I had my first experience with this business today. And I have to say, Im impressed! These days, in Jacksonville North Carolina it is rare that a car wash actually hand washes the car. These guys not only had one person working on the car but four very thorough workers cleaning the car! And they did a fantastic job! Im not lying when I say the 2015 Buick verano I rode in with didnt look like the same vehicle that we rode out with! They literally made the vehicle look a thousand times better! Inside and out! They were very friendly, and the work was very fast! They know what theyre doing here. This is not one of those half done car washes. These guys are pros!

Great experience, I came in from out of town and they took care of me right away. I just had the outside of my car cleaned, great job.

I took my car to get the outside clean. Upon further inspection my car is scratched and looks like it wasn’t even cleaned. It has brand new paint on it, not even a month old. I was referred to them by a business, needless to say not worth my time or money and I’m very upset.

Every employee Ive worked with is a perfectionist and they make sure your car looks like it just rolled off the lot brand new by the time you leave. Courteous and great staff, I wont take my car anywhere else.

Great customer service great prices and the only place I get my cars washed. Was paying a guy a 100+ to wash my car and truck very happy I found and took a chance at this car wash. I highly recommend them.

The did a good job. There were a couple of misses and they had to be reminded to clean the engine bay when I came to pick it up. Overall not a bad detail job though.

I PAID $225 FOR MY TRUCK TO GET COMPLETELY WASHED. WHEN I GOT MY TRUCK BACK IT STILL HAD BUGS ON THE FRONT AS WELL AS THE FRONT WINDSHEILD. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS. THEY SAID THEY ALSO WAXED THE CAR...LOOKED LIKE IT WAS JUST WASHED. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I HAD THEM COME TO MY RESTAURANT TO FINISH UP WORK THAT THEY DIDNT FINISH THE FIRST TIME AS WELL AS GIVE IT ANOTHER WASH AND STILL WHEN I STEPPED OUTSIDE TO LOOK AT THE TRUCK IT STILL HAD BUGS ON IT. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL BUT THEIR WORK IS NOT GOOD.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! “Reschedules” appointments and cancels last second. When you call to get a straight answer about when they can do it the kid that answers the phone is disgustingly rude. NEVER would I recommend them to anyone!!!!
