I take work vehicles there all the time, and have taken my personal car there, too. They do a fantastic job and are SUPER SPEEDY and fair priced! I also love to look around in the gift shop inside! They always have such cute stuff!!

Always a good experience here. Love to shop in the store while my car is being cleaned. Was a little disappointed that all the bugs werent removed from the windshield and front bumper. It is love bug season!

The employees there were very nice and friendly. I bought a gator window sticker to go on my rear window and they put it on for me after they cleaned my car!! I am a happy camper.Ill be back although I live in Middleburg! Great job guys!!

Got the full service ($28!!) Too much for poor attention to detail.First time I went it was amazing. Second time was clearly half *ssd. I found the manager because there were clearly areas that were not cleaned. He went back through and it looked a bit better but they didnt re-vacuum which was half of the problem. Also, not sure what products they used (maybe Armour), but my car smelled worse after the cleaning. Will just do it myself next time and probably wont return. Bummer.

Missed spots on the inside and outside tires didnt even look clean. The shop is really nice lots of little things to buy. Thats the only reason they get 3 stars

I would have been better off letting the rain wash my car. $45.30 + 5 tip I feel like I got robbed. I asked the guy how much to have my matts pulled out and washed $4.50. I paid it got them back they were still dirty and dry. How in the world has this places stayed open so long. That was my first and last visit. They did a VERY POOR job. The lady that was in front of me was called out and told her car was ready she went to leave and they hadnt even vacuumed her car. The girl at the front counter was more worried about the video playing on her phone than answering any type of customer questions. Just a poorly ran operation. I wont be going back at all I just got robbed because I DID NOT receive $50+ dollars worth of service. Shame on you guys!!!! Shame on you.... PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.....

Overall was a good wash... Missed some spots on the rocker panels and did a poor job on the rims. Other than that. Everyone was friendly and polite and I was In and out. However I do know if I would have noticed this before I left. They would have rewashed It.

My services have always been good and completed in a timely manner. Definitely my go to place for a quick auto cleaning.

The do a very nice job, but...my car has a little damage after I went over there. Apparently they use a blower or heat to dry the car inside and melted some of the buttons from my radio and the side of my passenger seat. Thinking if I would like to go back.

Caught them not busy on a Monday morning, would hate to have seen them when they were busy. Spent $41.38 for full detail. Ha ha! Joke’s on me. The $8.00 robo wash does just as good on the exterior and that includes wax. Adding the interior except for the vacuum was a waste of time because they had armor all all over everything including my cloth seats. Not going back there ever again.

Just coming out of the wash disappointed again, I have been here before. It’s kind of a luck of the drawl. U get those few ppl at the end where they wipe dwn everything. If u get those few wrong ppl here ur car looks awful.

Was a great place to work, the manager Travis was one of the best friends I ever had took a chance on a young kid and if it wasnt for them I wouldnt be where I am. The man truly treated me fair used to love working here. The new manager i wouldnt ask for nothing out of her she treats her staff like they are dogs. Very two face shes nice to customers makes them all think shes nice and innocent when behind the curtain shes mean as a rattle snake. But the crew that was there 5 years ago when I started was the best crew there was. Charles Ill always respect that man. He truly is a fair man. But I really loved this place at one point holds the best memories for me. Thank yall for everything....

They were quick, couldve paid a lil more attention to the wheels, still lots of break dust on them and i believe someone scratched my interior door, maybe with a ring or something.

Not worth the $40 for the works on a minivan, definitely need to take more pride on the work. Our van was not even that dirty for a minivan and I had to come home and finish cleaning it. To much on a rush that they definitely missed alot of things. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

This is definitely the spot you want to go to if your looking for a quick wash at a reasonable price. I have quickly become a regular at Charles & Georges car wash. They have saved me so much time and energy. I dont see myself washing my car anytime soon when I know I can come to Charges & Georges car wash.

They do a good job on the basics of wiping down but if you pay for all the extras you got to definitely double check. They didnt wipe down the door jambs and then of my hatchback I didnt check it.

They are convenient being right across the street. They try but my belief is they never clean the rims all the way .and miss stuff on the inside.$40 they should be real thorough. But it looks good.😁😁😁

Not impressed. I got the $40 package which included everything. The outside looked great but they rushed the inside and didnt even wipe half of it down. They were rushing but had plenty of help. Wouldnt recommend for a full detail.

I found the job they did severely lacking as it relates to the interior cleaning. They literally did not wipe down the steering wheel, cup holder and console or seats. I know this because as I pointed out to the woman when I asked her to redo it, the remnants of my scratch off lottery tickets were still all over. I could have blown on them to remove them and wiping or vacuuming would have definitely removed them.Went to this full service car wash after seeing online it was family owned and thinking it might be better service and I want to support small business owners during these challenging pandemic times. Driving up the man asked if I wanted the Works and I said yes, that will get the interior, dash floors and console done really well right? He said yes they would go all of that. I also had the Rain ex put on exterior and asked to have the trunk vacuumed (Christmas glitter from decorations ugh!).They were polite and I went in to browse in their cute gift shop (good selection and pricing by the way) and to pay the $37 for “the works” wash. Slightly higher price than others I’ve been too but not bad.They finished very quickly. Enough so that when the woman called my car out I asked, wow! Mine already, that’s fast. Awesome. I tipped her $11 cash.When I got in the car I noticed the fact that the interior looked no different than when I drove in. Irritated I started to leave and then thought- no. I paid almost $40 for this, have my car done once a month somewhere and have not had this issue before. I don’t like complaining since I am in customer service but... it’s $37 and wasn’t even sloppily done, it just wasn’t done as noted in first paragraph.On the positive side, they redid it for me and I was satisfied with the redo. Not excellent but better than original drive in. No one ever apologized even when I thanked them for making it right.I won’t go back based on that visit, unless it’s to just stop in to the cite and unique gift shop they have.

Im always very pleased with the service. The extra care and attention to detail given to my car is well worth the very reasonable price. Ive stopped taking my car to more expensive detailing places because the work wasnt any better. I was paying more money and getting the same quality cleaning Im receiving here.

I have a Dodge Durango and grandkids...need I say more. We hot the woks package for $38.00. They did a great job with the front and 2nd row seats. The 3rd row floor could ha e used some extra TLC. All considered I will still be back. They were very manorable and polite.

Ive been using this car wash for years. The people have always done a fantastic job in the past. This time, I absolutely didnt get my moneys worth for the service. I paid $40 + for the works and I have to say its not worth it. It took about 30 minutes when a few years ago it would take them at least an hour because of the hands on work theyd do to the car. I think they swiped the interior with something, vacuumed, and then my vehicle was sent through a regular car wash with the automated brushes. No one even touched my roof and after I got home I noticed the green mold still all over the top of the car. I have an SUV so its not as visible as it would be on a different vehicle. But surely someone should have seen when it was checked, youd think, right? Guess not. If I wanted an automated car wash there are hundreds of them all over my city. Thats not what I paid for and Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with the job that was done on my vehicle. I wont be going back. I dont recommend at all.

I bought the premium wash and paid $44 dollars the day before yesterday and it was the worst service Ive ever received at any car wash location! They didnt even wipe down the center console at all! Nor did they vacuum my driver seat or under the passenger seat, they forget my air freshener I paid for and I could go on and on about the horrible service. I asked to see a manager job show her what kind of job the employees had done and she didnt bother to come and look at it she only offered to vacuum the car again. I am very disappointed to sat the least and am hoping at my request they actually have a manager call me at some point.ll definitely wont be doing business with them again!

This is a great place to get your car washed with a detail job. The full package includes wash, wax, vacuum and windows and inside armor all. Makes my car shine like a new penny and gets the florida grime off the insides of the windows. Try them out, you will not be disappointed with their attention to detail.

By far the best car wash Ive received !!!! My car was wiped out from all the dust and handprints and was left sparkling. I was really impressed. I would highly recommend this place

Today I went to get a wash on my car paid $38.00 for the works.Was disgusted when I got outside to see that there was bird poop on the back and front of the car and the inside had not been clean to the best of there ability. Workers did not seem to care about the work they were performing. Got a full refund but will not be back to this establishment ever again. Save your money and time do not go here.

I usually try to avoid this location. I find the Orange Park location is fantastic while I normally need to have my car run thru twice on Cassat Ave and they never seem to do a thorough job with the armor-all and vacuuming inside. I dont recommend Cassat avenue but highly recommend the other two locations.

They always seem to be short staffed and end up not doing a good job on my car I pay 32.00+ and i usually have to call them back over to my car and they dont vacuum very well Im not going to report them cause I know they dont make that much so I just want be returning to this location

Customer service was superior. Associates were friendly, knowledgeable, and productive. I went on a busy Saturday and wasn’t even there 25 minutes. The price was cheap and the service was great! Highly recommend.

These folks get it done. I usually bring in my trucks pretty packed with mud so my needs are a little more than most. They dont always get all the mud off (reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but at least the truck looks pretty good when done. I also have them pressure wash my plastic floor mats because a vacuum is not going to get that stuff off. They wipe down the inside, tires, and the plastic with Armor All, so that is a plus. They are a quick turn around and worth the $$.

Convenient, but for the price they do very little, wont be back. They have a bunch of hands acting busy but not doing much.

Charged my daughter 40 dollars to clean her car.Came home and had to wipe up dirt in the inside and outside of the car.It was in an area they say they clean and the outside should have been clean for that money.

I have now taken my car to Charles and George twice without them doing a complete job on the car. The front of the card interior looks nice but when I get home and open the trunk I realize they have neither vacuumed nor wiped the back of the seats down. For 45$ the entire car should be cleaned not just the front half.

Came recommended to me from a friend at almost fifty bucks I was really disappointed. Sloppy work the vac job was the worst. Just an all around sorry job. Will be just be making the trip to bubbles. Wish it would have been different because it is so close to home and work.

Highly disappointed... Ive been using this location for about 6 years and the quality to price has diminished severely. The exterior job is great but dont count on them to do the interior correctly.

I have used this car was for many years and was happy. Last three time I weren’t, my windshield was very streaky, interior was a mess with hand prints that didn’t go away even when I wiped them down thinking it was just wet. They didn’t put the rain x on that I paid for. I guess I need to find another place to go.

I have two boys, who obviously dont like to sit still. They were quick, which is a large bonus with two kids! My car look as though I dropped it off and left it. We love them and will forver use them!

Today was my second day trying this place, and there will never ever ever ever be a third. I got a basic service and paid $16.20 car wash they half did, I even had to go to a gas station to vacuum my own car. So I guess if i got the deluxe, I wouldve had a better service. How much do i have to pay to get the lady bugs off my car?!

I am totally disappointed in how my truck was cleaned 10/14/2019 around 5:15 pm. They was in a hurry to get off that they forgot to do a good job cleaning my truck. I will advise anybody not to go by there when its time for them to get off or near the time for them to get off.😡😤😡😤. I am totally disappointed...

Apparently theyve closed their location on Roosevelt. Went to the Cassat location. Full car wash with Rain X is $4O. Would expect small things to be taken care of at that price point. Windshield was not completely clean and dashboard wasnt sufficiently addressed with Armor All. There are less expensive, more thorough local options to consider.

WORST CAR WASH FOR THE MONEY!!!I am a former professional driver and have had my car serviced by car wash personnel on a regular basis for years. Yes, I have high expectations when I spend $40 dollars on a car wash. But these people missed all my back windows(couldnt even see out the back window), didnt bother to wipe my drink holder in the center console. I didnt notice it until I got home but they dinged my hood near the windshield wipers.The car wash seemed to leave a dirty film on my car. When I wiped the windows with a paper towel it came away dirty...right after the wash??? So BEWARE!
