Awesome. Learned a boat load and used a lot of it. Have been given about 9 houses, just like Ron said!He also said not to own largest or smallest house on the block (I did both but one accidentally through a loan given the owner) and paid through the nose for doing so on both.The teachings hes done has been rewarding and and a great experience. Recommend it every chance I get.

The Quick Start training is very hands on and informative. Ron LeGrand, the Wolff couple, other speakers and supporting staff are very in tune with the topics. They are all very helpful and are willing to assist sincere students in taking action. Serious students will need to ponder if they are really want to take steps to grow in understanding the business or continue with their status quo.

I have found that reading and reviewing the quick start manual and pretty house. I sent out several letters and received about 15 responses. I was not able get a deal set up. These people go through all the for sale by owner homes and hound the owners to no end. These people will scam you and hound you daily lying to you trying to find out personal information. Beware and dont disclose any information to these people. They will tell you they are calling on behalf of a rich client in your area that wants to buy your house. They fish for financial information that nobody should be dumb enough to give. This man teaches people to be scam artists and what they dont know is that he is scamming them out of money. Bad people. Karma is coming for you.

I filed a grievance with the Florida BBB because of the untrained and highly expensive mentor that Ron Legrand offered. It was to be 6 months for $14k and the mentor had hardly any experience in real estate. I did not get the 30 minute sessions that was promised in the contract. The final straw was that the mentor was not in his office - he was taking a walk. He had not reviewed my weekly report and asked me to tell him what I had submitted. What a disgrace that Ron Legrand considers himself to be respectable.
