Immensely satisfied with my 1st service experience.Having a high pitched squeak and known issue with ac coils I scheduled a service appointment, I arrived a half hour early intending to check in about 15min early. Before I could check in, maybe 5min after my arrival, a tech was out to my car, I explained the issue, he pulled it into the service bay and I was leaving with the two issues fixed within the hour.I have never experienced great service like this in all the years that I have had my other vehicles serviced at car dealership service departments, the larger auto manufacturers should experience this for themselves and try and emulate this.

Had a issue with my trunk latch that prevented me from properly locking my car doors so i swung by Tesla Jacksonville service center without an appointment to see if they could squeeze me in and at least come up with a temporary fix that would allow me to lock the doors. Not only did Ian squeeze me in they completely repaired the issue. I know they are swamped with work and face the same labor constraints that many businesses are experiencing. I can’t say I’m surprised because they have consistently treated me well for the two years I’ve lived in Jacksonville. Well done Ian!

Car had to be towed to service center after breaking down on July 2nd. The service center kept the car for over a week and said they could not find anything wrong. Picked up the car on July 11th (1.5 hour drive to service center). On July 12th, car totally failed and stranded me again. Car had to be dragged onto the tow truck because of the complete lock up of the car. Car towed again to service center. Now, no one will pick up the phone and no one will answer text messages via the app for over 24hours. BE WARNED....STAY AWAY FROM TESLA. NOT WORTH THE ANNOYANCE.UPDATE: July 30th....serivce center thinks they have solved the problem. Maybe the parts coming in soon. Vehicle has now been in service for a MONTH still with no pick-up date. I am sorry, this seems like an unreasonable situation.

I’ve experienced the worst experience ever with the people here. The center service manager Chris gave me the worst treatment and ridiculous reasons for his team unable to fix the issues with my car. They couldn’t fix the too much wind noise, vibrations, battery performance and bad small in cabin. I wish I never bought a Tesla car.

Very Friendly Staff. Fixed my issue and even vacuumed my car as a courtesy. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at a car place.

Great experience, fast service, addressed all my concerns. Windshield replacement and MCU upgrade for my p90d model s. Ultra efficient was in the service room 5 min tops before they had me on my way with a provided loaner of my choice - I chose the p100d model x - 6 seater - loved it !

Unfortunately we were stranded while on vacation. Staff was helpful and understanding and got us what was needed to get us home while awaiting parts.

We arrive a little early and the customer service greeted me and my wife like we were part of the Teslar family they proceeded to take the car in for the little problem that was aggravating me which was the driveside door handle was protruding m word, they were no question ask, teslar just repair it. This is the worst service/parts department ever, they arent professionals, help is not a thing for them, and they never have a way to help you with whatever problem you have going on, the lack of professionalism and also good customer service would be the cause of death of the brand in this town. For things like this I never will consider a tesla an option.

This service center lacks professionalism. I was checked in by a wonderful and friendly staff and after that you dont hear anything from them. I was told it will be a week and after the week passes I followed up with them. There is no one to talk to, you would have to text which is acceptable. What is not acceptable is that they just don’t respond. A week later, I received a text asking how to recreate a “noise” in my less than a year car. I responded, then followed it up with a question. And was ignored. Not until I called them out due to lack of professionalism is when they responded. My car (model 3) was with the service center for two (2) weeks and is now down to 71 miles and no one cared to charge my car. This service center does not care for its costumers at all. I understand all the techy check in and stuff but please make sure to follow up and respond to your customers. This is sadly the worst service I have experienced for professional treatment standpoint. It devalues what great product Tesla has.Update:My significant other had his model x serviced and they treated him wonderfully and responded to his text messages promptly. They also charged his car without him asking which was the opposite of my experience. My observation is that this service center has preferential treatment with what type of car is being serviced. This is not the way to conduct business and sadly a very bad culture for the business.

Tesla needs to do some training about car registration and drivers license requirements. I registered my car in Montana, I live in Florida, and have a Florida drivers license, but they demanded, not requested, but demanded that I have a Montana drivers license to pick up a car that I paid $60,000 for in full. Get some training Tesla.

Always courteous but service sometimes takes a long time.

They were quick to get me in and out. Very nice, effecient service. Bill was as quoted prior to visit.

Purchased car in March 2020, was messaged and assigned a vin number and told to set up insurance to take delivery. Sold me a different car and did not inform me, so vin did not match insurance. Ended up having my license revoked, bank put car for repossession, and had a warrant for my arrest. I had to pay hundreds in fees to get license reinstated. Tesla blames me for not verifying they sold me the correct car, and refuse to cover fees. Currently under litigation. Never in my life been treated like a criminal like this. Avoid Tesla at all cost! Extremely shady company, cannot be trusted!

My 1st engagement with service at this service center. Easy to book appointment thru the app and arranged a day and convenient time. The self check-in was a breeze on the service pad. Service manager was profession, courteous, confirmed the issue and set a time expectation for the service to be completed. Service was completed on time and the check out was also a breeze. Great job - so much superior, efficient and pleasant when compared to the regular automotive dealerships. Tesla is simply a superior experience in addition to a superior car. Bravo - Tesla!

Even if you reproduce problems for them IN PERSON, they just return the car a week later with could not reproduce. This service center has wasted more of my time and money over the last couple years than a Tesla saves you. I will no longer be an owner, maybe once I live closer to a different Tesla service center I will try the brand again.Thank goodness for the Florida lemon law.

3 weeks of voicemails left for service manager. No call back. Corporate could not get in touch with her either. Failure on every level. 1.5hr wait on a loaner. After specifically requesting a larger vehicle to accommodate 2 cars seats, they have a 2 door mustang brought over from enterprise. More waiting. This is ongoing...im sure they will have more bs coming tomorrow when im supposed to pick up the car. If I knew Tesla service was this bad, I would have never bought it! 8 month old 2020 Model X and I hope this is not a horror story in the years to come!

My first experience with Tesla service was remarkable. I came in out of warranty and there was never an attempt to screw me over. Friendly staff made me feel at home. I will never own anything other than Tesla. Todays experience solidified that.

Great team here. Always friendly and helpful. They could use a larger location to help bring appointment wait times down. Current wait times are 1-2 weeks for non-serious issues.

Fantastic Delivery Experience! The guys at Tesla Jacksonville are truly passionate about what they do and they made me feel like a member of the Tesla Family the moment I walked in.

Had the FSD computer upgrade to v3.0 done today. The folks at the Service Center handled my appointment well. They made it practical for me to drive from Tallahassee to Jacksonville, get the upgrade done and drive home the same day. Very good with masks and keeping distance in this time of COVID-19.

Service advisor wouldnt address any issue other than what was originally scheduled for even after he said he would let the service technician know about it. Drove 100 miles 1 way for service. When he returned my car I asked about the additional issue and he said I didnt mention it to the technician and I would have to make another appointment.Also, I was told by the mobile technician that had came out originally that there was a service advisory on the under carriage panels to be replaced and the shop advisor only had 1 replaced instead of both as I had also requested when I presented the car for service. Additionally there is something rolling around in the center under panel which they would have just had to pull the panel why they had the car on the lift but the advisor did not mention to the service technician working on my car.The mobile technicians have been the best. Service center in Jacksonville Im not impressed.

I rushed to make my 11:30 am delivery appointment. I signed in at the delivery center at 11:25 am and as of 12:15 pm I hadn’t seen a single person or heard anything. A little annoyed since they emphasized how important it was for me to be on time for the appointment.Will update later with rest of the experience.Update (14:40): I’ve seen and gotten the orientation on my new car. It looks great! Unfortunately I’m still waiting on them to “process the paperwork”. It’s been over 3 hours since my initial appt time.15:00: Tracked down and asked several people for updates as to what’s the hold up? Still no answer. 😒....going to....😡.

Super fun bunch of people. Picked up my car with a single signature in 5 minutes, fooled around with the Tesla crew and they helped me pack the Aero wheels on bags, got bags, gave me a small model car as souvenir for free... Just a super nice experience.

Pretty cheap decor for a luxury EV center.They performed a paint chip repair on my EV that was discovered on delivery.A K student could have done better.My other choice was to leave the car for up to 3 weeks and hope for the best while they disassembled the bumper.They “say” they will respond to your texts about your vehicle time frame.That’s a lie.Once again, Tesla, great concept, horrible execution.

They helped me get tires when I needed them urgently. They figure out how to squeeze me in before a last minute trip. It was never a fuss and the turnaround was same day.

Great customer service and such a unique car service center. Then again, Tesla is no standard car. Its beyond unique. The employees are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. You wont find yourself dreading servicing your Tesla.

I got a screw in one of my brand new tires today. I was down the street from the service center and showed up unannounced. They still treated me like VIP. Squeezed me in and patched my tire. Cared enough to check all tires and discovered cable showing. Got new rear tires and fixed the flat. We were out of there in less than an hour!! I can’t say enough amazing things about Tesla. Thanks guys!

TESLA... There is so much to say here.... The car is amazing. I own a model S and I had to go in recently to have a safety check done. They do this for free by the way... They found something simple in the tire that needs to be fixed and they were super nice about it and informed me about what needs to be done. The waiting room has free TV (HD with Remote) and Free WIFI. Tesla is the best!

Had a great experience picking up my LR AWD Model 3 today. Everything went seamlessly thanks to Justin Ahmad at the service center and Zach Glassburn my liason from the beginning of the purchase to the delivery scheduling. I realize theres no referral code for buying a Model 3 but I will continue to be a Tesla ambassador at work (mostly BMW, Audi, Merc and Porsche snobs) and everywhere that I might run into an admirer or interested person even if they cannot truly afford the car.

UPDATE. I WENT BACK TO TESLA SERVICE CENTER. THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE MY TESLA BECAUSE I HAD BOUGHT MY OWN TIRES. IN MY LAST BILL THEY MARK UP THE TIRES 100%.Advise is to go to Discount tire on 8080 Phillips just one block away. They have Tesla tires in stock. They will replace your tires very quickly and the Tesla tires are not marked up 100%.Tesla service is unethically expensive and not very good. Discount tires great service and reasonable prices.I’ve had a tesla for almost a year. It had several problems that where fixed. Yesterday my rear tire was punctured with an object on the road.I called Tesla roadside and my car was transported to the service center.I called early to make sure I had my car back on the same dayUnfortunately there where NO spare tire or inventory tires in stock. Then there where NO tesla loaners cars.For a 100k+ vehicle that doesn’t come with a spare tire the support is ridiculous and unacceptable.I’m left without a car for a problem that could be resolved in 5 minutes with a spare tire. I had a full day a Patients to see at different hospitals and had to cancel on them because I had no reliable transportation.I called management and I’m still waiting for a call back.I love the car, but I’m done with customer service. Last tesla I will buy.I finally got my car back. Terrible car wash and vacuum job.
