Installed new tub; good work, no problems.

WOMEN HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! This company discriminates against women homeowners who happen to have been married after they purchased their homes on their own. They refused to give me an estimate unless my spouse was present. I am the deed owner and decision maker and they would not budge. If you think you still want an estimate, dont tell them you are married. This is the 2nd company Ive run into that does this and upon principle, I refuse to do business with them. My plumber recommended epoxy as a better update option for my near perfect avocado tub and tile surround. 3 stars for customer professionalism and after-hour availability for estimates.

My wife and I are very pleased with the tub to shower remodel. Now we can step directly into our roomy shower. Work was completed as advertised with a very high quality. Very easy to clean also. Lifetime warranty included.

Bath Fitter is an excellent company. They have superb customer service so you are totally taken care of from start to finish. The customer care team of which there are enough to cover any questions you have, are exactly what they are intended to be ....customer care. Workmanship by our installer was excellent and there were no finishing touches at all. Covered areas that were a challenge (the little details), etc. It looks beautiful! We love every aspect.

Installed new bathtub. All of my contacts with BathFitter were positive. They responded promptly, showed up on time, provided the service as contracted, and provided a quality product. The installer made every effort to preserve existing tile and to be as clean as possible in his work. I would use them again.

I had a shower replaced in my master bathroom, it is a small shower but it’s a little bigger now, without changing the footprint . I picked out White tile look and a glass door . It looks perfect. Very happy.

We had our shower/bathtub installed on April 16th. The wrong doors were sent with the installer, not only was it not done in a day but with graduation coming up we still have no doors and it is May the 6th. The staff at this establishment were no help! I am very disappointed and I will never recommend them to anyone.

This is the second bathroom remodel that Bath Fitters has done for me. It was so easy from start to finish. From the salesman to the actual installer, they were completely professional, very polite, and knowledgeable. The actual install was completed In less than one day. I do not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathrooms.

Bathfitters redid our main bathroom shower and tub. They tore out to the studs and put it back green board, new tub, one piece shower wall to the ceiling and all new fixtures. The service was great from the salesperson to the installer who was awesome. This was completed in one day. You get what you pay for.

Everything went smoothly with the installation of the new shower! We converted our garden tub shower combo to just a shower it is gorgeous! The sales representative was very helpful. The installation guy was very clean he cleaned up after himself and did a great job with the install!so very happy with my shower and shower doors!

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter Jacksonville. We contracted with them to change an older garden tub into a shower. Our sales consultant, Mitchell, helped us with our choices, explained the process thoroughly, and was enjoyable to work with. We signed our contract on May 6, and our custom materials were ready in a few weeks. Our installer worked very efficiently. He covered our floors where he needed to walk, wore his PPE (COVID-19 time), and did a careful and detailed installation while minimizing the dust and debris. We were very pleased with the outcome. So I will start by saying that the shower I had installed is satisfactory. Thats really where the pleasantries end. The sales rep who came out was all smiles and compliments until I signed on the dotted line. Then I could never get ahold of her again. The cost was 9K which honestly you could replace an entire bathroom with fancy tiles and granites for that amount as opposed to basically an insert which is what I have. The first crew that came out was done in a day and half but since they had to custom make the doors I still didnt have a shower for 6 weeks! I knew I was overpaying but I did that because I wanted a shower completed quickly and didnt want people in and out for two weeks doing a full gut and remodel. Now I wish I had just done that instead of bath fitter. Again, the shower is fine but it is a basic white insert that I could have bought at Home Depot for $600. I wouldnt recommend bath fitter simply based on price. Poor customer service and broken promises is almost par for the course with contractors so thats to be expected.

The installer James was very good and knew the company product was very good installing the shower for us . He made sure he cleaned up after the shower was installed. Listen to what we wanted and made sure that is what he did for us, he was on time.

We are very pleased with the product and the guarantee that comes with it. Although, It was difficult to schedule an installation date that was convenient for us, we were able to resolve the issue.

Called to have someone come out. Was told my husband has to be there. My husband is not the home owner and is not the purchaser. My husband is a long distance truck driver. I make the decisions concerning my home.This is discrimination!! I will pursue. A Female owning her own home, owning and running a business that had 1.95 million is sales last year according to Bath Fitters is not capable of having a remodeling job done! Kevin and David were the original guys that did my previous work in my old place, now in a new place, Kevin is doing the work and it looks beautiful BUT I cannot use it until they make my seamless door, which I didnt know it would take so long or else I would of went with the metal frame, not happy with the new company of Bathfitters and customer service isnt like what it use to be also. So, do your homework first. No doubt in my mind that Kevin and David do an awesome job.

Why does bath fitters insist that my spouse be home to meet with their estimator? Starting the conversation by asking who is on the deed for the home is beyond weird. The representative refused to set an appointment unless we could both be home at the same time. I dont buy their reasoning that we like to have input from everyone on the deed. I have never had this experience with any other contractor doing work in our house. My wife is happy for me to deal with contractors one on one, I dont need some customer rep telling me how we will conduct business in my house.

I just want to say David who works for bath fitter put a new shower bath tub in for me and did and outstanding job he was friendly and kind I couldnt ask a better man to do the job Im proud of the work he did thank you bath fitter

We are very happy with the non-slip coating that was applied to our shower floor however we felt the price was a bit over-the-top to say the least. The technician arrived on time and did a good job of applying the coating. However it only took him a total of 40 minutes to apply a basecoat, wait a few minutes for it to dry and then apply a second coat. It cost us around $375 for that which we felt was a bit high.

My bathtub was improperly installed leaving a ripple between the overlay and the original tub. On my first attempt to contact Bathfitters, none of the phone numbers listed on the invoice were valid. I had to do an internet search to find a working phone number. When I finally reached a person, I was referred to the warranty department even though the problem was the installation. I requested a callback from the Sales Person who sold the product and my call was not returned. Overall, it has been an expensive, frustrating, experience that is still not resolved.

The job was performed masterfully. I was deeply impressed with the work performed.

I had a bathfitters bathtub installed 4-11-18 and was very pleased. I just had the bathtub done and it matched my existing tile perfectly. David, my installer did an amazing job in about 3 hours and cleaned up after. The office staff was so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Bathfitters.

Instant regret when the ONE guy finished his work that took a day and a half. He scratched up my wall and told me it was usual and part of the process. I had to go behind him and make him fix things like a gap between my walk and ceiling trim. The sales rep lie and tell you whatever to get your money. I didnt get what I paid for. Customer service is rude when I called to rectify the issue. I would not recommend. Its just as others have said .. cheap looking material you can do your self and for the price you can get WAY more with demolition remodeling.

My tub/shower looks great

Just called to get additional information on an install for an RV. Before wasting everyones time I had requested to speak with a technician that could get me general pricing based on the information I provide and the call center refuses to issue the request to my local vendor. It shouldnt be a huge deal to supply a quote for 3 wall panels with 2 corner trays when I can provide the dimensions.
