speedy, easy process for me and they have Apple Pay which totally saved my behind. I’ll be back here first thing when a need arises.

A+ establishment, everyone is always courteous and customer-service focused. Tara helped me and she was so professional and informative! I highly recommend for your shipping needs and Ill be a return customer.

I’ve had a Personal Mailbox here for the past three years and let me say that the staff are nothing but the best! I loved every second of having a mailbox here, you get notifications on your phone and email every time you get mail and it’s the most helpful tool you could ever need.They have the most professional and courteous staff I have ever met and help with every single shipping need you could need. I’ve got help with things the regular Post Office could never do.After, I started my move out and had to close my mailbox out there. They wrote me this amazing letter wishing me the best of luck and I could never ask for such a kind note. Much better than any alternative in town! I can do all things postal here. Service with a smile and Christian music playing for extra goodness! They are quick and even have a little kids coloring table for the littles while Im taking care of business.

Excellent service. I was in twice today. I received prompt and quite amenable greetings. Both young ladies, Ashby and Sarah by name, had pleasant personalities and helpful spirits on both occasions! Color me impressed. Deserving of 5 STARS!

We needed to ship a full size digital piano, its stand, and bench to our son in Oregon. We were very concerned that it be packaged properly, as it is an expensive, fragile item. I called and spoke with Sarah, the manager, on the phone. She reassured me she could handle this. She offered to come in ON HER DAY OFF to accommodate us. She packed the keyboard in one box and the stand and bench in another. She emailed us photos of how everything was packed. My son received the packages yesterday, and everything is in perfect condition! I would not hesitate to let Sarah package anything for me in the future.

The ladies that work there were understanding & helpful to me while I was figuring out how to send my package to the right address. These reviews are right !! The nicest staff. Answered all my questions and gave me shipping options and even looked up the price of shipping. I was shipping some really important business ledgers and needed them to be in NY before Monday (it was Friday evening). The young lady was a big help and my Fedex box arrived before 10am Saturday morning. I took some of her business cards and will to give them my associates.

I definitely rolled up to Goin Postal with a 31 Tote FULL of martial arts gear & miscellaneous care package goodies to send my husband on deployment. They boxed it and mailed it for me while keeping everything positive! Everything arrived in great condition really quickly for a super reasonable price! Will definitely be going back!

Needed to notarize title of vehicle. The notary Sarah refused because shes been burnt too many times. because she needed both buyer and seller present. Good thing Navy Federal was still open and was able to get the notarization. If you want to waste your time go see Sarah.

Great customer service Sara helped us above and beyond. She got all 4 of my pkgs boxed up and mailed off. I accidently put wrong address on box she called the Fed ex where it was going told them the situation and they were able to get a hold of the driver and make the correction her follow-up was fantastic and my friend got her birthday present . Everybody there was really nice but Sara was the one who kept an eye on the situation and resolved it .

The service there is great! But the price they chsrch is horrendous!!! I went there first to send something overseas to Australia. They wanted to charge me $777!! I then went to our local USPS they only charged me 89.75. How can you over charge someone that much!!

Never ever go here the Manager Sarah is a notary and didnt know the rules! She was very rude. Horrible customer service. Lucky for us we were able to catch Navy Federal before closing and had it done free. Thanks Sarah for your insecurities. Its unfortunate you hold the right to noterize documents.

Been trying to call the store for passed hour, and it says via their voicemail and online that they’re open until 6pm throughout the week! No one can answer or return a voicemail though? Disappointing when have questions and trying to figure out what’s going on with a package when no one answers. Makes no sense! And what I sent was priority, but I had no tracking number! This is frustrating!

They were great! I was having a hard time finding some place to print invitations for my daughters graduation party and they did not even think twice about doing it and it cost me a lot less than the only other place in town that could have done it.

Superior customer service!

They advertise notary service but when I went for this service, there was no notary available. It was very disappointing. It would be helpful if they posted the notary hours on the website.

They shipped my package to a completely different country, then come to find out the insurance you purchase only covers a 100 dollars in which they don’t tell you! I had over 700 dollars worth of stuff!

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! For two days now I have came in to ship a priority overnight package through fedex and I have been called both times hours later to pick up my package because it was not accepted. Both days I have asked for an explanation and I have been given none! I called fedex yesterday and was told after submitting mixtures of my box that there was no reason it should not have been shipped. Today when the extremely rude man working called to tell me to come pick up my package I asked if the fedex driver was there so I could get some sort of explanation and I was hung up on. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!!**** in response to the owner:The problem is you did not explain anything to me and were incredibly rude! I asked countless times for an explanation and was given none. A formal complaint has been filed with FedEx! They do not know why all of a sudden a package would not be shipped. Except for the last week and a half I have been shipping directly through a FedEx shipping center the exact same way and never had a problem. On top of shipping with you guys three times with no problems. According to FedEx the package was never looked at by a driver at your business. There are thousands of people sending the exact same type of package through my company every day the exact same way. It has been made clear to myself, my husband, my company and FedEx itself the problem is with Goin’ Postal! I highly recommend you and your employees read the shipping requirements for dry ice. I had to show the lady working today where the dry ice box and weight information was on the package airbill! She had no clue there was even a box for dry ice! My mistake was trying to go back to such a clueless business! Thankfully FedEx has handled your company’s incompetence and will be picking up the package from my home since you do not know how.

Only nice thing is location. They are Over priced, not helpful, and WANTED ME TO PAY AGAIN WHEN I HAD PREPAID LABEL!

Completed FedEx form to ship from Goin Postal on Monday and was called 3 days later about the package not shipping because they need another form filled out. I asked why they didnt call me sooner or ask me for the other form when I was there and they said its my responsibility to know what forms they need to ship. What happened to Customer Service?
