Been on Hold for 15 mins waiting for service rep. If they cant answer the phone how will they take care of my business. Covid, Higher than normal calls, and every other excuse under the sun. I still answer the phone and take care of my customers. WHAT A JOKE!!!

THE worst company and worst customer service ever. Lies, hidden fees, downtime all the time due to toner not arriving on time. Unbelievable wait time to speak to them on the phone. Never again.
