I called him up because I’m getting a new pc and wanted to know how to migrate the stuff and he told me exactly how to do it and to give him a call if I needed any help I would totally recommend him he was very nice!! Usually places like this would want me to bring the system I for like $100 and do 15 minutes of work he just told me what to do and made it fast and easy!!!

I gave my MacBook to Marc several months back and never heard from him nor did he answer my Texts, Calls or Emails. I then had to deploy unexpectedly for a long period of time and have since been reaching out to him about getting back my assets with still no response. I plan to reach out to authorities if I do not receive a response within the week. I was suspect when I showed up mid day to drop my computer off and he seemed dazed and confused but gave him the benefit of the doubt as he may have been up late working on computers.

Sent one of my employees to use Mark to put money in local shops BIG MISTAKE .. next step is to get JSO involved due to the constant beating around the bush 4 months later for an (OVERNIGHT FIX ) . Apparently a nice former marine is really just a man with a substance abuse problem stealing devices out of his home . BTW read the other reviews, they are old or fake (perhaps before a RELAPSE) do your self a favor and just hit your device with a hammer at least youll have it

I am a very busy college student and my computer ended up with a huge virus on it. I went to Best Buy and they wanted to charge me $200. I almost handed my card over because I had to get this fixed ASAP and they said it would take up to five days. I did a quick Google search and called Marcs Computer Repair and he said he could fix it for more then half off Best Buy and his turn around time would be a day! I got it back all set and ready to go with virus protection. He is also a very nice guy and can answer any questions that you have.

I called Marc on a Friday after reading several reviews to address my Dell Laptop black screen issue. He offered that he was very familiar with the issue and would try to fix it the same day. After dropping it off mid-day he worked hard to assess the situation. It appeared it was going to take longer than 15 min, so I offered he could call me when it was done - early next week was fine. Marc called me the next day - Saturday with the news it was fixed! Great service! Very knowlegable and friendly. And great price - very happy and will absolutely call on Marc again.

I have an HP Elitepad 1000 g2 tablet that could not detect my camera after I downloaded Windows 10 major update 1803. I took the tablet to a Microsoft store to see what was up and they removed windows 10 and reinstalled the entire program, but that did not fix the camera. I followed that up with a visit to an authorized HP repair facility (Staples) and finally on line to HP support. All stated that when downloading Windows update the camera driver was lost. They all reinstalled drivers they thought were missing and when that did not work they said I had a hardware problem because the computer gave a error code that stated there was not a camera installed.Marc came to the rescue and downloaded the correct drivers that would recognize the camera. So beware when downloading a major Windows 10 update. Get a professional like Marc to do it.

I brought my computer to Marc about 3 years ago and have never had a problem since! When I lost my computer charger he gave me the most inexpensive deal I could find. Extremely nice!

Very happy with Marc! I dropped my laptop on the floor, and then the screen did not come back up. I first went to Staples, and they wanted a minimum of $250 to change the screen but possibly $599 if the video card was broken. Marc opened the computer, wiggled the cable, and the screen worked! He then charged me a very reasonable price. I have other computers that may need work, and I will definitely use Marc again. Highly recommend him!

My cat had a habit of stepping on my laptop when it was closed. Hes a Maine Coon, so hes no small kitty!. I searched for some places to take my computer, wanting to avoid the larger chain repair shops. I found Marcs Computer Repair and found praise and positive reviews. They are not wrong!Marc did an awesome job and found what most technicians would have overlooked either from laziness or wanting to get more money from me. All my laptop needed was a small extension wire for the screen, all of $16 for the part. A larger company would have charged at least $250 to even crack it open and look at it, and even then would have tried to sell me a graphics card or new screen, despite what I knew to be a connection error.We ordered the part and Marc called me as soon as he received it and then again when it was installed. He went beyond his normal work hours to finish the job. I also had him do a total wipe for some other software problems I was having and I cant be more happier w/ the performance of my laptop.I highly recommend Marc for any computer/laptop/tablet repair that you may need. He is more than fair priced and wont try to sell you services that you do not need, In fact, he will do what he can to help save you money.Thank you again Marc!!

At first I went to Best Buy and I had a feeling they were trying to fix things that werent correct & stumbled upon Marcs via Google search. He only fixed what was wrong (unlike what Best Buy tried to talk me into), did not over charge, returned my laptop very quickly & was very friendly! I would highly recommend him to anyone! Terrific service. Took in my computer to get repaired and upgraded... but it was just a little too old to upgrade. So he ended up building me a new one, and it runs just as good if not better than a computer you would by brand new at the store today, but not near the price you would pay!. Looked up computer repair in jax beach and marcs had the most reviews and best. Called him and he told me to come in. He did some tests and figured out it was the hard drive in my lap top. I ran to circuit city bought a hard drive and marc installed it with windows 7. Service and price is great! I highly recommend him.

Absolute nightmare. Brought my computer to Marc to transfer everything from a broken laptop to an external hard drive. Everything seemed cool when I dropped it off. The next day around noon he calls me screaming to get to his shop with his money....yes Im serious. I show up and he is hammered drunk demanding the cash I owe him. I cough up the money because he is clearly on edge and says the work was done. Get home check it all out. Nothing on the hard drive at all. I call Mark and his response is basically..ok Im sorry. I ended up taking it to a professional shop in Jax and they took care of it.

Do not bring your computer device here. Absolute worst mistake I have ever made. Brand new labtop was ruined. all I came for was windows 7 install he installed but when I brought home I came to find that my labtop could no longer hold charge and I could no longer use my wifi on my brand new labtop. I found out later he had taking out my Realtek stock wifi drive and replaced it with an old broadband. The screws on the bottom are missing and when I called the next day to ask him about wifi problems before I had anything to say he was extremely rude to me like, was very aggressive attitude and made racist slurs towards me. God is my witness..I am a college student and needed to complete a project the following week and due to my computer not holding charge I could not complete my project. I am current pursuing lawsuit for damages to my brand new computer. Im warning you find a better place to go other than this man home to get your device fixed. It will be worth it in long run
