I went to Hyundai in orange park today and was give excellent service the sales person was welling to work with me on the price of the car it was a Veloster but i wanted to look around more. I never felt pressured or hassled. I also went to Westside Hyundai the difference in customer service is amazing!!! I did not have a large budget under 10,000 cash but were orange park Hyundai never made me feel like this was not enough. The West Hyundais sales rep and finance manger discussed my budget in front of the store for all to hear and told me that although the car I was looking at was under 8,000 they were unwilling to work with me and I would need 10,500 to get the car. I just walked out. I understand that they have the right to charge the price they want to but I would it recommend you go to Orange park for better customer service!!!
Unprofessional, rude stuff specially the manager. They charged me $950 for a fuse that keeps blowing.I spent a week to get my car fixed because of wrong diagnosis.it was short in the sensor wiring unfortunately I paid this amount of money for something very simple.
If you go there consider your money is gone for nothing (REAL SCAMMERS)

I understand that a business has to make money but to run a diagnosis for $200.00 to see about a check engine light. Then youre just given a bill with no mention of the check engine light cause or the fact that its still on! Also, the complimentary oil change if the cars history indicates that youre using a higher quality oil and the service department puts in low-grade sludge! Thanks but no thanks
Spencer Cooper is a gem. After waiting way longer than any person should have to for a SCHEDULED oil change, (I was literally the last person to leave), Mr. Cooper surprised me by making my service free! I couldn’t believe it. He stated it was for the inconvenience and after a long day at work and then waiting in the shop for 1.5 I was grateful. He’s the best.
My husband and I just bought a Hyundai Kona. We worked with Joe. He was awesome. He made buying a vehicle very easy, smooth and painless. ☺ It went pretty fast too. Mario in finance was awesome too. He made it go smoothly and fast. This is our second purchase from Hyundai. There great!
Scammers they just trying to get your money from you told me to change the fuse box because it was the fuse box issue and then after they changed and made me pay for it they told me its not the fuse box issue and they made me pay $1500 for nothing.
If I could give them zero stars i would. The waiting area was completely disgusting and felt like a contaminated incubator. I refused to sit in there and wait for my vehicle. The furniture was old and the wait area is right where the staff works....poor set up. There was old pizza boxes sitting around. I will not be returning. I hated spending my money there to get my car serviced, if they dont care enough to make sure their customers have a nice, clean and relaxing place to wait for their vehicle to be serviced why would i want to go there and pay them to have work done on my car? Needless to say i will not be returning.

They made me change the radiator and then they told me that it wasn’t the radiator and They just scammed me

Poor customer service. I took my vehicle in for an inspection and it came back with the check engine light on. Keep in mind that it wasn’t on when I brought it to them and the inspection costs $150. When I brought it to their attention they told me it would be an additional $120 for them to see what’s wrong with it. Why didn’t it fall under the $150 inspection? They claim it was on when I brought it to them but I know for a fact it wasn’t. No one even bothered to speak to the mechanics about it. Poor customer service and service department. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
Rica was the salesperson who took care of me when I was there. She took her time in making sure I got the right vehicle for me. I appreciate her knowledge and help.
They told me that something is wrong in the engine and they charged me $2000 and then they just told me oh it wasn’t that one and my car still doesn’t work and I got scammed with $2000
Don’t try to refuse someone service because they changed their mind on a diagnostic. Only to do the service when pushed and deny it when talking to a manager

Service Department is great
I went for Oil Change and got the roof antenna broken❗️This is the 2nd awful incidents I had with SERVICE department❗️The other time was they put WRONG OIL in my car❗️❗️DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE.
