Really surprised this motel is still open. It should be condemned. The front desk clerk we encountered was snippy, rude and argumentative. He treated us like we were an inconvenience. We chose not to stay and boy did we dodge a bullet. We googled the property and read all the negative reviews and most talked about BED BUGS... Nor were we surprised to see complaints about the rude desk clerk. His rudeness was our blessing. I strongly recommend if you find yourself at this motel, turn around as quickly as you can before a bed bug jumps on you.

Very disappointed from the website...nats,roaches,sink that barely runs,discolored television(remote wouldnt turn it on either)trash under nightstand,dry blood behind nightstand,bathtub discolored &rusted,towels looked like cleaning rags,coat rack only had one side,floor wasnt swept,curtains were musty with small holes in them...the only thing good about this place was the price...oh...and the lady at the desk was alright...here is the thing about the low prices in Motels I have found out..people say dont expect much for low prices...I beg to differ...because after working at a temp service that little money is important...to get a CLEAN room,not have to battle with the bath tub handles to bathe,and everything else that I have shared....low prices do not mean take advantage of and give someone a room with tremendous fails!!This place claims to be family oriented...friendly on the website...well....what about children staying here...a room with all these wrongs!Just wish people were not like this...they never know what a customer is dealing with in their lives to have to get a Motel room in the first place...decency,cleanliness&respect dont cost a thing!Get it together Kings Inn!!!!

Slum area. Poor customer service. Rent to anyone. High police activity. Rooms have bugs. Water pressure very weak, hot water limited. During cold season you have access to a space heater. Noisy during evening hours. In other words, I would not let my pet stay at this place.

My son and I are in room 314. For the price of the rooms you cant go wrong. The cleaning girl is just Awesome making sure you have clean towels beding ect. Front desk is great to. Security guard does his job well making sure everything is safe here. Nothing to complain about glad to have a place affordable to stay. Thanks guys.

Im giving 3 stars because I have been here since the end of July and had no problems. But one lady that works at the convince store is extremely rude to customers. Calls them names, gives them attitude and tries to make her own rules. The hotel is fine as long as you keep to yourself. But beware of the store.

Clean and cheap enough and it has a store attached to the office which is very convenient .

Be careful if you stay here. I recently rented a room and after getting settled in, found both beds were ingested with bed bugs. It was after 15 minutes so they refused to refund my cost or compensate another night in a different room.

I am currently staying at kings inn. I was very skeptical about staying here. Surprisingly though Im actually comfortable. People need to realize its a old motel. They have been very nice here. It is very cheap. Saying that dont expect the best. I havent seen one bug In My room. Yes the bathtub looks very dirty but, its not. Its just worn out and old. Places like this are for people that cant afford to pay a 100$ a night. It is under good management now. For the price this is a perfectly safe and comfortable place. I only had to pay $33 w tax. The room Im In is the size of a studio apartment. Happy guest and i will recommend if you dont have allot of money. I would rather here then any other because its all You need to lay your head down.

This is a very beautiful place that everybody can enjoy visiting.

Close this place down, its drug filled and ran down. Bed bugs, leaky walls rude owners, Customers should Never come here! Management and owners are scum of the earth for trying to reopen this place. This building needs to be demolished. Another shooting just occured in our neighborhood because of this place. SHUT IT DOWN

Horrible place too go I had to contact the news crew bc these people here are the worse business I have ever seen. I tried to find a room Friday night everyone was booked so I had to go here the room was nasty the bathroom had some kind of heat coming out of it and my room wouldnt get cool. Hotter then outside. Then when we tried to sleep the bed bugs was so bad that my boyfriend was covered in bite Marks and I have a few myself but he got it worse we went to the office to ask for a refund or other room. The lady asked for our key and remote so we handed them then she told us to leave the property and called the cops on us bc I was like um no I need a room or my money back I had no where else to go. So I left due to her calling cops. She was very rude to us both and I have never been treated that way by any hotel. So now I will have news crew making a story since I have videos and pictures of it all.

Can’t answer the phone at front desk

Bed bug infested. Owner rude ad disrespectful. Accused me of lying and still refused after the health department concluded that there were bedbugs in my room. It’s worth spending an extra $20 for a room at another hotel. Incredibly disappointed, and upset about the ugly scars these bites left on my skin.

This place is fine. It depends on what area of the hotel you are roomed on. A place is always what we make it so why complain

Payed for a king size bed didnt get it went back to office she gave us another room went to it it was king but no TV went back to office she had to give us a room with double beds went to it TV didnt work I was ready to leave but husband was tired and so we stayed and we payed for king size and no TV

It is a dump and there is a great possibility of your belongings being rummaged through and actually stolen by staff.

This is a rough rough place. Somewhere to go live when you hit rock bottom... not somewhere to stay on a trip.This is the kind of place when you arrive and realize the neighborhood you are in, you immediately google Panera or Apple Store to find your way back to a safe neighnorhood.

It was reasonable considering the price. Is good for emergency rooming really.

It is not all that great. Broken walls an leaking water all over the place . No hot water at all . But cheap rooms . It needs to be updated so bad . An no maid service at all.

If your broke and want to pay less than 60 here your start. But bed is dirty. Headboard is broke. The curtains to cover window are broke. And they cover has stains not to mention doesnt match the bed cover. The window curtains also have have stains and is very dusty. The chair has stains all over it. The tub is filled with rust. And old long pieces of hair. Cleaning is terrible when I arrived there were used drugs in the complimentary cup and on bed. Walls are so thin can hear what the next door neighbour is saying the whole time. The TV is discolored and towels are brown that were originally white. And on top of all that truth the room smells horrible. After sleeping there one night. I was so sick literally eyes throat nose itchy. Chest hurting. Never bring kids. On the mirror there were a bunch of colored crosses that the staff didnt bother o remove. The shower curtain had stained blood on it and was rusted. And I literally seen the ambulance there 3 times that night in a row. I am assuming from the amount of drug users there. It must have been a overdose. Now this is the truth. I hate people who lie and no one wants to waste hard earned money. And there staff arent even friendly. I figured because they knew know in there right mind would come here unless they use drugs!!!

Seems a bit run down, but is convenient if your in the area, so long as your friends or relatives, or whomever, arent too picky about cleanliness and ambiance.

The front desk man was extremely rude and gave me attitude over everything. The motel was dirty and very outdated. Pool looks horrible and unsafe. We complained and were told to leave. Would NOT recommend!!!

The staff was helpful and allowed us to enter the room a bit earlier than check in. Tv room and frig was all in working order

Where do I begin...The attendant was nice initially. I told her that I was not satisfied with the room and she came out to see my issue with the room. The sheets and blanket were soiled, plus the bathtub was dirty from dirty feet. She said I will show you another room, which she did and it was the exact same thing except it smelled better than the first. I asked her, Would you step a foot in those dirty tubs or the sheets? Her response was priceless. She said, Oh no. Im too boojie and spoiled for that. I said So am I and I want a refund. She then went to say that her uncle owns the place, along with two other places and theyre even worst. Also, there is no WiFi available in the rooms, only in the lobby. I will say its cheap but not the place to be, if you want something decent and clean. There were other guests complaining after I received my refund as well.

There is nothing below zero stars no matter how much or how little money you have run from this place fast as you or just dont come here. The tub is full of dirt and the toilet lid was broken and nasty bed lining bed bugs they need to be shut down dont waste your money no towels wash.cloths if. I had to inspect them I would shut them down its not fit for a human to live in

The bed bugs are terrible, and the owner is even worse. Rude and mean, and still refuses to refund me for the room, even after the health department inspection proved that they were there. What a sad and pathetic way to do business. I was pleasant throughout the entire ordeal.

Room was large and clean. Heard the place gets sketchy but I had no problems with management or other guests during the two days I was there.

Im very upsat with the hotel my air conditioner is not working and I went to the office and I was told that I had 15 minutes to report it and there are nothing that they can do I ask for her to put me in another room and I was told that she could not do that and I have to talk with the manager in the morning...

First of all I had to pick the cable box up from the back of the TV. Why you may ask? Because, when called the front desk to tell them my remote want working. I was told to get it from the back of the TV. I should have left then. But I was tired and was eaten alive by bedbugs.. Never going back again..

I believe that the owners need to change the name to Peasants Inn because thats what I felt like during a 3 day stay at this hotel. Place is run down. The toilet and AC didnt even work inside of the room!

We stayed in this hotel for a whole week and it was horrible! The housekeepers come into your room and go through your things as soon as you leave the room even if you have a do not disturb sign on your door. I came back to my room to find her there. The ladies that work the front desk are nice enough but talk poorly about the guests behind their backs as soon as they leave the office. I witnessed this firsthand. You have to go sit in the front office in order to use their free wifi and there are cockroaches in the restaurant where you have to go for yoyr complimentary breakfast. I would NEVER stay here again. Yes its cheap but way not worth the $10.00 price difference between them and the next cheapest place.

I dont want to give them any stars. We paid for a week. Checked in Friday. Discovered bedbugs Tuesday. The owner came to our room Wednesday morning with the police telling us we had to leave

This is worst out of worst hotel. The rate was written $27, but they charged around $55 just like as cheator. Bathroom water tap was broken. bed, furniture were full too old and it seems to be broken and full with dust. I would suggest to think three or four times before taking the room.

It was infested with bed bugs when my kids woke up they hade bites every where and the walls had stains the sheets where dirty so i bought my own at wallmart i would not recommend coming

Staff is not helpful, i was stranded there hours from home with a dead phone at 1am and staff wouldnt let me use the lobby phone. He shut it off after 1 min conversation
