I’m so happy with my experience with Finesse Pro. I needed my carpets cleaned and some carpet patching done. When I initially contacted Jeff, he came out the very next day to take a look at what I needed and to give me a quote. We were scheduled for a Monday and he called the Friday before to confirm everything. On the morning of, he gave me another call to let me know that his team was on the way. He communicated very well and was very professional. His team showed up on time and they were very nice and polite. They were also quick. The cleaned carpets looked great and the patchwork that was done looked great too. I was very impressed with the outcome. Overall, I’m very happy that I found this company and would definitely use them again. Finesse Pro was professional, quick, and the pricing was very fair especially since the work was high quality.

Best carpet cleaning we ever had! First of all they where on time. This is unheard of in this area where we live. Now, I would like to add that they were very courteous, and careful with my walls and furniture. The price was fair for the high level of quality work performed. My carpets dried within a few hours and looks great.

I was told what time they would arrive for the appointment and they showed up right on time. They dress professionally and act the same. My carpet looks better than it has in years -- they were able to remove stains that other cleaners have been unsuccessful with in the past. My experience with Finesse has been for years a pleasant experience. I have dealt with them for not only cleaning of carpet, but for water extractions in properties after water damage from storms, malfunctiong equipment, or pipes bursting. They have always been very honest about the entire situation with what needs to be done. And I have found their cleaning of carpets to be quite exceptional. When they find an issue with the carpets, they have always been very informative on how to take care of the specific issue. They have always been able to fit my needs in even if it means them not getting to be done with their day on time. Out of Five Stars, we give Finesse Pro Services, Inc. Ten Stars! We cant say enough about Steve Weatley, the owner. We own a one bedroom condo at Villa Capriani, North Topsail Beach. We had to a new heating and air conditioning unit put in our condo. About three months after unit was put in, our new real estate agent ( weve had our unit for sale for over two years) went in to our to take pictures and our condo was covered with mold- everywhere! The new unit was not taking moisture out of the air. After adjusting to total shock, we contacted Finesse Pro Services ( referred to us by our rental company- Topsail Realty Vacations,LL C ), Steve came out right away and started assessing and addressing our situation. Long story short- Steve is one-in-a-million in every way. We have never dealt with anyone so honest,caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and fair that exceeded our expectations. And, one thing that we cherished is that he communicated with us on every step. He sent pictures and kept us in the loop on every detail. He always did what he said he would do. We do not have trust in many people, but we can say we put our trust completely in Steve and he did not let us down. I have used Finesee Carpet Cleaning for over 8 years both personally and professionally. The quality of service they provide is second to none. Their carpet cleaning, stain removal, and carpet repair is phenomenal and having someone actually show up at an appointment time instead of between 10 and 4 is incredible. The techniques they use for stain removal can get even the craziest red stain out (and they are up front if it seems to be an impossible task as well). They also use pet stain detection to ensure the pet spots are treated properly so that your stains dont come back. I cant say enough good things about Finesse. When you are working vacation rentals and have a small time between tenants to do houskeeping, inspections and carpet cleaning - you really appreciate the short drying time Finesse is famous for. They dont need to soak the carpets with soapy water and scrub and pray the carpet comes clean as Ive experienced with others, theyve done the research, they stay current on new technology and because of that the customers always benefit. For me there is no other and when they take their one vacation a year and are closed for business, I hope and pray I dont have an emergency because truthfully... there is no one else to call. Feel confident when you chose Finesse!

Did not keep appointment...waited for someone from their company to show up for over an hour...complete NO SHOW!!! There was no phone call or follow up to confirm appointment, no phone call to apologize for the missed appointment. I DO NOT recommend this company, they completely wasted our time.

I had a good experience with Finesse. I originally scheduled a cleaning and arranged for them to call ahead and get the lockbox keycode from our property manager. Unfortunately, no lockbox had been put on the property by the day of the cleaning (we had already moved out of the property). They were able to move our cleaning to the next day while I arranged things with our property manager. They had to sign out a key the day before the cleaning (they didnt want to run late the day of), which they returned. The invoice is going to be emailed to me. I appreciated them being easy to work with, and they were very affordable.
