I had work serviced from them and I called in regards to paying for an invoice that was due and the person on the phone who I think was the owner was extremely rude. He couldnt understand what I was asking and his tone of voice sounded like I was wasting his time. He didnt even introduce himself or attempt to redirect me to someone who could help. Never doing business with them again. Terrible customer service!

Excellent Service and very knowledgeable Technicians. Harlin at Jax I T handles all the network and security for my 4 Jacksonville offices. Very impressive!
