Mike Post spent all day with us and it was wonderful. Such a small world getting to know him and understanding my crazy family. We have been putting off getting new windows for a while and so glad we spoke with Mike about all of the services they provide and now we have a plan to get my windows and door replaced. We are new parents and the baby’s window was the first one we need replacing but with funding being tight it was nice to know it was going to take 6 months to make the windows before we get them and have to make the first payment. We are super excited to start getting our house pretty.

Mike Post was our consultant. He was professional as well as friendly. He was also very thorough. That may sound boring, but the experience was a very good one. I am looking forward to the install of my new cabinets and drawers. I loved being able to see first hand the various styles of refacing product, handles and colors. My brother (the cook in the family) are very pleased with Mike Post, FHIA, BJ’s, and Sam’s Club.

We met with Mike Post today to get a quote on replacing the exterior doors on our house. This was the third time Mike has been to our house as we have previously had our windows replaced in 2 phases. Mike did a great job of going over all the options and even provided a couple suggestions that saved us big dollars, such as replacing ourFrench doors that lead to our pool area with a slider. We liked the slider idea better because we only use one of the French doors, and with the slider, we get a screen door. My wife loves fresh air so this really appealed to her. He had similar suggestions when replacing our windows, like replacing our two side by side up and down windowswith one large picture window that opened sideways. Was cheaper and the one bigger window looks much nicer.These windows and doors are not cheap and we were hesitant to pull the trigger at first, but Mike pointed out:1. When your house is built, the builder usually goes with thecheapest suppliers. Our windows were failing so we knew this.2. These windows and door can handle a Cat 5 hurricane, so youdont have to buy hurricane shutters or put plywood over yourdoors and windows.3. FHIA has a lifetime replacement guarantee on their windows anddoors, material and labor, which is transferable if you sell yourhouse. Who does that?4. Their windows lock automatically when you close them.5. They are extremely energy efficient. (Weve noticed about a 10percent reduction in our energy bill.)6. They are so strong, they are extremely difficult to break into,making your house more secure. This was a big selling point forus.7. They are backed by Sams Club, which we have had goodexperience with.This visit was to replace our doors, but weve previously had our windows replaced by FHIA, so I just want to give a shout out to the installer and finishers who actually put in our new windows. They did a great job, very professional and polite and cleaned up the area so when they were done, you would not know they were there. They also shared some great stories about their experiences with these windows, which helped put us at ease that we made the right decision.

Everything was done as they said they would. Took off old roof and fixed the soft area of the roof. Put all new insulation and shingles as requested. Cleaned everything up. Left no mess. Fast and efficient. Roof looks beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend.

Hi I’m going to share my journey with you as I use FHIA to install my door. I can say that the reason I even entertained FHIA is because they installed my windows. The experience was great and I love my windows. Now I’m replacing my door. While I can’t speak to the door installation yet, I can speak to the Sales professionals. Today I met with Michael Post. He was very informative and worked to get me discounts. We both talk a lot but that meant I felt comfortable with him. He made himself available throughout the process. So let’s see what my next post or review will be. Right every thing is peachy.

We waited for years to do our windows and doors it was never the good moment... we did our appointment today with BJs knowing that FHIA is backed by the wholesale club is very reassuring for us this means that there is quality control and somebody is responsible for our whole project. Claudia came today to our home and spend a lot of time with us she explained everything in details and showed us every product she put our need first and prie prioritizewhat was important to us she was actually firm straightforward but extremely transparent. On a scale of 1 to 10 we are giving her a 11. We choose to go with the solar max windows and doors for energy efficiency because that is a big problem in our home project. we waited for a long time to do this project but quality prevail over everything: for fact that there are no companies offering the same warranties as FHIA they are lifetime warranties and transferable. Very happy and pleased

We live on a golf course and wanted Impact windows for incoming golf balls and security. After considering many different options we had FHIA install hurricane impact security windows and sliding doors! From the initial consultation, to the Measure, to the installation, to the final permit process - they did an outstanding job! Mike Post, the sales rep was professional, knowledgeable, receptive to questions and very thorough. I had been considering painting my kitchen cabinets and he explained why that was not possible and offered what seemingly is an excellent alternative. Of course, I wont know until the job is complete, but I am confident that it will be done well and that it will wind up being a better option than painting. Mike is extremely personable, albeit, a bit of a talker, but thats ok because he really seems to know what hes talking about. I look forward to enjoying the freshened, updated look of my kitchen and of working with Mike and FHIA.

Project Consultant Mike Post was pleasant, polite, and prompt. He was very thorough in his presentation, and open to our many queries about FHIA, as we only came to find out about the company through BJs. Both my wife and I are conservative and skeptic when making high dollar amount purchases, so Im sure it wasnt Mikes easiest consult, to say the least. However, we feel confident that our final decision, albeit hesitant, to purchase 2 exterior doors through FHIA was a good decision. I really like the fact that the doors will come with a Lifetime, transferable warranty. And, I appreciate that all the workers who we will be letting into our home will be FHIA employees, rather than subcontractors or day laborers. Of course, the validation of our confidence will come once the doors are installed and weve lived with/used them for awhile. As we are in dire need of the new doors, I look forward to install day.

Used first to replace roof. Did a fabulous job and beautiful roof. Two years later called back for entire house window replacement. Their estimate was significantly under any other estimate I received. The installers for both jobs were very professional, cleaned up inside and out and we had no issues with either job. Would highly recommend !

Had my roof replaced last year and came back to FHIA to have some doors replaced. Present home insurance is being canceled due to house being too old. So will be getting a house inspection. Since I have a door that has known water damage, I figured that getting this door and 2 others replaced will make getting the next home insurance easier and lower.

I had FHIA install new windows of December of 2020, everything went good. One of the window pane crack while getting install, the person that came out to replace the glass didnt take pride in his workmanship, didnt clean up his mess before leaving. I called Dan the services manager he came out and took pictures of the window that was fix. I call him back a week later about one of my window keep sticking when letting it up are down. on March 15, 21 a tech came out to check the window and one of the slash was bad, didnt here from anyone, 3 week later I called Dan back April 14, 21 to see what was going on with fixng my window he told me he order a new slash its going take 6 to 8 week for them to make another slash, now its June 3, 21 still havent heard from him.They dont keep there promise !!!!!!!!!

FHIA replaced all my windows and doors with their CWS Hurricane Impact Energy StormSaver windows and doors and now our electric bill is lower, we are much more comfortable in our home during the winters and summers, and we don’t have to put up shutters or boards when hurricanes come to Jacksonville because our home is now completely safe. Mike Post was the sales person, he was professional and knew his stuff. He came to give me a quote on windows for my rental but I ended up doing my kitchen instead. Expect the meeting to take no less than an hour to hour in a half though.

After receiving multiple other quotes, we purchased new windows from FHIA. Our rep Jeff was informative. He helped us understand the technology behind all of our options and presented them in a clear and concise manner. Since this is our first home, we had a lot of questions. I had one of their reps knock on my door. Were one of their window customers already so no blood from this stone. Still paying on the windows from a couple years ago. We had an issue with the caulking on a couple windows and honestly, we just didnt think to call to fix it. But when their guy came by, and we told him we already had their windows, asked us if we were happy with everything....well, not with everything. We showed him the caulking on two windows and he said he would have Todd from service contact us to take care of it. The next day, we got a call to schedule someone to come out. I really wasnt making a big deal of it and if I wasnt so lazy, I would have done it myself. Dont tell my wife I said that. Happy that they were willing to honor what they told me when I bought the windows. Any issues, call us. All good now. Thanks Zach and Todd for making this a priority even when it wasnt a big deal for us.

Spent over $27k and can not get a screen that was never sent with original installation. Have two windows that parts are popping out due to high temp from the morning sun. Its been months since Ive spoken with the rep who said he was now out in the western United States working g for the company. Poor management and communication.

Mike Post was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and went into a thorough explanation of the window options and what to expect with installation and warranties. Lifetime on everything? Who does that? It was a long presentation but we appreciated having all the information to make the best decision. We werent necessarily ready to do the windows when one of their reps knocked on our door, but the guy wasnt pushy at all and we truly felt like he cared about what they were doing for us. I wish I knew his name, because I would mention him too. So far, positive experiences from the first two interactions with the company. Well update when the windows get installed! Thanks again Mike.

Great experience!! We were rained out the first day but the crew came for the past 2 days bright and early and stayed as long as they could!! We have a lot of windows. Friendly, courteous, and impeccable with their work!! Inspection passed easily!! Highly recommended!!! The windows have changed the entire look of our home and I cant believe how quiet it is now! I love my neighbors and their lovely dog, but I dont love the barking late at night. I can barely hear Bentley now. Thanks Ray and your great staff! Ill let you know when were ready for the roof. Company representative came 40 minutes earlier and acted very authorative, almost disrespectful. Left with anger, slammed the door behind. Very unprofessional I would not trust company like this to do anything in my house!

Overall Im very happy with the repair that was done to my door. The guys came and fixed it and actually the door opens and closes and locks better than it did when it was installed. Thanks you guys!

First, their advertisement is deceptive.The salesperson was not a dedicated industry professional, with his mind and energy only focused on me signing a contract, and not about making a proper presentation. Very shabby, zero customer service oriented.I would never do business with this company after such a lousy display of professionalism.

Had my roof inspected by my insurance company and they wont help. I contacted fhia and we were really impressed with their product. So far the most professional company weve had come out.

Purchased 2 sets of tinted Impact French Doors from this company. The first set of doors were not Impact or tinted. Had to wait months to get the correct doors delivered and installed. The original doors were inswing, the salesman offered in swing doors. The installers installed them as inswing doors. they were almost impossible to close. Another crew came out and said that exterior doors could no longer be installed inswing due to regulations/building codes that changed over 10 years ago. Neither the sales man nor install crew were educated on building codes enough to know this. 7 months later and I still do not have doors that work properly or are installed correctly. In the mean time the different crews have broke tiles in my sunroom, ruined part of my new LVP Flooring, messed up the paint and drywall around the door and have not offered to correct the any of the damage. They just left saying they needed to order yet another set of doors that will be here in 8-12 weeks. It should not take a year to get doors installed correctly

Canvassing door to door isnt a trustworthy way of earning a business. This is exactly what happened to us when one of their salespeople rang our doorbell attempting to sell their services. As soon as he mentioned the companys name, my wife was already going through the google reviews. I would never, ever trust any individual or company doing door-to-door sales, especially when it comes to home remodeling. So many crooks and scams out there. Whoever they are, these people are definitely implementing a very lousy and doubtful sales tactic.

We had phase 1 of our nearly 31 impact windows installed this past week and was extremely impressed by the team and their work. Todd was extremely comforting, helpful and present through the whole process. Dino and his team of installers (Tiny & Keith) were like family and treated our home and our window job like we mattered. We felt very comfortable with the overall process and cant say enough good things about how it went. The windows are stunning and we are so happy that we stopped in Sams Club to give this company a try. Quite a disappointment from the very first moment. The representative looked and acted more like a used car salesman instead of an impact window professional. Abnoxious, pushy, going through the contract instead of the product and services. Very amateur-ish, cash hungry fast talker, with an obvious lack of industry knowledge, and no sincere desire to help a customer. Based on the reviews alone, many people are sharing similar experiences with this company, so I will not get involved with them.

We are very happy with our new windows! Dino’s crew did a stellar job. Very professional and hard working crew. We had a large job of 24 windows and they Finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up immediately. Morris Raines the project Supervisor was great to work with. He always took our calls and made sure to resolve any issues or problems that arose. We couldn’t be happier with Morris’s work ethic or his always wanting to make sure we were and are absolutely satisfied. The windows are beautiful and are basically sound proof. I can’t wait to see how much we will save on our electricity. You won’t be disappointed with this company.

I set up a date and time mainly for the quote they told me that would be good for a year. My wife knows windows are my thing so my plan was to get that quote. I received a confirmation call the night before to confirm and the lady on the phone kept pressuring me to have my wife there also. I told her I would be the only one and my wife didn’t need to be there. Still, she was adamant. This only makes my paranoid brain think bad things. I cancelled the appointment because I’d rather take my $10-15,000 dollars worth of windows project to a place that doesn’t make me feel like I’m trying to solve the DaVinci code while trying to get a quote. Lesson - never try and set up an appointment from shady people representing this company on Facebook.

Ive probably seen about 20 of their posts on Facebook marketplace advertising hurricane impact windows at absurd low prices, like $ 2, 5 or 10. All the same heading, images and description. Messaged quite a few one of them, asking why they do that, which is misleading, and never got an answer.

Very professional company! Dino did a great job on the install and Todd did a wonderful job overseeing the project. We had 23 windows and 4 doors replaced. My house looks fantastic! We would highly recommend this company!

Amy came out to give me a quote on refacing my kitchen cabinets. Very pleasant. I thought we got along really well. She gave me a verbal quote which I thought was very reasonable and said she would email me a written quote the next day because she was teaching that night. Five days went by and I heard nothing. She left her card so I emailed her inquiring about the quote and expressed that I was interested in going with the refacing. I also thought if she misplaced my email then she would have it and could respond. Nothing. I waited a couple of days and emailed again. Still nothing. I called the offices and left 2 messages. Still nothing. I then called back and spoke to the receptionist. She transferred me to Amy’s superior. I left a message 2 days ago and still nothing. The funny thing is that I did not pursue them. They pursued me while I was shopping in Sam’s Club. Maybe having this trouble getting a quote is a warning. Not a good way to do business. Thanks for the opportunity to give my review.

Unsolicited, creepy, refuse to leave. Twice now one of the door to door not salesmen appeared in my driveway as I had just pulled in with my dogs. Both times, before I could open my door, I see this person beside me, trying to talk to me. It’s concerning when a stranger is suddenly in your driveway, standing beside your car. It’s suspect, so naturally I say “I’m not interested” through the cracked window. Both times, the person kept on trying to talk to me while writing on a clipboard (about me/my car/house/dogs??) and refusing to leave the driveway even after I clearly said it was time to leave. Today, I told the guy I was gonna let my dog out of the backseat if he didn’t leave. Y’all should teach your employees not to walk up in people, and to leave when someone tells them to. Period.

There were serious problems with phone calls that were not returned. The initial installation was shoddy. The doors did not fit. The issues were all finally resolved however it took months to get everything resolved. We are now pleased with the installation however we wish that the work could have been done correctly at the outset. Tod did a good job of resolving all of the problems satisfactorily.

I Had my windows installed over a year ago now. Their service was awesome and the windows are amazing. My electric bill is way down due to the efficiency. As a bonus outside noise getting into my house is way down as well. Well with the money spent.

It was a little slow due to pandemic but they did a great job on our windows.

This company is shady. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday 04/20/2019 with one of their sales representatives after seeing an add on Facebook. The sales guy arrived on time, but smelled like stale cigarettes. Then as my wife and I moved into the living room, he told my wife to sit; like she was a dog. The he laughed as if he was kidding and said, I command it. We should have sent him on his way right then, but this is was supposed to be a good company, and we wanted to heat the pitch. Then after this two hour presentation, I was up front about us not buying, he hands me his quote in scribbles on a piece of notebook paper. He explains, it is because their quotes get shopped to death. I told him, that is how a competitive market works, and obviously his company doesnt value their quotes nor their potential clients if he is going to hand me a piece of notebook paper with scribbles. At that point, I told him to leave, and filed his scrap paper in the garbage. If a company is in your home to quote you a price on anything, the quote is worthless without their name tied to it. It should be in a proposal format with their company logo, address, phone number, and any other important information. His quote was for over $17,000.00. I would expect an actual quote. He wasted out time. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well. Do not let them in your home. There are companies out there who are willing to earn your business by being competitive.

Great place to work! Part-time hours and the starting pay is definitely enough to keep the bills paid. Training is provided and ongoing. Opportunity to move up in the company in as little as a month. A+

I would give them less stars if I had that option. Poor customer service. Poor management. I spent 12k on all new windows, Told him numerous times they were missing one but they would not listen. So now all my windows done or in my house except one. I was given no contract, no return phone call, and of course no sales guy to be found. This company did not do one thing from the start to the finish that they said they would do. Keep your money and run away from them as fast as you can very unprofessional I order these windows six months ago and just now they came in and they’re incorrect and it’s my problem they’re saying

Great windows but customer service is is terrible. After installing the new windows the old ones and all the trash was left in my yard for a week. After calling the company, they sent someone out to pickup old windows but all he did was take the aluminum for scrap and left behind all the old windows and trash. It’s been a over a week and no one as came back to finish putting on the screw caps or removed stickers from windows and clean as promised. Good luck calling their automated phone system

Completely in love with the work completed!Living in a deed restricted community, the products offered by Ray Rosenblum met my personal choices and met my HOA guidelines.The work was completed today by Jay and Jeremy, and within 5 hours, I had eight dual pane, energy efficient windows and a sliding glass door installed.They were friendly, polite, and efficient!The dark, aluminum, 80’s single pane windows are gone, and my little place in paradise is shining like a diamond!Thank you!

Random man knock and rings door at 7 at night saying hey we are just letting people know you will see our work trucks around the neighborhood doing doors, windows, and roofs. then told me i could get a free estimate. why are you solicting in the dark at night.No company should be allowed to do this.

I called today for an est. on windows. I was told both husband and wife had to be home for the est .. We work opposite schedules so thats impossible. I had to give one star. Really they deserve a negative star. Staff was not friendly and rude on the phone. Requested for management and things got no better. Avoid this companuy.

Out NOT soliciting in our neighborhood yesterday......Would not show permits and rude. Even so far asking residents for something to drink. Its crazy ridiculous to have no soliciting signs up and still very pushy. I get you are just trying to make a living but, pissing off an entire neighborhood is not gonna get you business.

You say I submitted my resume online no problem, called me set up an interview with Zach.appointment time 1030 I showed up Zach was not even aware of what time we were meeting the place it self not much better then a college dormitoryapplied for sales position, then tried to get me in marketing, advise you this place is not any better then the fake perfume companies and door to door sales I am better then that so to waste my time was very disappointing.
