The kitchen in my home sustained water damage from a cold water pipe at the kitchen sink. The leak went undetected until some water emerged 20 ft away from the source, so it was a few days before the source could be located. This led to the entire wooden counter structure being saturated with water underneath. Derick Fisher with Luce Air Quality conducted an extremely thorough analysis of components that might have moisture remaining that would be undetectable without sophisticated equipment. Also, he measured the air quality inside the kitchen, which is closed off and being dried out, as well as a reference location in the hallway bath, and another reference location outside the front door. Very comprehensive picture of the concealed water damage and mold situation. In addition to his professional expertise, Mr. Fisher was extremely polite and careful to replace everything exactly as he had found it. A better experience cannot be imagined. Highly recommended.

Great company to use if you are having any air quality or mold issues in your home. Troy was our technician. He was very respectful of our home, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and shared good information. They use special machines to look for moisture and to check air quality. We received a full report with color pictures very quickly. Would highly recommend LAQ!
