Wish I could post a higher rating but this Associate looked up, then went back to what she was doing with not even an acknowledgement. Had a snotty attitude period. The ONLY reason they got a purchase (and would have had a much higher one if she wasnt so condescending and rude) was because I needed a pair of studs. So because of the way she acted I will not go back.

Put a $5 stud in my nose charge me $59. Nose swollen and sore until they came out and I put in a diamond gave wrong information to take care of the piercing suing or money back

I went there to get my twin baby girls ears pierced. I arrived around 5:15pm, and there was no one at the counter. The lady arrived about 10mins or so after waiting. I was shown the specific earrings I could choose from to get the free piercing, and she informed me that it would be an additional $10 to whatever price was there. I didnt understand why, but I said I was going to check the pricing at Claires, before committing to their shop because the lady was not very friendly either. Claires said I could only get 14k gold earrings since they are infants, so I opted to get the stainless steel at the piercing Pagoda. When I returned to the counter, around 5:40pm, the lady was not at the counter. I called with no answer, and waited until the mall almost closed at 6:45pm, and she never returned. I was very disappointed that I was unable to get their ears pierced, but I would NOT recommend going here AT ALL. I called the one in MD and there is no additional fee, and they answered the phone when I called. I will get them pierced when I return home, or drive an hour to Wilmington to get them pierced there. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

It will cost you more for me to take you to court then it will for you to give me my money back you cant just Rob people girl or give them wrong information to take care of a piercing

Claims free ear piercing on website and stand. Lies, just got told they are adding $10 to the price of the earring. Hate false advertising.

The person that peirced.my sons ears and my daughters nose was polite, informative, clean and she did an amazing job. Very impressed with they way both of the piercings are healing. There has been no swelling, redness, or anything. I would suggest anyone use them.

Every single time I come there is no one at the kiosk. One day I called the corporate office because we waited over three hours. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I really truly wish I wouldn’t have bought anything from them. The girl is so rude who works there.
