First impression when calling to get some information was not good. The receptionist answers and says hello like it is her personal cell phone instead of saying something along the lines of CG Counseling and Consulting how may I help you. Not very professional especially for a therapists office. Also, proceeds to just have a melancholy attitude making me feel like I shouldnt be calling with questions. I shouldnt have to confirm whether or not I called the right place or feel stupid for calling to get information about a counselor.

Absolute WORST!! They have a below 4 start rating for a REASON! Do not make an appt or try to go here. Staff is unprofessional and rude as well as unable to keep their appts as promised.

The best counseling office I’ve been to. The front desk staff and counselors are very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere from the time you check in to the time you check out.

I am extremely upset at the moment and highly disappointed. My daughter has been going here for a year and has significantly improved since being seen here. My disappointment started today when I received a call from the receptionist, in a very nasty tone, telling me that she does not know when I made my appointment but they are no longer scheduling Saturday appointments. I was getting ready to reschedule when she proceeded to interrupt me and say that they also are no longer filing with insurance any longer so it will be $60 per visit. The tone of her voice and the nastiness of it is what upset me the most. The fact that she didnt have a care in the world that patient could no longer be seen there because they will not file insurance and it was wasting her time to call me. Now my child has to build trust with someone else at a different office thanks to this. Great job!

This will be based on the head of this place and if the workers are anything like the head. They are nothing but wovles in dirty goat clothing too.People can do as they want, live as they want and so on. But once anyone base their life on a set of rules, faith, teaching... especially the bible. This is what you will be judged by.Anyone who goes to a devil for health is wanting to fall into a trap of Satan, I.E the head of this place.The female over this place is not an upright person who truly follows the ways and teachings of Christ, but lives on the lines of a Jezebel who wants to be seen higher than what they really are and in fact is in no way in any type of high state. Its the hollow pride of their ego.Anyone with a morsel of light in them will pick up the Jezebel spirit in them, its all in their eyes and will later come out in their actions.Dont care how you live, but once you state you follow, believe.... in whatever especially the bible. And your behavior is as a spoiled brat Jezebel.Thats disgusting and you will be judged.You cant go to sick people and get health, healed, washed...One should exam them before opening yourself of to a Jezebel.Satan has never healed anyone, just tricked the brokenhearted, sorrowful and lost.Let a Jezebel help you at your own hurt.
