When I joined iServe I enjoyed and trusted our agent and everything went very smoothly. Since however he has moved to a different company. I tried calling to get an issue sorted out and no one answered the phone and there is no answering machine to leave a message. I drove over to the location and spoke with the lady there. She was very much and assured me the issue would be taken care of first thing the next morning. A few weeks later I got another letter from the DMV stating they had never recieved the needed papers and my license plate was now revoked and I owed a fine. I was able to contact my insurance company directly (not through iServe) and get it handled with no further problems. iServe has really let me down and lost my trust. Looking to move my plan somewhere else.
