After searching several glass enclosure vendors for my recently renovated bathroom, I am glad I picked PROGLASS. Other vendors came to my house; took a few notes and measurements and threw their numbers. A couple of these companies have been doing business in Jacksonville for decades. Joe (the owner) from PROGLASSS came to my home, he was very thorough with my custom made shower and its particular challenges. He was very detailed oriented, provided all the information I needed about their products, the price was very reasonable and well under one of the Jacksonville Premier and well known glass companies. I went to their show room for a look at their shower enclosures and got convinced about their quality. All their processes are automated (text, electronic) and very customer oriented. The installation date was coordinated easily, the crew came early and were completed before the target time. The shower enclosure is top quality, much better than other vendors whom I visited their showrooms. I am extremely pleased with PROGLASS, the whole process was so easy, timely, cost effective and quality products. I recommend PROGLASS without any questions!
