Best place I found to get my laundry done. Just drop it off get it on a few hours the latest the next day. Clean, smelling good, folded or hanged if you want you clothing that way. Price reasonable staff friendly and help full.

The only positive thing I can say its clean but the main lady in the morning came around and opened my washer lid peering in. Why? My load was NOT overloaded but to do that and stand there looking in.I would never leave my laundry unattended here. That peering in makes me not trust this place! I will never be back!The owners reply is not true. I was sitting right by the washer and heard nothing coming from it!!!

Love the ladys that are the night crew here! Very friendly and are constantly busy cleaning! Clean establishment. Lets not forget the coin dozer!!

Just a poorly manged business! My body feels up with anxiety to the point of having a panic attack every time I am forced to use this location! The Washers and Dryers will leave you feeling like you just got robbed, kinda like as if someone came in your house and stole your quarter jaw!The washers never clean your clothes and you will always leave with damp clothes due to poorly maintained dryers! When theses issues are brought up to the staff you kinda just get a look as if the person to whom youre speaking is in a far-off place!! 35,000 people in Jacksonville Illinois and this is the best they can come up with? So as far as meeting or exceeding expectations a complete and udder FAILURE !!

This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever seen. Kathy the attendance at work theyre very sweet pleasant and helpful. Also with everything being shut down and the gambling establishment shut down they have a coin dozer machine love it would recommend

Clean place. Havent been to an laundry-mat in years. The lady behind the counter was very helpful.

One member of the Staff is cold and does not want to interact. Facilities are clean, maintained and sterile. Maitinence on signs needed. Pleasant, one employee needs an attitude fix.

Piss poor excuses for a business machines are worn out

All of the reviews from 6-7 months ago look great so something must have changed recently. I took my laundry here and was immediately confronted with a cold attitude from the attendant. Its great that they have an ATM and multiple coin machines, but when I asked for change for the 20 I got out of the ATM the attendant just indignantly grabbed it and changed it and didnt even say a word to me or thank me for my business or anything. Pretty off-putting considering this place has Almost 5 stars, but I guess people just dont care about customer service anymore.

Change machines were a little frustrating, but it was clean and all the machines worked well.

This laundromat is a nice place to do laundry.Its reasonably priced and its clean .you also have the convenience of the dry cleaners in the same building.

For this town, this is the place to go. They offer clean facilities and large clean machines. Just what I needed.I noticed they named each and every machine, funny but in a way it let me know that someone cared enough about each machine to name it.Thanks for having your business here in Jacksonville, your an asset to your community.

The place is nice and clean, dry cleaning service as well as drop off laundry. I had my bedroom comforter dry cleaned and they did a great job at a reasonable price and time frame.

Came in at 8:46pm to do my laundry. The older slim lady that works there came out to my car and told me that I couldn’t wash my clothes because “it’s been slow and I’m closing early” she became nasty and rude with us. She let the other women who pulled up do her laundry though. I am disgusted with how she treated us paying customers. We come here every Saturday and never had a problem till tonight. I’m very disappointed.

Prefer my washer, but needed a larger tub. They have big washers to accommodate any size.
