I gave Molly access to my google adds and a budget of $100 for the month. In one week she spent $190. When I question her about it she mentioned all the work she had done in the past, how she went above and beyond for those jobs and took no responsibility for the issue of going over budget. Her response of “It takes money to make money..boo hoo” was extremely unprofessional. She attempted to explain it away w a lame excuse about her child playing w her phone. She assured me I’d be reimbursed today for the over budget and forward the info needed to handle my hosting but that has still not happened. She also said she no longer wishes to work w me. I guess I wasn’t supposed to hold her accountable for overspending w my money?...Very disappointed.
