I’d been having so much trouble adding a watch to my Verizon account. I came into the Cellular Sales/Verizon store in Jax Beach and was lucky enough to have Dustin assist me. He spent so much time working with me and even worked on it after I left the store! Dustin was so persistent and finally fixed the problems I’d been having and added the watch for me! I was not looking forward to going here and did not want to spend hours of my life there that I would never get back. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a painless experience.My son need a new phone just in time for the holidays, like every other teenager. Somehow we ended up in and out in a reasonable amount of time.Verizon had in stock exactly what he wanted. Although the sales person made us aware of our options, he did not waste our time pushing products on us that we did not need. His explanations were thorough, yet to the point. There is a lot that can be said for retailers who understand the importance of their customers time.I would recommend this location, even if I hope not to return there again soon. :)

Best Verizon store to go to for the best deal. Knowledgeable, extremely helpful with the best plan to go with. Got the upgrade to two iPhones 11 with our consultant Brett Lovell. Took time to explain every thing we needed to know and completed the whole transaction for transferring our two phones, setting up our phones, paperwork, picking out two cases, putting on liquid gel protectors and out the door in an hour.

Herby was amazing this morning. Been having issues switching over from AT&T and dealt with multiple employees but never could resolve the issues with my service. Herby took care of everything and provided the best customer service I’ve experienced with Verizon. Will be a repeat customer and definitely send anybody I know to see Herby!

As a long time Verizon user, my boyfriend needed a new phone and I wanted to add him to my account with a new line of service. Evan Franz assisted us above and beyond yesterday and helped me utilize the most of my benefits and promotions available on my account. We were even able to get better phones than we originally planned after Evan priced out all of our options with the BOGO sale. His professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. He made the transition from switching from phone to phone so seamless. I will definitely purchase from him again when it’s time to upgrade again!

I just got my first smartphone and I had a bunch of questions about it. I came in for some help and Dustin helped me. He was extremely helpful and I learned a lot about my new phone.

They are more than willing to make a sell or collect a payment, but if you need customer service they pass you off to a phone # that plays music for 3.5 hours.

Very helpful knowlegable

We’ve been with Verizon since 2009 and used to be happy with their service. The bandwidth at the beach is terrible. With less than five megs down and one up on average, this is unacceptable for such a premium price point. I have spoken with customer service on the phone numerous times and am always told there is nothing wrong with the network and and it is performing as expected. If you talk to one of the honest sales representatives at the Verizon stores, they will tell you the service at the beach “just sucks”. There are plenty of other providers that have the same total coverage as Verizon but can handle the bandwidth of their customers. Steer clear.

Sean Bahl was excellent to work with as he provided thorough information regarding all of my questions and options. He made my purchase & transition to my new equipment super easy and even mailed my equipment to my temporary address so I could use it immediately!If I ever need anything from Verizon in the future, I will definitely reach out to Sean Bahl again because he has demonstrated that I can certainly count on him!

I just recently went in to a Verizon Store, Mike S. Helped my husband and I look into what we can do for a new plan and we talked about upgrading our phones since they’re paid off now. He showed us how beautiful the camera quality is on the new iPhones and I’m in love! I couldn’t believe how much better they are than the 6 and 7 we have now. Thanks to Mike we are considering an upgrade and we appreciated his great customer service.

Excellent customer service. Shane assisted me with a new phone and reviewing my plan to ensure I was on the best option for our needs. For the phone I was able to compare in hand, and he was able to find answers to my questions quickly. He assisted with the complete phone transfer and made sure I was satisfied with the copy before factory resetting my old phone. Would recommend him to others for assistance!

I went into the Beaches Verizon today with my husband and had a wonderful experience. I met with Lucas Welnetz, who was very knowledgeable and friendly about all products. I have been with Sprint for years, but love my decision to switch to Verizon, once Lucas explained all the advantages. I purchased the LG6, an otter box and charging cable. He was a great sales associate and very professional. I enjoyed my visit there and Will be back to work with Lucas in the future. Also, I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Mike was very helpful! He helped me trade in my phone and made it super easy. He was very friendly and I was help almost as soon as I waked in the door. All the staff was friendly and very helpful, but Mike was good at helping me get what I wanted and what I needed.

I would give this store zero stars, but that wasnt an option. Do what you want, but I would highly recommend that you or anyone of your family members stay away from this location. The same rep Jonathon Huston will tell you what you want to hear to get the sell. This past November, I went to this location and. met Jonathan about switching from AT&T to Verizon. He told me of a switch over promotion, that Verizon would give me a 400 gift card to apply to my final AT & T bill. Well he hooked me, but when my final bill came I was informed that no such promotion existed. Now I have to pay a 500 final bill because of this non-existent promotion. Thanks Jonathon, youre awesome at doing your job.

Great service. We recently switched to consumer cellular what a nightmare. We got both service anywhere with Consumer cellular beware you get what you pay for. But Joe solved all our issues and got us back up and running. Thank you joe we are Verizon customers again.

I arrived Saturday afternoon and was greeted with well be right with you... Two more times a salesperson said Well be right with you. There were four men working with customers, so I waited, patiently, because I trusted that someone would truly be right with [me]. After 20 minutes I asked if someone would really be able to help me, and the answers concluded that perhaps in 15 minutes someone would be available. I left., after wasting 20 minutes. To me, 35 minutes of prolonged wait time is not good customer service, especially as the sales associates were ignoring me, chatting away with customers about their personal lives. If someone had said not one of our 4 sales people can help you within 35 minutes, I would have left. Instead, I felt ignored.With two small children and grad school on my plate, I cant afford to waste so much time! Tell the truth up front, dont parrot a response to keep a POTENTIAL customer in store.

Logan at the Jacksonville Beach FL location off 3rd Street was very professional and went out of his way as we were prepaid customers and we all know that most reps lie their way out of trying to help a prepaid customers because they dont make anything off prepaid but because he was so kind and very professional, we gained our loyalty through him. Best experience ever with Clay’s help! I was dreading coming to the store to do a phone switch out because of all the hassle of paperwork, passwords, transferring data,etc. But Clay handled it swiftly and accurately and we were in and out in record time.

I had the unfortunate experience to lose my iPhone at JAX, Martin the sales rep at this location was knowledgeable & extremely helpful to purchase a new phone and update my Verizon plan to cost less than my current plan. Only problem for not a 5 star rating they did not have the requested phone in stock. But arranged to pick up at another Verizon store 30 min. away. Certainly made an unpleasant experience more tolerable and had a new phone in hand and working within hours of losing the original phone.

The team here is very patient, professional and top notch. The facility is well stocked, clean and has free coffee and tea. Its definitely a pleasant shopping experience on the Beachside of town. Well worth the drive.
