Phenomenal staff! Very knowledgable and love to share that knowledge. They have a true passion for training and they know what they are doing.

Excellent gym, good selection of equipment. Has an olympic size pool as well. I would highly suggest using this facility.

Great to workout, plus the trainers there really motivate you during each workout and make you make you push yourself harder.
