Very out-dated and substandard processes and procedures. Staff was friendly but incompetent. The nicer you are the less professional and serious they take handling matters.

This company has got to be the only so called staffing company that is behind in time when it comes to staffing or temp to hire companies. First, when you register they make you spend three long hours taking several test, then there is verification of references, and a criminal background check. All these initial screenings are done before you are eligible to be called.... If thats not enough you have to call every week to let them know you are available for work.....PUNCHLINE .....when they do finally call, its to go on an interview for a potential temp or perm job. Todays staffing company do all the initial hiring process so that potential employers dont have to. Is this company in the business for getting people job interviews or jobs. Certainly a company behind the times in the business of a Staffing Service.
