They dont do ups. What good are they?In response to your reply I will change the rating to 3 stars, but nothing more because the extra long rant you went on in your reply shows you are petty. You could have just replied I cant do UPS because they no longer license any other business except their own UPS Stores due to their increased security practices. That would have been much nicer and would have earned you the 5 star rating.

I dont understand why people are complaining about the white bearded old guy. His customer service is awesome! We actually enjoyed a good hearty laugh at the negative reviews. And he follows up with you via email or phone call if he runs into any difficulties shipping your package.

I had to go in to get my fingerprints done as part of my background check for a new job. The gentleman managing the store was a consummate professional and a delight to be around. I got caught up in our conversation and forgot my sunglasses, but he still had them behind the counter for me when I returned a week or two later to retrieve them. If I was ever in the area and needed to ship a package or use another of their services I wouldnt have to think twice about where to take my business.

Best Costumer service in Jax!! The atmosphere there is always fascinating to be in and the workers are very friendly and will do anything to help out. I love the different options they give me to ship my packages safe and sound. This place beats any other shipping store by a mile!!! Theyre so good at everything they do and they do a lot of different things. I recommend this store to everyone that needs to ship something (they do an amazing job at packaging), or any other help you may need. Once again, I love going here to do all of my business and should too :)

The owner of this shop, Paul, has a heart of gold! I recently had to ship a large package across the country and my funds were very limited. Paul gave me packing tips and explained shipping options that saved me over $20. I am very grateful, not just for the savings on that package, but for the many times he has gone out of his way to assist me with other issues like bulk mailings and notary services. And, if you want fresh, local honey for health reasons or just because it tastes good, Goin Postal is the place to buy it. This is a business I enjoy patronizing and recommending to my friends!

My experiences with this Goinpostal location has always been very pleasant. The owner and the people who work with him are friendly, courteous, professional and informative.I would rather go here than a regular post office. It is very customer friendly. First time going to this place. To the white older gentleman who works at the counter I would like to say is rude, sarcastic and nasty. I came in and he had an attitude with me and I was just keeping calm and trying to be nice but I had to snap back later on. Never will be going here again.

Youre store hours are a lie. Its 10:54am on a Saturday and youre closed even though you are supposed to be open. If youre hours are different for the holiday weekend you need to have some kind of notice!

These guys go above and beyond. I sell a ton of stuff on eBay, and they are always there to help. If Im out of town, my wife knows to just go there and they will take care of everything. So much better than standing in line at the post office or impersonal chain stores.

When you find yourself with a strange mailing need, bring it here. This guy is the Miles Davis of sending objects to places efficiently, and this is a great shop to know about. Thanks for your help when Ive had anything I couldnt just drop in a mailbox.

A couple of weeks ago, a bus load of my coworkers went in there to get their fingerprints done, and the man that was working had a problem with being a bit prejudice...And when I went in there last week to do my fingerprints, he asked me where I worked, and so I told him. When I told him where I worked, he responded with so the black people..I dont know what that had to do with anything, but his demeanor, and his remark made me feel little uncomfortable. I think he comes off a little sketchy, and he is a little rude. I hope my company chooses a different place to get fingerprints done. Creepy long bearded guy...

Great postal 📬 services and many other services ie: finger printing, prints from website, can apply from a website for jobs online etc. Paul, the owner, is very helpful for anything that you might require.

This is a great place to go if you want something mailed right! His dogs, Nala and MJ, are the sweetest and everytime I am in the store, customers adore them and play with them. They are very relaxed and friendly. I love the purses he sells! Great quality! And by far, this is the ONLY place I will buy honey from. I work for a grocery store and even we dont sell honey this good. Helps me feel better in a day or two! I send everyone there for honey who isnt feeling good or is fighting allergies!

Worst Experience! Took professional postcards to be mailed to local businesses to Goin Postal...the shop guy measured and printed postcard stamps, I mailed them, and now I am getting calls from the businesses I sent the postcards to, saying that there was not enough postage on the stamp. The mail carrier was actually collecting money from the people our company was marketing for business! Embarrassing! When I called to discuss this with Paul, the owner/manager, he didnt think it was a big deal and then hung up on me. I will never do business with them again!

Weve been using their FedEx shipping, post box, copy and fax services for about 10 years. Great service. A life saver.

Very poor customer service. I sent an employee here to get fingerprinted for my business and there was no photo submitted along with the fingerprint. I contacted the owner try to get the issue resolved and he made no efforts to try and help me. He told me there was nothing he could do about it. I sent the employee back to the store, and after arguing back and forth, the owner finally agreed to retake and submit the photo (which he should have done the first time) To date the photo has not shown up in the fingerprint data base. A waste of time and money lost. I will not support this business.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. He was nasty to the customer in front of me and then rude to me as well. He ties his dogs out back in scorching hot temperatures and screams at them whether he had customers or not. I will never go again

The guy that runs this place doesnt care about the customers and had the worst additive being very rude to multiple customers while I was standing right there, this is no way yo run a business I am so disgusted by this piece of dirt!
