My husband and I ended up switching our auto policies to them, as well, because the premium was way more affordable! Richard and Stephanie are amazing. So glad we switched!

Update a year later: Still getting great, fast, reliable, friendly service from this place. Im very pleased.This office is a little far from my house, but I refuse to switch because I always get such great, FAST help from these folks. I cant tell you how many times Ive needed to make a change to coverage, or get a copy of a document/ insurance card emailed to me... I just call them and its done within minutes. Literally, minutes.Ive had great experiences with anyone and everyone who answers the phone there, but lately Jasmine had been my go-to. I highly recommend them for the level of service, and also the great coverage prices.

I am completely amazed by the service we received from KATIE.We got USAA insurance when we moved to Florida 4 years ago (because we have always heard that they are the best for military) and were shocked at the price. The USAA rep said Florida insurance is just way more expensive than everywhere else, so we just went with it, assuming that they wouldnt rip us off... but you know what happens when you *assume* 🙄We decided to shop around to see if we could save a bit of money, and State Farm popped up first on Google. After entering our info, Katie called right away to discuss our options, and left no stone unturned as she went through to make sure we were getting everything we needed. She put together a package of WAY more coverage than we even knew existed, bundling our car, truck, motorcycle, home, and umbrella policies, and saving us OVER $450 A MONTH!While I was waiting for her to send the quote, I put our info in a few other sites, just to see what our other options were, and none of the others even came close, in price or coverage.On top of saving us money, she was also just a super nice and easy person to talk to, and really cared about us as a family. I never once felt like she was trying to sell me anything, unlike most agents who are so pushy that it feels like they would try to sell swimming lessons to fish.With going from a 2 income to 1 income household due to COVID 19, this extra money saved is very much needed and appreciated.Thank you so Much, Katie! I have been with State Farm for about 2 years now and they have been great every step of the way! Anything I’ve called about either is was a simple question or to change something, they have been willing to help me and I received answers pretty fast. Everyone is super nice and sweet. I refinanced my car with them a couple months ago and the process was very smooth and I got everything I wished for in my refinance wants. Well, I got my renewal for my truck policy and it had doubled so I decided to start looking around to see what other options there were. I got quotes for my home, auto, and life insurance from this office and combined they were cheaper than what I was paying for my one auto policy with USAA per month. Ashley worked with me to get all of my policies switched over and provided exceptional customer service that surpassed anything I had ever received from my other company. My favorite part about switching is that I actually have an agent and will never have to call an 800# and listen to that annoying USAA song.

Im fairly new to this office, having transferred from Keith Johnsons office when I moved to Florida a few months ago.
