I have been happy with Lee and Cates Glass as I have used them in the past - I called them immediately when I was purchasing my home.My field technician John was excellent. As I had a quote built out initially, John realized quickly that he needed to inspect the entire house as he felt there was things that were missed. He was very clear in his explanation as to why the initial quote was not build out properly, what was wrong and took notes on what he felt needed to be fixed. John was very clear in explaining to me what will be needed to correct the problems with my windows. He also made sure to call the office to ensure I was taken care of as this will be now be a multiple job project, which was not built out in the initial quote. I would recommend to specifically ask for John when you have a field technician out.I want to give John 5 stars as his customer service was on point, but lowered it to a 4 due to the fact that my initial quote was not built out properly and I need to have additional work done and incur additional labor cost that was not noticed in the first walk through. I held it at a 4 due to the field rep, but it should be lower.

Great service - quick response, and all appointments on time. Installers were respectful and performed the window replacement flawlessly.Just a minor comment- not all the offices serve the Nocatee area - it took me a couple of calls to other locations (Orange Park, Mandarin) to get directed to the final branch attending my area (Beaches) Would be good if you can post the information about service areas online or redirect the call internally. Bought a new home and some windows needed replacing, and some needed to be repaired. Mike and Steve came out and were great. Friendly and professional I would definitely hire them again (though I hope I dont need to) and refer them to friends.

Took the ugly 1970s mirrored wall out of my condo. Great customer service, great crew, really reasonably priced.

Jeremy came out and was able to quickly assess the repair to our master bath shower glass. The office scheduled the job the same day. Alex did a fantastic job (neat, fast and affordable) fixing the glass and when I asked if he could take a look at our difficult to open sliding glass door he was able to come up with a solution. He fixed it right then and there and now it works perfectly. We have called on Lee & Cates Glass through the years for various reno projects and repairs and they always rise to the occasion. We highly recommend Lee & Cates Glass.

Repair to shower door was good—not to like new status. Final bill was higher than quoted over the phone. They’ll get the job done—kinda like expecting steak dinner when you get home but getting a ham sandwich, instead. Not bad, but expected more.

Today I brought in a cabinet door and just wanted to buy replacement pins to hold the glass in. Instead they siliconed the glass in for me and didnt charge me! They were busy and did such a great job with everyone!

I went into Lee & Cates in Jacksonville Beach to see if they would have a window part I needed to sell my house. I knew it was a long shot but the hardware stores were unable to help. I didn’t end up going through this company I called to do a comparison quote because I was scheduled somewhere else and the other place was closer. BUT the person that took my call “Rajiva” was so helpful. She was so personable and reasonable and I throughly enjoyed her service. I will be sending people to lee & cates due to her customer service alone. So many times people come to complain if I receive good service even with a phone call I make it known! I had them replace a window broken by a bad golfer’s ball. Little hiccups with measuring the first time and a bit of a cleanup issue but all the people I encountered were courteous and professional. In the end I received very good service. I was given time frames for arrival and they were always met. I contacted a few other companies for estimates and they wanted me to stay around for hours on end. One didn’t even show after I waited all afternoon. Lee & Cates were more respectful of my time. The final installer was extremely nice and helpful. If I have another wannabe golfer hook right again I’ll call Lee & Cates first and not bother with the others.

Caleb with Lee and Cates handled my windshield replacement. He was very courteous and took the time to explain the removal and installation process which was very interesting. Would highly recommend them if you need to have any automotive window work.

A rock cracked my windshield last week. My insurance co set up an appointment for Lee & Cates to come out. The technician Ben called me this morning to let me know when he’d be here. He was here on time, worked efficiently and had a great personality and attitude. Couldn’t be happier with Lee & Cates.

The guy who came to do the repair was nice but damaged the window he was not supposed to touch . He was checking it but upon closing it he pushed it hard and the clips snapped I was surprised. He promised to return and replace but never contacted us.

Went in for a cracked windshield, my insurance had already set up the repair. My appointment was at 10 AM, they mentioned it would take about 2 hours or less. I dropped off my car and 1 and a half hours later, got back to the shop. All done, including transferring over various windshield stickers, in 1 hour, 45 minutes. Had to go back the next day to have the windshield wipers adjusted, but they solved that problem quickly as well. I would recommend them definitely.

Waited 5 months to get my glass for my vehicle. Nobody wants to call you back. Nobody wants to take care of their customers. Employees come and go alot so they are always left out the loop. Unprofessional experience ever from a company. Will never deal with this company ever again
