Came out of bingo and had flat tire. Was late, roadside assistance had Marcs Towing come to change it. Robert Stovall is the person that came and changed my tire. Got there in less than eta and was both professional and put me at ease. Was my mom and I sitting in empty parking area. Once Robert finished with the tire he also took the time to lmk about driving on a donut, speeds and turns etc. And waited for me to pull out of parking before he left. Greatly appreciated and would recommend.

My truck needed the alternator replaced. Marc was able to replace the alternator and have me back on the road within an hour.

I was very pleased with my experience here. I was in a bind and needed brakes and rotors replaced on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. Marc was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the job done in a timely manner while I waited. I would recommend Marcs Auto Repair to anyone in need of auto repair. The prices were compatible with our lower than others in the area. Its easy to miss however so you have to be looking for it, up on a rise off the road. There is a white sign near the road.

They did a great job with my truck

Marc runs a great shop. My Chevy Equinox was experiencing several issues with the traction control and various other problems. We called and told him about the urgency of getting it fixed and he said to bring it to him asap. Within 5 minutes of me bringing my car to his shop, they already had it up on the racks and performed a thorough inspection to diagnose the problems. They took their time with inspecting it; he test drove it himself a few times and checked a few different things to confirm the diagnosis, and they got to work that same day. They found that the rear speed censor was bad, so they ordered the part and replaced it when it came in the next day, which led them to find braking issues that wouldve put us in great danger had they not caught it while changing out the speed censor. The brakes seemed fine to us and we had just purchased the car a week prior (bought used from a Ford dealership in Anniston) so we werent expecting anything major, but a few major repairs needed to be done and they took care of it all within 3 days. Marc is extremely straightforward and hes probably the most transparent mechanic ive done business with. The Chevy is already experiencing separate issues and i will definitely be hiring them for all of our repair needs, moving forward. Happy to have quality, honest auto mechanics in town.
