My son has been a customer for a number of years and they are always helpful and professional and have helped him with his computers and any questions or issues he has. I was told after a phone interview that I had a full time job at the Jacksonville office, and that Id be working 40 hours a week..( but that only pertains to employees that are already level 2 certified) if youre thinking of applying here, you should, they are a great group of people and best in their discipline. But unless you have a large savings or another job, note that when the work stops, and its slim pickens for work and you really need those experience hours to take the exam and get your certification, its going to be a long wait between periods of work, for me it unfortunately didnt work out, not saying it wouldnt for you..just be prepared thats all my advice..and the cost of living in Jacksonville was higher than I expected

Hired on to be an accounting assistant. Started off well but the ledgers and journals were so small to read - and I being legally blind, I could not see well enough. I liked my job, I just wish that they would have kept me employed until I got my magnifier, but it is as it is.
