If I could give no stars I would. I got my suv serviced due to spilling coffee all over the inside. Boom they said 35 to detail and wash my sister took it to be taken care of while I was working, I get off and the vacuuming was subpar. It look like a toddler did the job, windows left dirty, trunk was not wiped down at all. Dried spray on my inside of my windshield like they didnt wipe it off after spraying. And get this coffee still on my seat and middle console. I go up after work and he acted like he couldnt remember detailing my car 4 hours prior, offered to rectify or HALF the money back. I then remove all things and now am waiting a second time. I kid you not when Joe rectified the situation he then began to argue I only paid 25 for a wash but couldnt provide receipts or his own records because when one was asked at the initial service he didnt have one . And with a 25 dollar wash(mind you surburbans mini vans suvs start at 35 according to his price list) he continues to say 25 does not include detailing. I asked if I come in tell you I spilled coffee and need the car cleaned doesnt that imply a detail after he attempted to Rectify it I still had to ask for a spray bottle and cloth and to finish what I pointed out to be fixed. My vehicle doesnt even have that freshly cleaned smell. As a female I feel scammed entirely. I didnt fight for the 35 back but I will now be paying a more reputable company to properly detail my car. Severely disappointed.

Joe seemed like a good guy so I paid him his price and trusted him. Big mistake. After $120.00 & an extra $20.00 add on charge, a 3hr cleaning leaves you with a car that looks like a couple of kids cleaned it. Didnt touch anything under the hood, didnt vacuum under the back seat, didnt touch/clean the vents, Gear shift lever, cup holders... I called him up and explained how dirty and unfinished the interior was, he didnt care.

I took my vehicle for a full $150 detail at Joes Car Wash and Detailing for the 2nd time last week. In a nutshell, pretty much with all things, you get what you pay for. I was a new customer the last time, so the service was a little better, with more care being taken. However, this time I was a little disappointed. Overall, I think for a quick car wash and quick car clean out, they are ok. But do not expect a showroom result or anything close to it. Not a bad place to get your car cleaned up, just be mindful, you will get what you pay for. My total wait-time was about 3 1/2 hours and they are a cash-only establishment. Hope this review helps...

Ive had my car washed at Joes Detailing twice and the carpet shampooed once. I gave a four start rating rather than five star for the following reasons. On both car washing occasions the car looked great but the interior windshield was not cleaned. Also, the carpet cleaning was acceptable but not exceptionally clean and the price was too high for the type of carpet shampooing that was done. I think $60.00 to do a 30 minute carpet shampoo is too much. $20.00 for the car wash is reasonable considering the quality of the wash, but the inside of the windshield should not be left dirty. If I return for another wash I will request that the windshield be cleaned. All in all its a good place to get your car washed with a couple of minor quirks.

For a hand wash and detail they are true professionals. They typically work me in with very little notice

I was very disappointed. I paid them $140.00for a full detail for my Mercedes. The car still had fried chicken droppubgs caught in the seat. The back seat of the driver side was filthy. They were not derailed at all. I feel they were rushing my car for a bigger ticket car. Terrible experience.

Had a full detail on my daughters car. They did a great job. I would give five stars but it took a while but we didn’t wait on it so maybe it wasn’t a priority since we left. It definitely looked better than when we bought it. Every thing sparkled. They were super nice, also only take cash so be prepared.

Really old guy is the owner. Probably has a good clientele but not for New customers. Had areas on my car that needed to be buffed out but he could barely see them due to his bad eye sight. Hes probably good for simple wash and wax, but dont expect much detailed service. He also only accept cash, no credit cards.

2/24/18 VERY DISAPOINTED! in the service we did not receive. Arrived at 10, no later than 10:30 am...Car was checked in...We sat for an hour before the Car was moved to garage to be washed. A black truck arrived at car wash and a black infinity came in to be washed as well. Both of those vehicles arrived after our car. Both the black truck and black infinity was pulled into the garage and washed before our car. JOE (owner) didnt apologize but instead made excuses and he still took our money for vacuuming our car. We drove out the car wash parking lot with a dirty vehicle without being compensated and the owner acknowledging his mistake. We spent 3 hours of wasted time just to be disappointed after this car wash was referred to us. We did tell our friend about what happened and he promised not to return or recommend anyone else.
