Moving from Arizona, Florida humidity was something I expected, but not what I expected in my own home. I thought the moisture could just be the norm, but reached out to Flo-Air in an effort to see if anything was actually wrong.Tim came out and after some testing discovered that the moisture was at higher levels than recommended and gave solutions to fixing the problems at hand. Tim and Brandon were awesome! I first called asking for some advice about mold that we found in our apartment. After telling Tim what had happened and that I had a 3 month old he was not only concerned for our health, but the health of our baby. They were able to work with us and our emergency situation. Tim and Brandon were at our apartment within 20 minutes to take an air sample and a surface sample. I was very impressed with how fast and professional they were. They care about their customers and that is something that is hard to find with most companies.
