Owner of this business is a scam artist. Also operates boarding houses as a slum lord. Obviously has a mental handicap with a noticeable tic. Would definitely not recommend.

Arranged a consult for a bathroom remodel. Took time off work to arrange to be home. No one arrived. Upon calling to determine what had occurred. The employee who answered the phone initially acted as though they had no recollection of the appointment, admitted they did recall upon being provided details, gave a half-hearted apology, and then hung up on me mid sentence. Find someone who will be respectful of your time and considerate when they make mistake. At least I dodged a bullet by finding this out early.

John and his staff remodeled 4 bathrooms for us. GREAT JOB!!! His workers were fast and the workmanship is excellent. I would recommend Family Tile for any remodeling job.

Did master bath remodel approximately ten years ago. While having shower regrouted, workers discovered that styrofoam stool was full of water. After it was removed, found that wrong wall board was used and that regular nails/screws, now rusted, were used instead of stainless. Tile backsplash around sinks hasn’t lined up since install. Too late for a lawyer, so I thought I would let everyone know.

I havent used Family Tile but he was referred to me by another vendor, however after reading Johns review, I have to say I think I will pass. Dude you should make it right with your past customer and post a response if you want my business.
