They had my truck for 33 days. For a 4 day repair. Kept saying my hood was having a chemical reaction from the painter not knowing what he was doing. When i finally got my truck back the hood was not aligned properly it had runs and clear coat had dripped off the edges. The insulation panel under good was not installed correctly and the upper cowl was just set in place no push pins and all the seals was hanging down. The interior panels had some greasy hand print marks and scraps on them. I call and ask who was going to fix my truck but got the run around from both hail specialist and the painter. I would not recommend anyone use these people. They are scam artist. My insurance company appraised the damage at 2100 they said it was 8100 worth of damage to the truck. My insurance paid them and it was still two weeks before i got my unfinished truck bad. Then they all left town and no one will return my call. And it goes to a disconnected#

My cousin in san antonio recommended me hail specialists when i told them i saw their ad on fb for it. She said they’re great on providing high quality repairs in a short time frame. I scheduled my car with them the next day and I think I got my car back within the same week itself. I couldn’t pick up the car myself so they were kind enough to drop it off at my house free of charge. My car looks superb right now so thank you guys.

These guys are AMAZING. I called another body shop in town wanting to fix my car but apparently they were full. I guess everyone scheduled an appointment with them the moment hail started falling. But Hail Specialists managed to schedule me in the same day I called! And then I got back my car 2 days later with my car dent free. Again, AMAZING.

Before going to Hail Specialists, I had no idea what to do with the hail damage I had on my car. I’ve never been in a hailstorm before until a few weeks ago. I’m very glad Hail Specialists took the time to explain how they’ll handle the insurance process and their pdr repair process to me. They’ve earned themselves a loyal customer for their patience and work quality of course.

I bought my first car ever -in cash about two months ago- so I was very proud driving it around. But the recent storm damaged my baby badly. I saw an ad for Hail Specialists and the name sounded familiar. It seems like my family used their services in the past (apparently they stopped operating here for some reason but I guess they’re back now lol) so I decided to get my car fixed with them. They worked out all the dents on my baby and now she’s looking good again!
