Love XPRESS E File!I’ve been going there for many years. Juanita is the owner and has a wealth of knowledge about taxes, she has advised me what to do for my situation. The staff is very friendly, Carmen is so kind even when she is so busy she has always stopped to answer a question of mine. They staff is very friendly Kim who answers the phones has always been very polite and professional. I recommend XPRESS for anyone who live at the beach or afar . They do their job professionally and are great to work with.Thank you XPRESS for always answering my many questions without getting frustrated. You all are the best!!!

I would never recommend anybody going to this company for any service what so ever. I filed my 2017 income tax with them in February. I did not find out until October of this year that my income tax was never filed. They explained to me that it was a computer error and was never sent to IRS. The IRS has charged me with penalties and interest for not filing my income tax on time. The owner of the company claims no responsible for this matter. It has cost me time, money and stress. Good Luck if you choose this company to do business with. I put one star on the review so I could post this comment but trust me they do not deserve that star. I must add to this review after reading their response. Half truth is never the full truth. Xpress file stated that I did not pay my taxes by the deadline which was partially true but what they did not say was that I had made arrangement with the IRS to make payment but because my taxes were never filed payments were never taken out because it showed I did not owe anything. I was hit with failure to file penalty which was 1.047.00, Failure to pay proper estimated tax penalty 100.00, Failure to pay penalty 162.96 and Interest charges of 167.85, I had to apply to IRS to have these penalties removed due to the circumstances. At these time they have not waived any penalties. Also, this is a once in a lifetime offer to clear any penalties that I had to use do to the fact that my taxes were never filed. I was only asking them to pay a balance of 267.85. Also, I had made several trips to their office and was assured on these occasions I had nothing to worry about that they would take care of the situation. One employee admitted to me that it would be only fair to pay for some of the penalties but the owner saw it differently and did not want to do anything to help. I was also threaten to be sued for slander when I told them I would go to social media and let everyone what kind of service they provided. I have been a customer for several years and was only asked to be treated fairly. Bottom line. This whole situation would not have happened if they filed my taxes. I paid them for a service that they did not do. In their response as you can plainly see that they tried to shift the fault to me. I feel I was more than fair but as you can see this is how this company treats their customers. Like I said Good Luck if you choose to use this company.

Theres a $20 charge by Ms. Lori for running the numbers, if you wont file your tax with her. Other tax preparer are free.

I was given wrong info (by woman at front desk). wound up being penalized 390.00 by IRS.

Love these guys. Never have had a problem.

I wouldnt do my taxes here again if they did them for free.
