I was looking to leave my prior job but was unsure where to go next. I received an email from CSI and responded. Everything moved quickly from that point with me leaving that prior company and starting a contract (my first ever contract job). They are super responsive and it has been a great experience thus far!

The onboarding process was fast & everyone I dealt with were very professional and helpful. They continue throughout the time youre employed with them. They dont disappear like some companies do, after a position has been filled. If ever you have questions, a response is received very quickly. Overall, this is a great company to work for.

Working thru this company on contract, which I have done before, but never have I worked under an agency that was so sensitive to my needs. They regularly check on me to see if I need anything. If I do I can sent them links of equipment I need and theyll order it and send it to my house no questions asked.They also sent me some swag! Which was very nice (I was in bad need of a coaster). They also sent out an email at 90 days which in part reads:At this point, you may have questions about your performance and ways to continue to improve and add maximum value while on assignment.Which is spot on. I always plan on asking for feedback quarterly, so this was a very helpful reminder to do so.Benefits arent great, but thats normal for agencies that employ you thru a contract/contract-to-hire so I cant really complain.Overall, great company to do a contract with.

I was with CSI for about 2 years and would have stayed longer but was layed-off due to Covid. I had a great experience with them. I was always able to get someone on the phone immediately when I needed something resolved. All the girls working in the main office are very sweet girls and treated me well. I have to say this is a first never had a recruiter contact me in the morning ask to talk in the afternoon then ghost me. Then when called out and ask to not contact me i get an instant phone call and email. So not only does this company ghost people they start the conversation with. They also do not care what you say to them. You think they would want to prove the bad reviews they have wrong guess not.

Under new management, CSI Companies is only concerned for their bottom line. Internal employees are looked at as disposable and consultants are treated like cash cows with little regard for their concerns. If you want to valued as an employee please take your skill set to a different company.

Even though I believe I was definitely fit for the position and deserve being respected as a human being; I was ghosted recently by the recruiter who appeared to have given me a fake name over the phone. She said she would follow up with me the week after the phone call, but I have not/never received a single response. She also never sent me an email (with her contact information) that day she called or the week after, so I was not able to reach out to her via email. When I called the Jacksonville main office after the holiday, the receptionist informed me that she could not find that recruiters first name on the directory.For your information, this was not the first time I was ghosted by a recruiter. I have also experienced being ghosted by other local staffing agencies and employers in the past. I find this to be a disappointing experience with staffing agency recruiters who are engaged in ghosting practice, which leaves a bad impression to prospective employees/job applicants. I believe that most job applicants and probably even the good recruiters would consider this practice as unprofessional, unethical, and lacking empathy.Suggestion to Management:Recruitment team needs to be diverse, and should give a chance to minority candidates who meet the qualifications. I almost was never interviewed by a minority recruiter at staffing agencies.Besides, EEO statement is useless if the company doesnt practice what it claims on the website.

The customer service I received today was absolutely terrible. I am not sure of the operator I spoke with but her attitude was not necessary, she was very condescending and demeaning. I had nothing but a good experience with this company until my phone call today to get an issue rectified. Glad I am a former temp employee, just from my conversation alone I will recommend my associates to use a different agency. Subpar service!!!!

My initial perspective of The CSI Companies was of good rapport, trust, and professional regard. The after-effects of poor relationship management (client, personnel, and recruiting management) left me with an adverse point of view. My recommendation for any professional seeking to continue careers in respective areas of expertise is to stay away from talent harvesters similar to The CSI Companies. Point in case: If the recruiter tells you that their intent is to keep you onboard as a long-term, permanent employee, but defines your employment with the dependency of a commercial contract, DO NOT TRUST THEIR INTENTIONS. You are likely to find that after the contract is over that the recruiter(s) will tell you that they cant find any work for you and then, of course, move you on... to the next contract. I personally trusted The CSI Company with a great deal of key personal-professional qualifications. After the client finished using my expertise and harvesting knowledge -- which was distributed among the team, the contract was over at the end of the term.A bigger issue that I had with The CSI Company experience was how I was treated at the client site. I informed my recruiting manager at least three times that I was being harassed on site. The client was beyond rude and seemed to be particularly interested in me personally rather than focusing on generating the highest standard and quality of results within the area of management. An example of how I was treated included literally being followed to the restroom (watched through cameras on the site with every move) each time I took a restroom break. (The restroom was near my office and the traffic was sparse at best, but I documented each time that I went to restroom, within 30 seconds someone from the security watch team was following me inside).There were also two incidents where slurs (racial) were hurled from around the corner. It was impossible to prove who uttered the remarks, but the sound originated from the same general area of persons who worked in security.The client was also beyond rude, being in an upper-management role, I was surprised that the manager felt comfortable generally harassing certain team members, often making fun of them during staff meetings. Sexism was also a typical ordeal: remarks such as its not big enough, take it out to describe ideas or solutions which were rejected. There was also an incident where the manager complemented me on how I smelled and made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE while asking me to sit closer to him as he attempted to show me a new technique on my laptop.After the client achieved goals associated with organizational transformation, he simply informed me 3 days before the contract was to be renewed that my contract would not be renewed. In addressing the issue with The CSI Companies (including harassment issues referenced above), I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. The recruiting manager, Barry, urra something like that never bothered to attempt to place me on another assignment prior to the end of the contract.The CSI Companies is one of the worst places to trust your livelihood as a career choice. Planting your feet here (unless youre a salaried employee) will likely end in unemployment if you are not careful to heed the warning signs. Dont trust them with your career. Dont trust them to be an advocate for you if you experience client harassment, discrimination, or other issues (beyond your span of control) with the client.

Applied for a job on zip recruiter and a woman from CSI named Shea called to do a screening for the job. She did the screening and said she would email back with information and a link to the actual job posting by the company she represented. Never actually received the email. Emailed her the next day asking if she had sent the email and she responded by saying that she made a mistake and the job posting had already closed. Wasted all the time doing the screening and she didnt even email back. Had to email her first just to find out she had not intention of responding after she found out her mistake. Wasted time. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THE TRAINING SUCKS AND THEY DONT LET YOU KNOW WHAT THINGS YOU NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON. YOU DONT PASS, YOU ARE LET IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
