Called Steve’s for what appeared to be a bad bearing in our washing machine. They said that if they didn’t get there that day, that it would be the next. It took them 4 days to show up. When they did finally show up, they were here two minutes and said that the gear box is bad and it would probably be cheaper to just replace the whole machine which is not even two years old. The technicians were very nice and seemed to know what they were talking about, but the guy that Steve has answering the phones was AWFUL two days in a row. Poor customer service, refused to help in any way, incredibly rude, etc. Have used Steve’s for years and like him a lot. But this one man has pointed me away forever!

Recently, my 16 month old Samsung washing machine suddenly decided to quit working properly. I called Steves Appliance to have someone come take a look, because that is who Todd would have gone to. Chris, from Steves, came the next day, as I requested. He spent about an hour looking around, trying to figure out if this or that was working. All seemed to OK. This went on a few times till he decided it had to be the control board. Keep in mind, he went thru my book that came with the washer, as well as looking for another manual for repairs. A control board was ordered and the company sent the wrong one. Right part info on the box, wrong part inside the box.🤦‍♀️So I call the company and order a control board, Im told itll be 5-7 business days. OK, I wait and after 5 days I dont have the email with tracking info to show its been sent. Contact them, part is on back order 2 -4 weeks. So I fired back, Not acceptable. It was not on back order when I ordered and I was told 5-7 business days. So, I rent a washer, because we know 2-4 weeks can turn into 4-6 and Im not going to the laundromat with all going on! Low and behold, i get the part within the next week. Call Steves back, Chris comes back, puts on new control board. Still not working. OMG! Im ready to throw in the towel!Chris comes back the next day, hes researched similar models on line and finds out there is a wire that broke on one, and another one that had actually blown. So he gets under the washer and sure enough theres a wiring harness with 3 very small wires almost covered with tape and a zip strap (were they trying to hide it? or protect it?) and one has broken. He re-wires and washer is working again!! WOO HOO!! Im ready to break out in a dance!SO - if you need appliance repair, I HIGHLY recommend calling Steves Appliances! Although it was 5 weeks and several house calls later, Chris did not give up and I was charged a VERY VERY reasonable amount for all the service calls. In Fact, it was way under what I was expecting!And I DO NOT recommend buying any Samsung Appliances, Check out Samsung Refrigerator Recall U.S.A. Now, Almost $2 mil in rebates have been collected by this group.

This company is the best appliance repair and sales. They are prompt and through. Their repair men have always been courteous to me and several friends that have also hired them. I highly recommend this establishment. I see someone gave them 1 star. This has to be a joke because there is no way this establishment would act that way.

This is the only place I will call to do any appliance work for me. They are always very timely and efficient. The guys that come are very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating, air or appliance needs.

Great place and good deals.

Terrible instalation job! One of the two boys who came completely DESTROYED part of the house! Two walls have gashes in them and huge scratches. The floor of the kitchen has rips and gouges in the linoleum from the rough housing instalation job they did. If it were possible to leave zero stars I would! When confronted about the damage at the instalation site, one of the two employees said you can probably fix it. Probably? There are holes in the floor and gashes in the walls because of their carelessness, and Im supposed to fix it? Dont trust these people in your home! The employees didnt seem to care about anything but getting done as quickly as possible.
