Was my 1st. Time at a laundry mat in 20+ years. Brought pocket full of quarters. No longer needed. But woman in charge helped me to work machines and figure it all out. Even a customer helped me when ask. One didnt so gave helpful last the $7.50 left on laundry card. Thanks

Clean facility. The washers work very well. It is not a coin place though. You have to get a card to swipe in the machines. The least expensive washing machine I found was $4.50 but it held quite a bit of clothing. The dryers i used are $0.35 per 6 minutes. In all I was able to wash 8 and dry 8 loads of clothes for under $20. That includes sheets and jackets. They offer traditional dry cleaning services as well. Theres even a wash and fold service. Ill update my review if I try those services.

First time going and it’s was nice the price is cheap and it’s location is convenient to where I live

Very welcoming and patient with the elderly. Answered all questions succinctly without attitude. My father is 87 years young and did not feel anxious or threatened when trying to get answers about when he could get his clothes back. The elderly can be worrisome but the young lady was extremely patient..

Location but AC isnt always working and TV have problems

I used the dry cleaning services once prior with no issues. Recently I took 6 items to have dry cleaned and picked up 4 days later. I returned to be told my order was incomplete and would be done in 5 more days. After follow up calls and nearly a month of being told one item was not complete, I was informed that not one item was missing but TWO. I took the completed portion of my order with the promise they would search for and locate my missing pieces. Have yet to have the missing blouse and skirt returned to me. In addition the white jackets I that were returned to me are no longer white and have a dingy hue to them. I can replace my clothing...but the principle matter is the trust is no longer there.
