I appreciate the great customer service I received today from Home ASAP to correct a problem I had with a Real Estate Directory posting. I left a voice message in the morning, and had a customer service rep email me and call me back the SAME DAY! No phone tag! Not only did I get a call back, but the rep named Baily quickly corrected and solved my problem. Very pleased with Home ASAP.
As far as customer service goes, generally today there are few companies that make it a focus! I was very impressed with HomeASAP as a new client I had a few questions and not only was my email immediately responded to but a live extremely efficient representative called me back and walked me through my issue. 5 stars in my book!

Very unhappy with their product and their service. Contacted them to cancel their service, which is conveniently automatically billed every year. After all these years of paying they said i missed the cutoff by days. At which point is good service or professionalism the right thing to do? There are too many other services out there to pay for any of the services they provide. The results are not what I expected very very cookie cutter post. Dont waste your money.

Improvement is needed with customer service so that is why Im not rating 5 star. As many have said, very deceptive with their policies and service. Been an agent over 2o years, this isnt the first service of this kind I have used, but they are certainly the worse. The automatic billing is deceptive at worse an unfair at best. I attempted to cancel all three of their services as soon as I saw the bill on my card. They refused and are holding me hostage for another year! Agents do your research, there are many other services out there much better than HomeAsap!! Or use a prepaid card and let them try to bill that when you are dissatisfied with their service which you will be.

SCAMMERS and extremely unprofessional. They took my money just like they did with many others, they cover up their poor reviews with rave reviews from years ago, not forthcoming and transparent with their offer. They even banned me (LOL...like Im desperate for more of their poor service), to show their undeniably low level of pettiness (yet true and consistent to their form). Ill be reaching out to Mark Bloomfield to share the poor level of services provided by his company.
First - I LOVE the IDX Home Search Tool and the Home Value Tool. I use them both and they are great for what they are. I do HIGHLY recommend the IDX Home Search at a minimum! After I signed up, I was getting inundated with TONS of Spam mail asking me to sign up for services I was already receiving. I tried replying to those emails asking them to stop... Finally, I came and left a review where action was finally taken to resolve my concerns. As promised in their reply, I have stopped getting those emails! THANK YOU for responding and fixing this issue. I do greatly appreciate the follow-up and am happy with the services we are receiving.

My review of doing business with this company is so traumatizing that I feel like if I was to lay out all of the details, you’d probably think that I am just being mean or bitter - so I will refrain from the specifics.But, I will say that if you are on a timecrunch and looking to partner with a team that cares about helping you genuinely build your business? partner with a team that makes you feel like they care about your business as much as they cared about processing a charge to your card? or work with representatives that that interact with integrity and empathy? - then this is not the company that I’d suggest you do business with!Pathological misinformers... for what reason? I don’t know - but it seems like the people that works for the company, and that gets assigned to work with you are not on the same page. I bought a 6 month package and paid this company $ 749. I requested to the salesperson somebody who speak Spanish and asked before I bought the package if this is something they will set up for me since Im not a computer savvy. The salesperson agreed to everything I asked for to just get the sales, but nothing she promised was accomplished. Somebody called me once and they supposed to set up everything between 24 to 48 hours and they didnt . I called a couple times requesting to speak with my manager account or a supervisor but nobody returned my calls back. I also tried leaving a couple messages as well but not received any response either. At the top of that, the person who answered my last phone call from the sales department was very rude, unprofessional and hung up the phone on me after told me to stop calling and wait for somebody to return my phone call, but they never called me back. They take your money, lie and give you a hard time to cancel if you requested it. Im still waiting somebody gets back to me and cancel my account. Stay away from this company. Spend your money somewhere else!!
I have had the most wonderful experience, so far, with this company!! I listened to one of their webinars (very much a “value-add”) and signed up for page engage. When I had a challenge getting my account set up (mostly on me, LOL!), I reached out. Bailey VERY QUICKLY responded and was AMAZING!! I am extremely frustrated and upset with this service. I tried them out last year but did not want to renew service this year because it wasn’t making a difference for me! Homeasap charged me on 4/19/21 I noticed the charge on the 23rd and contacted Homeasap immediately!! This representative June told me the steps I needed to do to cancel which I did exactly as she said. She gave me her cell phone number to call back if I didn’t hear from them in a week! I waited and heard nothing! I called June back she asked me to repeat the same steps! Now even more frustrated I continued to email homeasap and contacted my bank to dispute that he charge! After a a couple weeks I received a rude email from Valerie threatening me to stop the dispute with my bank or they will prove this service is legit! I emailed Valerie back letting her know I don’t appreciate being threatened to stop dispute with my bank because I Don feel like homeasap is really going to give it back! I called my bank and told them about the email. Valerie stated I will receive my refund 10 days from the time I stopped the dispute which was the 19th of May and it’s been over 10 business days! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE HOMEASAP AGAIN!!!!!!!IT HAS BEEN HELL AND I STILL HAVEN’t received my refund!!! They have threatened me and have been rude!!! I am extremely upset and I hope no one else has to experience this!!!! Run away from themQUICK!!!! Not EASY TO CANCEL OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Lord knows I wish I would have researched this company much more. So I paid this company with credit card to provide service and my Account Manager Andrew has set up several appointments with and does commit to them. I call him and email him to start appointment no answer, then 2 to 3 days. late he reaches out with a cappy excuse of he put it on calendar wrong, I have called customer service several times no response, I have called and emailed Calvin the sales representative that signed me up,, I have called the supposed President of the company Marshall and left a message but no one answers . I will be contacting NC Commission, and the Realtor Association along with MLS and IDK to inform of this company. Please do not sign up with this company. I have only been with them for two weeks and its been quite the experience.

This company is a complete ripoff... They take your money and then you receive a phone after that it all goes down hill...The site is a dead end after you enter your information it continues to send you to a sales page,your promised to see post within 24-48 hrs and it doesnt happen you cant reach customer service it sends you to a voice-mail which states some one will return your call but it never ask for your phone number then if you email them you get a automatic response that thanks you for the email and says someone will respond and you never hear from anyone.. Dont believe the 5 star rating their obviously made up...this was a complete rip off and I hope this helps someone else avoid wasting their money like I did.
