I just saw pictures of a friends 4RUNNER done by UPHOLSTERY by RAYMOND...Wrinkles, seams on headrest dont line up as they should.and the embroidered logos are no where even close to even on the rear seats. Rear armrest doesnt fit,its loose and saggy...I would NOT recommend this shop and the price charged was ridiculous for the quality...

I found Raymonds business while scrolling on instagram (@rayupholstery) & inboxed his instagram page asking how much it would cost to add foam cushion to a motorcycle seat & received a message stating that said memory foam would cost you $80.00, and gel would cost you $150.00. I decided to go by the shop the very next day (May 20th,2020) & speak with Raymond and tell him id like to get foam added to my motorcycle seat, he proceeds to tell me it would cost $250.00 even after the message from his business the day before with the prices. I then asked if he offers military/veteran discount & tells me oh I dont F*ck with the government, I dont trust them & they didnt give me no stimulus check, you just made your price even higher now. I left after that conversation with this unprofessional business owner Raymond. Black owned businesses always wonder why their own race dont support them as heavy as other race business owners & they almost always end up giving people unprofessional/bad experiences causing them not to come back. I would not recommend anyone going here especially my fellow veterans.

If you want quality workmanship, on time as promise. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. I gave this guy a big project, he stated no problem, he said two weeks come get it. What a joke. A year later he has 60% completedSo I just told him our business is concluded. I will pick up my stuff next week, I will sue this guy for a bad job he never completed.

This guy is a complete waste of time, he lies about when he can do the work, has you show up early in the morning and he has forgot you and says he doesnt feel like doing the work that day and then wants a deposit for the shot he lies and says he had to order. Then when you find a better company like Upholstery Solutions off of Beach & Leon road to do a AMAZING job by the way! This guy doesnt want to give you back your money after you booked without a deposit and he doesnt want to work. He sets another one you come and now it is going to take a few days to do the job when he told you 4 hours. This business is a waste of time!!

Went there with my husband to have some cushions redone. Well after almost one year we gave up. We paid him over $1,300 and the work was never completed. Go there at your own risk. We should have read the reviews before dealing with this place

I needed a headliner redone on my car. He said he was the cheapest price and does the best work. Showed up at the time of my appointment and there were no lights on and someone sleeping in the shop. I made a phone call and he said it would be several hours before he could be there. I scheduled a new appointment for the next day. It took three time longer to do the job than he told me and he had no waiting room. He broke some of the clips that were holding the headliner up and did not replace them or tell me he broke them. There were waves in the headliner and I mentioned them to him and he said it would not be a problem to steam them out. They did not steam out. The price was about half what others were charging but it was not worth it. The customer service was really bad all around.

OMG, this guy took my deposit and never did the job. I lost $400, I cant take him to small claim, it would cost almost the same. So if I can help someone for not making the same mistake, its worth it. DONT GO THERE

I gave him something I worked on hard and for 130 dollars(which is way too expensive)he did the worst job possible,even my 6 year old would do a better job.I was just trying to talk to him but then he would not stop yelling. He yelled so much I couldnt even think.Also when I was talking about him not doing a good job he was gonna cut my property for no reason.PLEASE IF YOU READ ANY OF THIS READ THIS NEVER GO THERE.DONT GIVE YOUR MONWY AWAY.

Do not bring your car here this guy is a theif gave him 200$ cash as a deposit for him to redo my whole interior he never called me back and Ive been trying to get my 200$ back for about 6 months now. Its amazing this business is still open.

Great Job

Car was taken to this place by a dealership to replace the headliner in my car. When I got car back I was so dissatisfied with the job I never left the dealership lot. First impression car had not even been vacuumed, found a broken tab from something that was broken during removal on floor. Several places where the trim pieces had fit nice and even prior had gaps and uneven. Found what I thought was a small wrinkle in two places turned out he broke the headliner backing in three places when removing or installing. Found a run in the fabric, and the wiring for the over head assesories were routed incorrect, actually found a wire hanging out at top of windshield. I took car to this place and asked him to explain half way through our conversation he walked off and went inside. This is no place you want to bring your vehicle.
