As a first time bride I was excited to find a local shop that allowed me to touch and feel the invitations for my wedding event. It was more helpful than an online photo.I was disappointed by the customer service and advising. The contact always seemed rushed whether face to face, phone or email which caused errors in the final print. There was some strong advising for proper wording which was helpful but watch out when it comes to postage!!! They do not advise on that at all.. the envelope shapes and the thickness will present issues that are not noted during selection.

My absolute favorite card shop! The best part of any holiday or celebration is coming to The Write Touch for a card! I could spend hours giggling and picking out cards!

Ive never been to the place. Offering a three star rating and a warning, however, to call before you go.Based on a recommendation from a friend I drove to the store today and was disappointed to find the store closed. I had noticed the 4pm closing time on Google Maps but this was around 2:30pm.

A neat little store, I wasnt bothered by the shop keepers at all. They have neat items around their shop. 4 star rating because of prices. This was the most expensive small business shop Ive ever been to. I ended up purchasing a card, the material was a very nice stock if paper (for the card and the envelope). Their card selection is great, Ill probably be back for those.

I go here every year for my planners, but last year I had the chance to use The Write Touch for my wedding invitations. They nailed it!They have an overwhelming amount of options but dont worry - with a few questions they were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were upfront about costs and kept my smaller budget in mind. I would definitely recommend!

Rebekah made our wedding invitations just right! We had a few minor hiccups but I will say she worked diligently to make it right for us and followed up right away. I want to thank her and share that I am so glad we went to the write touch for our invitations.

Horrible customer service, I wanted to browse through wedding invitations and they said no! Sales person stated “those are wedding invitations and they are difficult to navigate through”. I managed to navigate through medical school, I think I can navigate through wedding invitations!

We went into The Write Touch on a whim walking by because they were advertising their golden retriever, Nick, was IN. Little did we know that should have been read as a warning. Ten steps inside and their dog (which up until now we assumed was friendly--thus the advertisement) comes barreling out of the back office growling and violently attacks my terrier. Afraid for my own safety I am finally able to grab ahold of Nicks collar and save my poor traumatized dog who, as of now, appears only shaken and not seriously harmed. This store should have a beware of dog sign mounted. Obviously I am a dog lover but not all dogs should be unleashed in a public setting--especially without warning!

I drove 30 minutes out of my way during my lunch break to buy something from the store. Upon arriving I found a sign on the door that said “Nick is out” and the store was closed without explanation. I waited there for 10 minutes but still no one came to the door. Idk if they make it a habit of randomly closing during the day but please call before you come by to make sure they’re actually open.Also, their hours printed on the door don’t match those on google or the hours given on their voicemail to who knows when they’re actually open.I try to support local business but i will be ordering my products from amazon.

Wonderful Shop with Unique Gifts, Stationary and Cards.

Youve got to be a certain type of geek to appreciate stores that specialize in high end stationary and writing implements. Im am that certain type of geek. In fact, I desperately scoured Jacksonville and the surrounding area for anything resembling a pen store and this is the closest thing I found.I personally collect fountain pens so I was hoping for a bit more selection when I ventured out to the San Marco shops but found little if anything that suited my needs. Youll find a few Lamy pens and some low-end Parkers but nothing interesting or high-end.This is more of a stationary store that seems to cater to cards and event planning paper supplies. Youll find some very nice (although extremely over-priced) stationary packs by manufacturers like Crane & Co. but most of it is the type of thing you may buy once for a special occasion and then realize you dont need something that fancy to send a quick letter to your mom. Most of the Crane & Co stuff is fountain pen friendly however, so that is a welcome sight.The staff here are not at all friendly and actually seem a bit indifferent to your presence. That was okay with me though because there was little that I found myself interested in. I really wish this store had been what I was hoping for but it looks like good pen and paper stores have become a thing of the past....

Disturbing customer service.my husband and son and i live around the corner and went in this evening to pick up a few things wed seen in the window for our grandmother. the door was locked, but we were assured they were open when one of the workers very nicely invited us in and we were greeted by their large dog. we have four dogs ourselves, so our nineteen month old (who was about five feet from the animal) immediately began waving excitedly. the dog jumped a bit but wasnt aggressive, and i assured the saleswoman that our son wasnt afraid.in the same moment the owner rushed up from the back of the store yelling the dogs name. to be polite, i reassured her, too, that our son wasnt frightened, that we have four dogs, that her dog is beautiful that-and she snapped at me - snapped, IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT YOUR CHILD, IM CONCERNED ABOUT MY DOG.word for word.i just stood there flabbergasted for about three seconds thinking she would explain or backpedal, but nope. so i said, you know, i think were going to go.we went next door, where we often frequent anyway, and did our shopping there - as they mentioned, we like dogs AND kids here.if you dont like children, thats okay, but please dont insult a customers. also, if you dont feel comfortable with your dog in your store, perhaps you should either not have him there or not invite customers in.i happily pay a premium to patronize the boutiques in our neighborhood square to ensure that the small businesses in san marco survive and that the spirit of our communitys unique and charming shopping district exists. im as sincerely saddened to leave this review as i am by the terrible service we received.

Im very upset my email was wrong they did not print adress on envelopes like they suggested and promised and now Im just noticed the timed isnt listed on there nither just terrible ...and my weddings in less than 2 month smh
